Pros: I like the assistant she tried to help me at the check in with the extra kilo even though I was a bit stressed and she was too but she need to listen what the costumer says because there was a mistake
Cons: Make the payment for the extra kilo at the same place at the check in point PLEASE I can’t spend 1hr and a half on only the baggage check in and if I want to pay for an extra kilo I have to go another place and wait again a looot The plane was too cold The chair in the plane like a rock stone sitting on There was a mistake in the ticket because of the baggage I’m sorry but it was a bit hard
Pros: Nothing. Wiorst flight ever!
Cons: Ryan air has a paid checkin policy that we were not aware of. It was not written properly in the tickets or in any checkin prompts. Since we were traveling I couldn’t check in online. So reached the airport very early but they charged me to check in, that too a ridiculous amount of 100$. The crew was generally rude and non welcoming. The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate. For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time. Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated
Pros: Mediocre airline
Cons: Was charged for baggage leaving Belfast and I had paid for it when I booked. Check in person was rude, to everyone. They lost 1/2 the passengers baggage in Edinburgh. Took @1 1/4 hr for them to find our baggage and get it to us. Will never use Flybe or orbitz again
Pros: The check in was super easy, they attendent was lovely and the flight itself was alright. However, there was a toddler screaming for 30 mins and not member of the crew adressed the issue and talked to the mother ot tried to calm down the kid.
Cons: They called us to queue up way before they started boarding. We stood there in a long line for almost 40 mins. They could've called right before they actually wanted us to start going in the plane.
Pros: the crew was very polite and professional.
Cons: the aircraft is small and confined, only two toilets for the entire economy level passengers for a 6 hour flight. the online entertainment lacks variety and the food was okay.
Cons: We were travelling with 2 cabin bags and the lady at the gate asked everyone to see if their bags fitted this little box they had. Our bags fitted the box, but because it was a "forceful" fit we were charged £50 each. I complained and the lady threatened us saying that they wouldn't let in if we did
Pros: The seats reclined at a good pitch and were very comfortable. The crew were friendly and service was good.
Cons: I understand that on the night flight, they were trying to keep the lights up for dinner service, but it prevented my toddler from being able to sleep and thus made for a difficult rest of the journey.
Pros: The crew was nice in handling all the complaints.
Cons: Our carry on luggage is acceptable on every other airline, but not on Flybe! hey, the $50/bag each flight is a great way to earn some extra revenue, as is the $4.50 for water! Also the Aircraft was noisy and dingy. Thanks, dudes.
