It was very good, good food good stuff, The toilets were a little stinky.
Complete mess. Our reservation was mistakenly cancelled. After almost missing the connection and walking all over the Munich airport, the Service desk got involved and we were run to our flight. Not all 4 of us in Business and not seated together as originally booked. This was the worst treatment I have ever had. And I travel a lot. 1K million miler.
Crew was not happy. Very uncomfortable seats. When person leans back in front of you the screen is too close to me. Food was awful.
Very old plan, bad cabin layout and seats, entertainment system would get 95% through a film and then crash and reboot. I wont be using Lufthansa after I return back home, would rather pau more for a better flight arramgement.
Flights were extremely delayed, then canceled, our baggage was lost due to this and the service reps at the counter couldn’t be bothered to help us put in a missing luggage claim.
Pathetic service by underpriced, please call me back at the earliest
It was my first experience in business class. It was everything I expected and more. Service was impeccable, food was delicious and I felt rested once I arrived to London
The flight was about 10 minutes late which made it kind of tight for connection in Frankfurt. One think that was helpful for my husband and I since we don’t speak the language was when we got off the shuttle bus, two ground crew told us very clearly how to make the connection.
I had handicap and pre board due to a recent broken arm, was made to find my own help placing carry on baggage in the storage above. My tv and entertainment unit did not work correctly, requested help and it took 30 minutes to get help, she did not fix it or come back to see if it was fixed. I went to her a second time and she did another reset, still did not fix.
The plane was 3 hours late. What more can I say?!.. This, plus my horrendous experience of the second leg of my trip in where the plane had to be boarded (off and on) without escalators.. but not-covered outside regular steps…!! No… this is my last flight with Lufthansa!! Never again!
