Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

Then it was back thorough security and a rush to the gate to get there in time to board. Lost our original seat assignment and wound up in the last row at the tail of the plane. Extremely poor coordination between KLM and Delta who operated the flight."

The meals were by far the most enjoyable of my airplane travel meals; and I learned that KLM does not charge for it's drinks on international flights, unlike most other international airlines that I traveled with this summer. In a sentence, flying with KLM was a very pleasant experience and I will recommend this airlines to others."

I called Vanama, who rudely put me on morethan 30- minute hold on the phone, told me that Aer Lingus would not dealwith them, but the customer directly. I told him(Daniel of Vanama) that Ihave paid for my fare, that it was their responsibility, not mine to dealwith the airline. Never-the-less I tried calling the Airline, severaltimes, and listened to their own voice messages up to 2 in the morning ofthe day of my flight. Lacking sleep, and still not packed, I went to bed, went very early to the Madrid airport. I knew by the look on the AerLingus(Cristina) staff that there was a problem---she went ahead issued mea boarding pass, told me to go to the ticket counter in Dublin, and ask forhelp. After going from one floor to another, and another, to twodifferent staff-the problem sorter at Aer Lingus told me, Vanama never issued the ticket. That they should not have let me board the plane in Madrid, but he said he took care of the mess. Now you want to know how my flight went."

After 30 more minutes, and after I went to asked what happened, she said that the system was not functioning and that there was nothing else she could do other than giving me some refreshments."

Pros: "Waiting almost at the aircraft steps, it was frustrating to be told to go back to the lounge as there was a technical problem with the aircraft. easyJet managed to find a replacement aircraft and ended up leaving 40mins late, but arrived only 20min late. Had visions of being several hours late. For a low cost carrier the seats are fine and crew were very good, friendly and effort by Captain to be the visible face of easyJet in explaining the problems. So much better than Ryanair, clear difference in customer service, easyJet is more like scheduled carriers than low cost like Ryanair."
Cons: "Boarding is always difficult and poorly managed b6 the handling agent. The second time we boarded was a bit better, but real confusion over priority between disabled, passengers with children, speedy boarding etc. There is no entertainment on the aircraft, not even seat power."

Cons: "Our plane to Nice was diverted to Marseille airport. We were told the airport was closed, however, all other flights seem to be landing at the "closed" airport. After landing at Marseille, the captain told us that we would refuel and fly back to Nice. After a long wait stuck in the hot, stuffy and cramped cabin, the captain announced that he received a call from EasyJet's London office directing him to discontinue the flight because it was more economical to bus the passengers back to Nice. Some passengers refused to deplane and the crew called the police to force them off the plane. The crew was hostile and at no point apologized for the situation. No buses were present when we deplaned. No instructions were given. We simply sat in an uncomfortable holding area for more than three hours without sufficient information or help. If anyone asked for further information they were literally threatened with arrest. In a few cases the police were called by EasyJet staff but the officers unsurprisingly refused to actually arrest someone for such an absurd reason. After an excruciating wait the buses arrived. It took three more hours to get back to Nice. We were dumped there in the middle of the night with no help or assistance. The airport was like a ghost town. It was the worst flight ever. No more EasyJet."

My bag was sent to baggage reclaim, which was past immigration... I had to go through immigration, collect my bag and re-enter the airport for a connecting flight and go through customs, as if I was a newly arriving at the airport!!!!! I am a very dissatisfied customer."

Pros: "I regularly fly between Luton & Paris. The Easyjet staff are always happy and professional - on this flight Christopher & Sarah. Their welcome is sincere and the warmth of their hospitality is maintained throughout the flight, as it is with many of their colleagues. I ordered hot food which was not anything beyond OK - but it was as expected, and promptly served on the short flight. The variety of drinks and snacks is good, and the offers on boutique products is worth a look. The flight was comfortable and on time."
Cons: "It seems that fairly regularly the overall experience is marred by inconsistent levels of service by the support services at Luton Aiport (which I believe is run by Menzies). Over several occasions I have waited some time for steps to arrive, and yesterday, it was the availability of coaches to take the passengers to the terminal building. It is as if there is a breakdown in the overall organisation, which is not directly the fault of Easyjet - but being their home base, over which you would expect that Easyjet could exert some influence. The delay was not severe on this occasion, but just takes the edge off an otherwise pleasurable experience."

Cons: "My check in experience was horrific! Because of my broken foot I cannot walk long distances and had requested assistance. The agent check-in told me I had arrived too late for assistance and it would not be available to me. I almost started to cry because the gate is so far away. It was with the help and kindness of two strangers in line that I was able to get a chair and be wheeled to the gate. I had arrived one hour and 45 minutes prior to my flight but was told I was too late for assistance. After the check-in agent gave me the information she completely ignored me! I wish I had her name."

Checking in online was mandatory-something that wasn’t very noticeable in the email when we had a million other trip details to attend to so we didn’t and ended up having to pay a fee to check in. Ridiculous. My wife and I were not seated together even though I booked both tickets together. The inexpensive upfront price of the flight is not worth it since they will trick you into paying in other ways."
