Cons: The boarding process ar newark is terrible, and the lady that was at the boarding gate was extremely unpolite with no service attitude at all - i have never seen before such a behavior

Pros: The flight was empty-ish in the back of the plane, & I was allowed to lie down across 4 seats. I liked that they allowed boarding from the back of the plane (along w/ front). I also liked that most of the food was vegetarian (& the crew pointed out what to avoid). I always forget to special order.

Cons: The boarding announcements were not audible where I was sitting in the airport, so that should be better.

Cons: the main meal was good, but it didn't come with much more. It didn't have water, dessert, or a side dish, it only came with the main meal, a piece of bread, and butter. The chair was not that comfortable, I've had a better sleep on other airlines for the same flight.

Cons: We were allowed to choose our seats from SFO to Amsterdam but not for the return flight. I like to be able to choise my seats when I book the flight. Choosing seats 24 hours before is not convenient when traveling for the return trip.

Cons: Lost a single baggage item, a car seat. Critical for us to leave the airport, and delayed us for over an hour upon arrival. Gave us a loaner car seat that barely fit our child.

Pros: Crew was not this great on my Flight from Doha to IAD. My pre ordered food was not given on time and they missed it. I was given cold food. The flight attendant ignored to offer Drinks and they didn't give the Custom Forms too. I have to ask everything and THE overall service was awful

The food was ok, but the beverage is poor, just half glass of wine or juice. no more. one small bottle should be normal fro lunch or dinner.

Cons: This was a discount garbage carrier. I have ridden on cargo boats off the coast of Nicaragua that I would recommend before Xiamen. They don’t give you your connecting boarding pass when you leave the country. You have to go through China’s bullshit customs service three times just to get to your next flight. Chinese customs is like a bowl full of retarted fish smelling their own farts. Six people doing nothing while one blithering idiot Stubles through paperwork.

Cons: I have flown many international miles and many with Turkish Air. I have seen them go backwards as an airline these past 9 years. No more Premium Economy and very small seats, no more hot towels b4 takeoff, unbearably hot cabins, no good snacks on long flights, etc.

Cons: Upgraded seats in the planes, especially business class, seats did not work properly or recline all the way, very uncomfortable. Food was mediocre at best, movie library needs updating. I'm also not sure why an older model of this aircraft is used on such a long haul flight.

Cons: Communication on which luggage carousel our luggage was going to be on. The screen said, carousel 11 when in actuality, it was carousel 10. Very confusing...and caused me a delay. That’s the only frustration in the entire trip so far.

Cons: They double charged the baggage fees: I prepaid in advance but upon checking in for the return flight the representative wasn't able to locate the appropriate information, although I had a printed copy of the confirmation email they sent. I had to pay for it again which is a lousy experience.
