Tivat airport was really terrible, but the flight was excellent
Kayak told me in the morning that the 16.40 flight would be late! It arrived late to pick us up and arrived at Manchester 35 minutes late. We then had to wait quite a while for the luggage to come through. Missed our train because of this!
Apart from the 3 hour delay, the flight was fine. The seats could have been a little more comfortable, but the staff were great! The seats are not as functional - removing the place to put your book / tablet is a real inconvenience. The food choices could be a little more varied / healthy.
Meals could improve Very plain and poor quality. I wouldn't mind payın more for better.
Seat spacing good ( I am tall), very friendly and competent cabin crew. Good updates from flight deck. Excellent boarding and disembarcation
The flight was over an hour late taking off. Air traffic control on the outward flight caused the delay. Horrendous passport queue at Malaga. Families with children must dread it. Another Brexit negative

They are organised and customer service is so good from arriving at the airport until finally landing at your destination. The experience is a million times better than travel with Ryanair.

3 hours delay, little communication, no refreshments provided despite legal requirements
On time! The wait to board standing outside was miserable. The “priority” boarding is misleading as it does not help the boarding process at all. The bag charges were very high and my expected carry on did not quite fit in the measurement box. The lobby experience at the airport was terrible! Signage and directions were inadequate. The staff was all lovely.
Late boarding as our plane was late arriving from previous flight, then 3 hours sat on the tarmac waiting for a time slot. Then, when we arrive at Birmingham airport, we had to lug our bags down the plane steps, cross the tarmac and lug our bags up the stairs to enter the airport. Horrendous!
Sadly the experience with the airline is worse one ever. Starting from the state of the inside that was filthy that flies was flying around our legs. The food is expensive than a restaurant, imagine a family of 4 spending almost £50 for just sandwich of bread and ham no tomatoes and lettuce in it and a small container of crips that is not up to 20 pieces and a can of coke or Pepsi, and unfortunately that is a person ffour hours pay of work before tax. I know the blame will go to high cost of living but even at that the price is too much.

Boarding was terrible. We were all cooped up in a small, claustrophobic space awaiting to be let out to walk to the plane. Very cramped and very uncomfortable.
Although our departure (DUB) was slightly delayed we reached our destination (LBA) ahead of schedule. The price was very competitive too (around €100 return). Plus, the departure times for both legs were very good: 13:05 and 15:10, respectively. I gave a neutral rating for Food and Entertainment because I didn't avail of either.
Passengers next to me insisted I change seats so they could sit together. I had to frequently move so that when the sear belt sign was on I was in my proper seat! I was returning from helping my mum with my dad's things after his sudden death and didn't feel like arguing with the other passengers.
Great flight and crew but let down yet again by the disaster that is Birmingham Airport
2hrs delay on both ways Captain has to change his mind on landing in Birmingham airport and being forced to escalate and fly again, bit scary
Folks, I'll say it again. This is easily one of my favorite airlines. I'm used to traveling with all kinds of airlines throughout the world, but you need to fix your boarding process. It's not that difficult. You have preferred and regular passengers. Just make sure they line up behind the sign on time. Ground crew needs to be more proactive. Again, I am and I will continue to be a loyal customer, but please fix this one thing. It's small, but easy to fix.
The flight never took off because two naughty kids, Donnie and Bibi, did a silly thing. Started a war.
Even when you get the priority pass the experience is not what it meant to be priority
delayed flight, bag was delivered earlier than I landed, no even water was offered during the flight...
Boarding kept us waiting for ~15 minutes in the sleeve. Other than that, excellent for a low cost carrier.
The behavior of the front desk and lack of explanation of hidden fees and prices in emails send pre-flight marred things up. 1 star

A GOOD IDEA IS TO SEND TO ME BOARDING PASS IN ADVANCE SO I DONT HAVE TO FIGHT FOR IT
One hour delay, landed at midnight, my hotel did not accept late check in after midnight. I had to pay for another accomodation last minute after I landed. Wizzair customer support did not reply when I asked for alternative accomodation. Very poor experience overall.
