Cons: Because of bad logistics, the flight from CDG to FRA was delayed and therefore i missed my connection to AUS. Lufthansa personnel could have helped me make the second flight but didn't bother. I was rebooked on another flight through IAH which defeats the purpose of choosing a direct flight.

Pros: Crew was awful. Grumpy and not friendly. They hate their customers especially children.

Cons: This was my worst experience on any Lufthansa flights. Worst ever!

Cons: The seat was not comfortable at all. I’m 6.0 and 150lb so not very big but my shoulders were already above the head rest. Also leg space was very poor. This was an American Airlines flight by the way. 777-300 airplane. I’ve had better flying experience before in the Same type of plane

Cons: Cuisine wasn't much in quality and the problem was exacerbated by industrial strike of BA Catering Services company in Lagos on the day in question. I experienced reduced quality, and I did not get value for what I payed for.

Pros: Cathay Pacific always has courteous and caring crew. From the pilot to the attendants everyone enjoys their jobs and it shows in the amount of care and effort they put into ensuring that everyone has an exceptional flight.

Pros: Been flying CX for years and for some reasons this time all the staff members were excellent. From ground to air crew everyone was well informed, nice and helpful. Another surprise was the vegan meal I ordered. Airplane food in general is disgusting, but this time the vegan meal was delicious.

Cons: Flying out from JFK is a nightmare, we had to wait for 40 mins on the runway. Not sure if airlines can actually improve that?

Pros: Food was really good, staff was helpful and friendly and there was more legroom that I've often experienced. Also - flight was NOT packed - there was actually an empty mid-row seat!

Pros: The seating arrangements and baggage drop off were excellent, staff at check ins both sides were so helpful, especially at Heathrow airport, the young Asian man couldn't do enough for us, well pleased.

Cons: Unfortunately we experienced a drop in standards when on board the first return flight , my daughter is autistic and would only have vegetarian meals, I made sure I requested this online well in advance, when I asked for vegetarian meal the flight attenda abruptly said that's all we have.

Pros: There’s a reason Qatar Airline is one of the top 10 airlines! Other airlines feed you pretzels and charge you for a blanket. Qatar feeds you numerous times throughout the flight and everything is as great as travel today can be.

Pros: The announcements for our flight was not good. When I asked the counter associate "if our flight was on time" she said yes. What she should have said was "yes we're boarding now". We almost missed out flight! Also once we were settled and was able to order our drinks, it took them so long to teturn

Cons: The outdated and unresponsive entertainment interface, the lack of legroom under the seats, and the fact that the already-limited legroom for middle seats must be shared, leading to tensions between passengers.
