Our outward flight from Stansted was delayed by 90 minutes meaning we missed our connecting flight in Dubai. Emirates put us up in a hotel for the night and on the next flight to Mauritius. All was not lost.
We travel to Dubai to see my son so I take my 9 year old grandson to see his dad . Love flying with emirates
I flew Premium Economy from Sao Paulo to Dubai. Excellent trip, especially the attention to detail of crew.
This was a codeshare with flydubai. Took off on time and landed before time. It was very good
Toilets could be serviced more frequently. They ran out of toilet paper.
The staff were fantastic and the food was tasty. My check in experience was good too.
The on boarding process at the airport was confusing with no order set in place. So passengers were creating their own lines. Taking the bus to the plane as a bit cumbersome. Once in the plane, the flight attendants were tentative and friendly. Seats were comfortable and food was okay.

Service was great. Food was perfect. My mom needed a wheelchair and I was worried that I will miss the connecting flight. Emirates ground staff and wheelchair staff ensured we get to our gate on time.

When I checked in, there was no option available for selecting a gluten-free meal. The lounge offerings were inadequate for someone with a gluten-free diet, and the staff in the lounge were not helpful at all.
I’m 6’2” and the seats were too close together for my knees, very uncomfortable.
The return flight has been a nightmare. I am stuck in Singapore right now because PAL has not managed to resolve my return to Manila. The engine blew up on take off

The aircraft from Dubai to Manila doesnt entertainment facilities. However, the flight Manila to Dubai was great and the aircraft is big with entertainment facilities, ans great food.
When on flight the crew was great. The checkin was also great. What Philippine Airlines need to improve is the boarding process and being on time it is bad when the times I have flown with them they are always late which costs me more do to additional parking fees missed connections.
Leaving early was wonderful your seats are for a small person
Passengers seemed to ignore zone boarding which added some chaos. Actual flight was fine. CebPac charges for water and snacks. De-boarding involved steps from a plane, then a bus and a very long ride to the terminal. Baggage signage was updated after luggage came on the carousel, so this was confusing.
We were allowed to board early, seats were spacious and we arrived early.

Very good no problems with this airline friendly staff at checking ask you where you want to sit left on time everything easy, it’s a budget airline no food or entertainment unless you buy on the flight but who need food etc on a late night flight.
Delay and flowing long wait for leaving the aircraft after landing. IDK, if it's worth.
Terrible, I will never ever ever attempt to fly on Cebu Pacific. I understand that it’s a cheap flight option but they take cheap experience to the next level.
