Overall flight was fantastic.i really enjoy the whole journey .
Little more legroom would have been nice. But it's a very short flight, so it was fine really.
Short flight, some waiting to board, but no issues and no frills.
No staff at the gate and the flights were not posted on the board so we missed our flight. Horrible experience. Be VERY careful flying Norwegian. Super limited ability to communicate with their slim staffing and restricted hours.
Tickets were cheap but it says no where that food was not included, I travel Austrian, Swiss and Turkish airlines all the time always food is included, never flew Norwegian again

Name change on tickets for a misspelled name was very hard to change
Would be nice if the front toilets could be used by everyone.
Sat on runway for 1.5 hours waiting on winds to change so we could take off. The pilots did an amazing job getting up in the air when they had permission to take off.
They cancelled our flight home less than 24 hours before it was supposed to leave. It partially ruined our last day because I was on the phone trying to get 5 people home and the stress that it causes. We still arrived at the airport with no definite flight plans. The actual flight was good but my kids really misses the kids meals I had ordered for them which obviously didn’t make it to the new flight.
Very helpful in getting us off the plane first to make a tight connection.
The flight got canceled and you just send an email in the middle of the night and no solution to how to get on the next flight or provide other solutions.
Missed a connecting flight and SAS was at fault. I was awarded a $20 voucher in exchange for 8 hours of my time? Gfy.

All flights were on time! The crew was nice and polite Thank you. Food was awful. They give you terrible pasta or rice dish and make you pay for chicken if you’d like meat. When I asked for water with my tea, they told me, I’d have to pay 3 euros for water. Restrooms were filthy half way through the flight.
We were sitting in SAS plus. Super friendly, service that went above and beyond on a Full Flight too! Meals were deliscious and trays were cleared promptly. Generous drinks offered throughout the flight. Would like to suggest better movies on offer to watch.... In all genres and maybe more cooking shows? There was only 1, Nadia's Everyday Baking... Thank you

Professional crew and staff, very organized boarding and on time flights, baggage handling. Indian vegetarian meals were good, though could improve by offering Indian bread (naan/paratha/roti) as well. Very helpful pre flight emails with details of onboard experience 👍 Above average selection of movies. Consider offering more movies with subtitles and ratings indicators (e.g., IMDB scores).
It was my first experience in business class. It was everything I expected and more. Service was impeccable, food was delicious and I felt rested once I arrived to London
Liked - efficiency of boarding with 2 jetways. Checkin was with kiosks with helpful and plentiful workers to help with the process. Munich airport security was very automated, efficient and effective. Free wine and beer! Cons - food was only okay in economy class. Plane bathrooms could have been cleaner.
No assistance as requested. Very late take off. Very hard landing And again , no assistance after landing

Cancelled and left stranded with two babies. They couldn’t rebook and I have no way to get home. 100 phone calls later the calls kept getting dropped. When I asked to cancel and rebook elsewhere they couldn’t promise me any type of refund even though they canceled the flight without alternative options
There were kids on the plane playing games on phones with audio on. Also one misbehaved kid kept running up and down the aisle and there was no action by the crew or the mom. This negatively affected my otherwise good flight experience a lot.
Missed our flight to London and we were put on coach seats to Munich.
Seats were terribly uncomfortable! Couldn’t sleep! I paid for good seats when scheduled with Lufthansa, got crappy mid-section seats on Air Canada!
