Cons: Being allocated when we booked seats apart to make us pay £11 to sit together. All we can take from this is that it was another money grabbing exercise by Ryanair as there were plenty of empty seats available when we boarded!

Cons: The problem with random seat allocation is if you pay to sit somewhere then that should be fine, no. Today I was constantly asked if I wouldn’t mind swapping seats so the passenger could be closer to their partner which is always going to be an inferior seat or worse sat in the middle seat. Their random seat allocation therefore can inconvenience seat paying passengers not a quality experience.

Pros: Low cost, no complimentary food and no entertaiment

Cons: I could not take the trolies on board.

Cons: I had previously checked in on line to avoid the fee at the airport just to be charged the fee. It was very inconvenient and had to pay for something I had already paid for online. I’m very displeased and upset

Cons: The delay was over an hour and we just sat on the plane.

Pros: A good range of cafes at Gatwick while my wife and I wait 7 hours at airport for next flight

Cons: Easyjet's abysmal customer service. We are at gate 40 minutes before and are waiting to board only to find out that they have closed the gate early due to few passengers,wiyhout making any announcement. The airplane is still standing right there but they say we can't board as they have closed the doors. To make things worse, Easyjet refused to pay for the replacement flight, let alone compensate us for the flight we missed (cutting our 2 day holiday in half practically).

Cons: The flight was absolutely fine, although late. There was no entertainment on board. All food and drinks were for a fee. Crew was great.

Cons: it was announce a delay of 1h which in the end it was 3hours without any further announcements... they offer vouchers for drinks and food but they did not announce accordingly, I found out only when I was boarding...

Pros: Very speedily boarding, crew dealt with a passenger with a large bag well.

Cons: The food was horrible junk. I can not imagine, how anybody can dare to offer this somebody to eat. Headphones were extra pay.

Cons: The gate agent was extremely rude. She had very bad attitude towards customers. They forced me to pay for my carry-on luggage because they claimed that it did not fit in carry-on size of the company. I purchased an international carry-on size matter fact. The gate agent was also threatening to remove us from boarding the process. I've traveling so many places with many carriers but easyJet by far is the worst in term of customer service particularly from Copenhagen airport. I was departing from Paris and the staffs were very helpful and friendly.

Pros: Economy comfort was very nice, food decent, plenty of toilets to avoid overcrowding, and good entertainment selection.

Cons: At the check in they made me pay 50€ for my luggage. This is really upsetting because from Houston to Venice they didn't make me pay. Either the website wasn't transparent or the lady at the desk made a mistake. Very upsetting, one luggage should be included.

Pros: It was quick and easy. The cashier could have charged me for a checked bag but because it was small enough it was just checked as a carry on bag.

Cons: Economy seats are less than desirable. I’m alarmist positive I booked premium economy in kayak. Never checked my booking and notice economy later. Could have gotten the same price for premium economy elsewhere. Super pissed

Pros: There is nothing to say this is good and will not use BA again at all. BA charges a very unreasonable price for early seat reservation.

Pros: We Arrived over two hours early waited in the line designated for 45 minutes then told to get in a different line which was slow. Then when we got to the sweet gal at the desk she told us that we couldn’t bring a personal item on in addition to our carry on luggage. We travel a lot and have never seen that. We had to pay $250 to check our roller bags so that we could bring a purse or book bag.
