Great flight, great crew, decent food. Premium Economy was very comfortable. I compare this flight to the one we took on BA from DC to London: Like a different airline. The food was atrocious, the crew aloof, and the cabin not as comfortable. Based on that first flight we said we'd avoid BA, but the return trip changed our minds.

delayed more than an hour with very poor boarding and service

Absolutely the best airline for service and comfort by far! I only wish I could fly with them domestically!

BA Canceled this flight and put us on a flight leaving Aberdeen at 8:00 PM, delaying our return to the states by a full day. The cancellation caused us expenses in both Aberdeen and London and BA was completely unhelpful on the phone and at the airport.

The crew on the flight were not particularly pleasant and fluid restriction was an issue. I was not allowed to fill my water bottle. Crew didn't check on passengers other than meal service.

Entertainment system didn't work well. Also no new movies and limited choice of other programmes. . And only one USB A charger option. Most modern electronic items needs USB C. Planes should offer both

The boarding process was very poorly organized. Too many people had way to much carry on and resulted in loading overhead bins being the gating factor. Time for change.

No WiFi working on either flight. No leg room at all, the seat in front of me left dents in my knees. If I put the tray down, it was so low it was propped up by my knees. (I’m only 182.9 cm) I’m usually cool on planes, but the planes were both hot during taxi and take-off.

we had to walk up stairs to get into the plane--no jetways. Perhaps that's a problem not with the airline but with facilities at Heathrow, Glasgow, and Edinburgh. But it was inconvenient.
