I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

I barely made it to mine but several people probably did not as we got there 5 minutes before their flights were to take off."

Cons: "I decided to pay a little extra for preferred seating (exit row). However, I was stuck in the baby row. I would have been better off not paying extra and staying in my original seat. I have nothing against babies (the baby in my row was quiet), don't get me wrong! It's just that this should be pointed out at the time of selecting a seat and it was not clear on the AC website. The crew moved my carry on several rows back without telling me (I put my bag in first into the overhead bin and then had to chase it down when I needed something). Not acceptable!"
Cons: "I bought my ticket with Air Canadafrom Vancouver to Calgary then connected with Lufthansa from Calgary to London UK. Unknown to me I could not find the flight because it had been changed to an AC reference flight. With a very short time for the connection I did not know where to get my boarding pass as my flight with Lufthansa was nowhere referred to ! Not which gate to go . Why not put it in the ticket that Lufthansa and Air Canada work together and that both flights ref should show !! It would avoid a great deal of anxiety . Only offered 1 round if hot drinks over 9 hours ! Departure delayed by nearly 60 minutes"

When we get to the gate they told us our seat is gone , someone else got it and we are booked to tomorrows flight and put in a hotel. Me and other 10 people was kicked off because they over soled the flight . Very frustrating and disappointing !!!!!!! Luckily the lady at costumer service was really helpful and put me and an other girl on a flight to Dublin the same night."

Food was the worse I have had on any flight. I would rather pay and have something edible. On 2 of my 3 flights the staff were so wrapped up in there own life's, they did not manage to finish the safety checks before taking there seat. Overall a poor experience."

I went from an inbound flight from Houston, through Immigration and to the gate for my flight to London in under 15 minutes!"

The app didn't advise that the flight was boarding (unlike other apps such as BA). I missed my flight and they insisted on charging me more than what I paid for the entire ticket just to return home. I got back to London to find that my luggage didn't make the journey. Staff at Air Canada were unfriendly and unprofessional."

The crew seemed to have trouble responding to things like...people using restrooms late during the descent, passengers making themselves a little too "at home" and thereby disturbing their neighbors, and repeated chimes due to an errant elbow on a call button...the little things. They are things you don't notice when a crew is highly attentive, as you find on Cathay Pacific, Lufthansa, or Air New Zealand. The crew were friendly, but not quite in charge."

Cons: "My first flight was late then cancelled, then replaced by another. That one was late too and made me miss my connecting flight. I had to spend the night stuck in the Toronto airport with nowhere to safely sleep and my late arrival meant the entire first day of my long planned vacation was ruined. I was supposed to get to my destination around 10 in the morning, instead I arrived around one in the morning the next day. All I got from Air Canada for this trouble was a $10 meal voucher for airport restaurants that cost $25 and were closed during my stay."

We boarded at the same time as an Air Canada Rouge flight to Dublin, and not only was it chaos trying to figure out which line you were in, but the staff working the London side of the desk weren't paging over the loudspeaker which group was next to board. It was a mess."

They were so loud when people were sleeping, yelling ‘trash please’ every 5 minutes, we are not stupid, we can see what you are doing and if we have trash, we will give it to you - so please STOP disturbing my peace and let me bloody sleep!!!! I was never offered any food or drink during the entire flight, not even when I was awake - other airline attendants are more observant and come back and ask us when we are awake if we would like anything to eat or drink. So essentially that was 7 hours with nothing after having paid a little over $700 for what was seemingly the WORST transatlantic flight I’ve ever taken. I travel back and forth often, because I’m a dual national, but I will stick to BA or Virgin Atlantic - the planes and service are far superior to this pile of turd that goes by the name of United. There were no charging facilities (power outlet or USB port) and the TVs had such horrendous resolution that you would get a headache from having to squint at the screen."

I was stuck next to a kid who was kicking me every two seconds, one of the crew members kept hitting me with the food cart (my elbow was on the arm rest, not sticking out into the aisle). All in all, I got absolutely no sleep, so I was delirious and miserable once I landed in London."

At least Delta has large touch screens so you can choose what you want to watch and watch it from the beginning. The flight was late and one of our bags did not make it on the flight. People were constantly coming and out as well as stepping on my feet while they stood and stretched so I never had any actually "extra leg room". I didn't get any sleep from the bathroom lights contasntly shining in my face. The entertainment was horrible there were no tv screens expect for the small ones going down the aisle. Felt like I was on a flight from when I was 10. When we made it to our destination baggage claim was a mess and our carsoul kept changing. None of the passengers or employees knew what was going on. It was a mess."

Cons: "After my mum reached her destination she was assisted outside of the plane and made her sit outside for more then 1 and 1/2 hour. She kept on asking for help as she was a wheelchair passenger but was no response. Finally after she called another passenger to go and ask for help for her somebody who was apparently on a higher position came and assisted my mum. Very very disappointed for the way she was handled as a wheelchair passenger. I had specifically called and had spoken about her attendance and was assured that she would be in good hands. Totally disappointed with the service."
