Lounge was top notch h with great variety of food and drinks. Cabin crew were great. Smooth flight.

These are one of the older seat arrangements facing away from the windows! Not particularly convenient sets. No storage spaces. NO COAT HANGING HOOKS. Inconvenient business class seat compared to any other airlines of similar class. Staff are excellent! Extremely professional, friendly. Food is good too.
Overall, flight was excellent but check in was very slow for Premium Economy. Economy queue was shorter but we weren't allowed to use it.
From Rome to Dublin if you want any refreshments you have to pay for them, Not used to this as we typically get soft drinks and a little snack on a 3hour flight in the US.
Boarding was fine, difficult to understand the guy over the speaker though so we were unsure when exactly to board until they updated the monitor by the gate. Flight itself was fine, nice flight attendants, seats were comfortable enough, good selection of entertainment on the screens. Other airlines at a similar price point have included wifi though, at a minimum messaging, for free, so that was a little disappointing to not have that. But otherwise fine. Food was pretty decent, nice hot meal, good drink selection, nice snacks. Bathrooms were ok, could've been cleaned a little more often, but they were never bad.
Aer Lingus App never showed the gate and the board did not update until very close to the time the gate was due to close. Both planes departed late but no announcement was made which would have saved a run for the gate.
Vegetarian food option was very poor. Effectively, overcooked rice ("risotto"). Zero protein which is always disappointing with no vegetables and poorly seasoned. Basically had lots of carbs on 6-hour flight. Not acceptable for business class in 2026. Flight was otherwise very good.

I sat in the first row behind first class. There was plenty of legroom. The entertainment was great. I saw two excellent movies and one episode of a sitcom. Also enjoyed the flight tracker.

Late late late. Delayed and arrived an hour late for a 1 hour 45 minute connection. Every time. Poor record for this company. I try to fly any other carrier first.
The flights are literally always delayed arriving, boarding and taking off so they are always late for the connection. I planned ahead so I was okay but many others aren't. The food was terrible. The staff was very pleasant. I appreciate boarding back to front.
Movie selection was nice and chicken with rice dinner was good. I did not like the pizza thing they served for breakfast/lunch. It was like a hot pocket but mostly bread. A small sandwich or cheese and cracker snack and fruit etc would have been much better. Also they did not announce trash pick up so a lot of trash was left by everyone when departing.
Too tight connection. Lufthansa staff pulled 12 of us out of passport control that had tight connections and took us about 1/3 mile AWAY from our gates and put us in another slow, long line. Needless to say all of us missed our flights and the Customer “Service” staff was rude and not helpful at all. Was rebooked from a direct flight to one w a 6hr layover. Asked about an other option that was on my app and was told to book it myself online (which would be $300 extra pp!!). Got rebooked again w a tight connection which was also missed. Rebooked into middle seats that didn’t recline for 9 hr flight!! No compensation (and we paid for seats!) Ended up taking 26hrs to get home from Europe to North Carolina! No longer a fan of Lufthansa—2nd time having these kind of issues w them!
Paid $35 for wifi but wifi didn’t work. Stressful dealing with work mess and no service. Otherwise normal
The food on this flight was better than what we had getting to Rome. The flight was comfortable and the staff was great. One of the staff members was a stickler about the blankets in the aisle, which I get, but still. Overall, great flight and will fly with them again!
Our screen kept turning off ...3 times...had to get crew attention to turn it on again
The legroom was lacking and the entertainment system lacked adequate selection of older films. Modern films are generally not very good.

The flight attendants were wonderful - one man put my carry on in the bin for me. Very attentive service. Loved the blanket and pillow waiting for me in economy. Food was excellent which is a surprise given the reputation of any airline food. Wine was fine with the meals. Delighted with the new movies - flight went by very quickly. I would definitely fly Lufthansa again.
Flight was delayed by several hours and then cancelled due to weather. But Staff was very helpful getting me on a different flight. United should offer food coupons and tooth brush and paste for stranded passengers
Service was excellent. Flight was only about half full, which meant we had tons of room to stretch out. Boarding area was nice and well organized, flight attendants were super friendly and attentive and we loved the 3 snacks!
