Seat is business could have been a lot cleaner, but space was nice and seat was comfortable

A little late, but an overall pleasant flight. Staff pleasent hand helpful, a great start to our holiday.

Not JetBlue's fault but Aer Lingus never explained how to transfer to JetBlue.

Overall it was good experience and it was my first trip with Aer Lingus. One thing I was embarrassed was that someone occupied my seat so I was asked to use another seat. Due to this unhappy happening I almost missed the connecting flight because the random seat was far from the flight door. Food was fine, I liked the macaroni and cheese with fresh bread.

I was very disappointed that the online sys allowed me to get the boarding pass for the second leg of the trip, when I clearly request it for both flights!

The space between seats was reduced even further. Could not even open the tray table fully and got compressed the moment the front guy reclined. For a long haul flight it was extremely uncomfortable.

The space between seats has reduced even further making it extremely uncomfortable. Couldn't even open the tray table properly or got compressed the moment the front guy reclined.

Not satisfying due to loss Luguage for 4days. Damage Luguage that had no way to fill up a report for and me as a client to spend more money and time to replace it. Thank you for soliciting my opinion, but it was unfortunately a very disappointing experience. Stephanie Zvi

The seat pitch was a little tight for me, but I survived. There was a volatile, enraged passenger a couple of rows ahead of me and the cabin crew defused and resolved the situation calmly, quickly, and successfully.

We booked a flight from FCO(Rome) with a stop over at DUB(Dublin) going to JFK. Boarding from Rome was kind of chaotic since the airport I guess is very small and we needed to shuttle to the airplane. The gate agent just let everyone and anyone go without using the sections so that took a lot longer than usual boarding. From drinking to JFk boarding was good and organized. Amazingly the flights was very smooth sailing and we’ve flown American big airplane to small companies before. The aircraft’s itself is on the older side, can’t complain tho because the plane ride wa smooth. For a 3 hour plane ride, nothing was complimentary. But for the longer leg of the plane complimentary snacks, meals and drinks were provided which was great. The food wasn’t bad either. I would fly with them again, great price and good service.

Last minute charge for 1 checked luggage before boarding which wasn’t mentioned when we bought the tickets months ago. It was an unexpected surprise. We had no choice but to pay to board. Most airlines allow your first luggage free.

In-flight service was very good. The entertainment system keeps resetting, it happened at least 7 times.

Boarding was efficient and quick, crew was very attentive, seats were comfortable.

The crew was friendly and helpful. The food was terrible.

Everything was very good! I personally struggled with the heat in the cabin for the first 2 hours

Terrible service especially for premium economy. Much more comfortable seats on other providers

Friendly hosts/hostesses; dinner was of acceptable, but mediocre standard

Very caring crew on board. Didn’t have dinner as I was sleeping. Was seating in the emergency row so I had comfortable leg room

Had a nice little suite although I couldn’t close the door (but I didn’t ask anyone to help). 5K is a nice seat and very private (you look in on first class). Enjoyable flight and nice crew.

Crew was excellent. And no surprise that the seats aren’t comfortable at all. But that is every airline.
