budget airline, you get what you pay for but pilots flew great, crew was awesome!
I mostly blame the dreadful Berlin airport, not Norwegian, but we departed in the rain after trekking for a mile to get to the gate, carrying everything including our baby and luggage down a couple flights of stairs and then walking to the plane on the tarmac in the rain and climbing more stairs to enter the hot airplane. The flight itself was fine, but sitting in the cramped chair, soaking wet, baby in lap, also wet, was hard to overcome.
Delays, uncomfortable, and no compensation or free water after being stuck in the plane for more than an hour!
Flight was 1 hour late. The luggages also arrived 45 minutes late.
The flight was delayed by 1.5 hours & the gate was changed, so it was a long walk from the 1st gate to the 2nd gate. The bags took about 1 hour to arrive after landing. Ridiculous wait for bags for which we paid extra $$$$$$$
The upholstery of our seats (7A+7B) were in bad shape: twisted, hard and uncomfortable. We also had a 55 minutes delay. Apart from that everything was OK.
We arrived on time to our destination and the flight was peaceful (and short!.)
30 minutes late as usual. Could not pay for any food or drinks, despite using three cards. Amex, Mastercard and Visa. Uncomfortable seats
Norwegian ground crew did NOTHING regarding priority boarding. I paid for priority and there was no priority boarding effort made AT ALL at the gate.
They canceled the original flight and were horrendous with rebooking
Didn't manage to get luggage on the plane to Bari. The luggage was checked in all the way to Bari.
budget airline, not a lot of amenities but perfectly priced for a 3.5hr flight. Crew/Pilots were great, communicative, and overall provided a great experience for the price point. Have flown with Norwegian when coming in/out of Norway for the past x10 years now!
Unfriendly staff at boarding gate. Unclear announcement at about gate change. Low cost airline with no amenities on board. Bring your own water.
Terrible communication about cancellation of flight. Put on a flight the day after our departure day even though there were seats the following day

Little more legroom would have been nice. But it's a very short flight, so it was fine really.
No staff at the gate and the flights were not posted on the board so we missed our flight. Horrible experience. Be VERY careful flying Norwegian. Super limited ability to communicate with their slim staffing and restricted hours.
Tickets were cheap but it says no where that food was not included, I travel Austrian, Swiss and Turkish airlines all the time always food is included, never flew Norwegian again
Wait times for passport control in Copenhagen were ridiculous. I will never return to that airport, worst airport I have ever been in.
Flee premium economy. Very comfortable absolutely a better seat more recline, wider, and more legroom. Flew Business, which was lie flat comfortable with decent food. In P E Basically the screens audio hardly works and the selection although 90% in English is very limited. Wi-Fi did not work both ways across the Atlantic. It was “broken“ very efficient operation. The app was great. Notification is fine. It was just the entertainment and the food in premium economy was lousy airline food. But yes, I would fly them again in PE or business if they were going my way.

The connection time from the flight to Stockholm and the flight out of Stockholm was too short. Due to a knee injury, I almost missed the second flight. From deplaning at E5 to boarding at F69 takes more than 40 minutes.
Curious and efficient service ! First time flying with SAS and very pleased!
I paid extra for our seats on the way coming back from Stockholm to New York the seats were changed and it was totally waved. This happened to three more passengers.

Boarding required going up and down the stairs with your carryon bags which wasn’t an issue for us but would be quite challenging for elderly people, or anyone with mobility issues.
Would be nice if the front toilets could be used by everyone.
On time! The wait to board standing outside was miserable. The “priority” boarding is misleading as it does not help the boarding process at all. The bag charges were very high and my expected carry on did not quite fit in the measurement box. The lobby experience at the airport was terrible! Signage and directions were inadequate. The staff was all lovely.
Late boarding as our plane was late arriving from previous flight, then 3 hours sat on the tarmac waiting for a time slot. Then, when we arrive at Birmingham airport, we had to lug our bags down the plane steps, cross the tarmac and lug our bags up the stairs to enter the airport. Horrendous!
Sadly the experience with the airline is worse one ever. Starting from the state of the inside that was filthy that flies was flying around our legs. The food is expensive than a restaurant, imagine a family of 4 spending almost £50 for just sandwich of bread and ham no tomatoes and lettuce in it and a small container of crips that is not up to 20 pieces and a can of coke or Pepsi, and unfortunately that is a person ffour hours pay of work before tax. I know the blame will go to high cost of living but even at that the price is too much.
flight delay was announced after passengers were staged to board the flight. Communication regarding subsequent gate changes was poor.
Ground staff a baggage drop in Palma were generally unhelpful. The flight was delayed and the boards were never updated and there was no communication on the length of the delay.
Over 2 hours delay, communicated last minute - and no acknowledgement by flight crew
Boarding was terrible. We were all cooped up in a small, claustrophobic space awaiting to be let out to walk to the plane. Very cramped and very uncomfortable.
Good value for the money. Good leg room. Take off and landing very good.

You get what you pay for with RyanAir. This was a €60 round trip from Stockholm and every piece of it was just excruciating, from the plane being delayed by more than an hour, to having to stand out on the tarmac in the darkness at 3C and wind to wait for the plane to disembark its previous flight (why they do this is just cruel), to the crew keeping the lights on the entire flight despite it being so late so they could walk through the aisles and try to sell things. I always say “never again!” after flying RyanAir, but somehow end up getting lured by the prices…
Easily one of the best flights I’ve ever taken. Worth it to upgrade slightly. Crew was phenomenal. Just wish the man sat next to me kept his shoes on. There should be a rule about that. But I wish I could take every flight with BA.
Poor experience at Bengaluru Airport. Slow check-in process. Boarding calls were unclear and by number (no clarification given for priority groups) and were caught in wrong queue with infant based on what was written on ticket. Aircraft seat was not comfortable. Slow initial service for flight at 03:00 where most passengers wanted to sleep - did not seem right to be serving meal after takeoff. Poor quality breakfast in morning, not offered any tea/coffee alongside Only saving grace was that this was a night flight and the plane had free high-speed Starlink wifi.
Great flight, great crew, decent food. Premium Economy was very comfortable. I compare this flight to the one we took on BA from DC to London: Like a different airline. The food was atrocious, the crew aloof, and the cabin not as comfortable. Based on that first flight we said we'd avoid BA, but the return trip changed our minds.

The seats are not comfortable if you are not tall.
Business class on British Air with the Airbus 320 means the same seating as main cabin ( 3 - 3), but with the middle seat of each three-seat row blocked off to become a platform/table. This is decidedly NOT a business class experience. Other aspects of the flight were fine.
The crew were good. The flight was on time. The food was bad.
it didn’t happen!!! they canceled it like 15 hours before the flight and made me find my OWN replacement flight and talk to them for FOUR hours!!!
Pilot kept us informed of status of slight delay. Much appreciated.
