6:10 am departure. Got to the airport at 4am along with half of Edinburgh. Truly insane. Like, what does the airport do after 7am? Security looked horrific, but somehow it was efficient (without sacrificing attention to detail); we got through in 15 minutes Staffing was appropriate for volume and facility was adequate size for load. So…get there early. Like, really early. Avoid checking in at airport; precheck bags (or have none), have boarding pass prior to arrival.

Flying the whole route with BA makes Heathrow T5 very easy. Only one security check was required in Edinburgh. None at Heathrow. This is one benefit of flying BA. We were also able to use the BA lounges which made for more relaxing wait before our flights.

If you have a second bag... This needs to fit under the seat in front, there isn't space for two overhead

Everything was fantastic. My trip was short and sweet. No problems. Just remember. My paid checked in was i belive 2 to 3 lbs overweight. I believe I could have been given a discretionary pass rather than paying or unpacking. Especially as flight was probably half full only. Thank you

I really enjoyed the good hot tea and biscuits. I loved the tartan plaid head-rests on each seat and the fact that there were all different. The crew’s uniforms are very sharp looking, too.

I booked this flight thru Kayak and then had to cancel within 24 hours of booking. They only refunded part of the fare, saying that was the usual practice. I was not pleased.

Everything! Not sure if there's really anything that could make it any better

Very quick trip from Southampton to Edinburgh Arrival a long way from baggage and up 3flights of stairs no lifts or escalators

We loved the hot towels, good snacks, and complementary hot/cold drinks, all served efficiently and enthusiastically in the short one hour timeframe. The plane crew was terrific!

The flight was excellent and we appreciate that they ran the flight even though only 9 of us were on board!

Excellent round trip from London Gatwick to Newquay Cornwall! Personable staff and crew, bags made it, flights on time. For me it was 5 stars.

For a small aircraft the choice of food and drinks was excellent compared to other ATR 72 operators. Checked in baggage as standard means easy boarding and disembarking for all.

I shall never book a budget airline flight ever again. Saturday morning flight to Belfast cancelled, rescheduled for following day, arriving 25 minutes before scheduled departure flight. I made the mistake of buying a non-flexible, non-refundable ticket options were so much more expensive. Alternative options offered by KAYAK did not come close in any way to my original booking; My first and last attempt to book a flight through Kayak.

Every flight on this airline is delayed, generally upto 2 hours for an internal flight. Very poor and absolute logistical disaster.

Entertainment system didn't work well. Also no new movies and limited choice of other programmes. . And only one USB A charger option. Most modern electronic items needs USB C. Planes should offer both

The space in the seat was okay, the staff were friendly, the entertainment system, my touch screen was not working and some of the films listed on the website for the flight were not available.

I like everything about British Airways. Excellence. Perfect. Exquisite service.

Ohooo it's fantastic 👏 I love it 😀 😍 ❤️ it's on time ⏲️

Big queues on arrival at airport despite having already checked in and only needed to drop bags off. Flight delayed which impacted on connecting flight.

The check-in baggage belt was broken (which is understandable) but what was surprising is they would check you in, give a baggage tag and then you have to drag the baggage to a different counter at the end of airport. No vegetarian option in in-flight meal. British Airways remains the worst big name airlines and always my last option while booking.

The boarding process was very poorly organized. Too many people had way to much carry on and resulted in loading overhead bins being the gating factor. Time for change.

No WiFi working on either flight. No leg room at all, the seat in front of me left dents in my knees. If I put the tray down, it was so low it was propped up by my knees. (I’m only 182.9 cm) I’m usually cool on planes, but the planes were both hot during taxi and take-off.

Very bad.i will never book British flights for future

we had to walk up stairs to get into the plane--no jetways. Perhaps that's a problem not with the airline but with facilities at Heathrow, Glasgow, and Edinburgh. But it was inconvenient.
