Cons: "Staff at check-in desk were rude. My carry on luggage was taken from me and placed in the hold even though I booked my flight long before Ryanair changed their rules about charging for carry on luggage. The sticky tab that the member of staff placed on my back has left marks all over the handle."
Pros: "The stay"
Cons: "Ridiculous long wait even though Ryanair said to still go for the original time. 9hours in the airport is not good enough"
Pros: "front-line staff were sincere. Plane was well-maintained."
Cons: "Chat staff wasn't competent."
Cons: "Delayed, then slow luggage reclaim (I believe that's your problem rather than the airport)"
Pros: "By the time you were up it was on its wayndowm 40 mins"
Pros: "The flight itself was great.... just the 90 min delay that put a downer on things."
Cons: "The 90 minute delay was a bit of a killer... also we where not told about the delay when checking in our hold luggage.... one of my party smoke and where a bit put out to find out about the delay once they had gone through customs etc and then couldn’t smoke."
Pros: "Flight delayed, 20 minutes to get through passport control, chaos at the car park due to changes & fees! Welcome back to England ☹️"
Cons: "Ryanair delays, Manchester airport in general, poor and anti-travelers focused"
Cons: "Flight didn’t leave until about 11 as boardinf didn’t start until after 10 so we arrived in Manchester at midnight."
Pros: "Crew were fabulous, boarding on time and was quick and easy."
Cons: "Plane was filthy, covered in rubbish, crisps, dirty seats. There were no drinks left to buy as it was the last flight of the day, no milk for tea which wasn't good."
Pros: "Cabin crew - efficient, friendly and with a sense of humour."
Cons: "Having to buy Prority boarding to guarantee access to the overhead bins. Seats not that comfortable. Little legroom (i’m average height at best)."
Pros: "Seating was comfortable and more leg room than some other airlines random seat allocated no charge no complaint. Only bought cup of tea so can’t comment on food. Tea was fine."
Cons: "The seemingly squashy way of making sure hand luggage is tagged. Why not use a system of gradual approach. Don’t like euro charging if card used. Seems strange. Cash sterling ok."
Pros: "crew very good"
Cons: "2 hour delay and no information, even changed boarding gate and did not inform passengers who was already waiting."
Cons: "Waiting time, unfriendly crew, pilot out of the cabin chatting with the door wide open."
Cons: "Getting charged 220EUR to check in at the airport."
Pros: "Easy and quick and cheap"
Cons: "The seats are too steep inclined"
Cons: "We were forced to get on the aircraft when it arrived late, with another 737 taxiing next to it( I know illegal). Then forced to sit on the plane for nearly 3 hours on the ground in heat. Staff were rude and awful. Everything was stupidly expensive, even water!!! When we eventually got to Manchester we had to wait in the plane again for 45minutes for the bus to arrive to take us to the airport. Only one person on passport control. Where our bags were all in a pile on the floor because of some malfunction. Ryanair flights are hell!!"
Pros: "3 hour delay due to an Italian air traffic control strike. Not the crews fault but they handled it well, especially the captain who spoke to everyone face to face"
Cons: "The selection of food was dismal and expensive, glad ok didn't buy as the quality looked poor"
Cons: "40 minutes baking on the bus to take us to the aircraft, Lack of communication Disrespectful and bad attitude of the crew Paying £80 to put luggage in hold to be told as I didn’t report that my case was damaged when I arrived at 01:00 am (in the morning) with an onward journey of 2 hrs I could not now place a complaint! Despite having photographic evidence!! No tap water available - given ice and boiling water I am done flying with Ryanair"
Pros: "Food was hot and tasty."
Cons: "Near 2 hour delay."
Cons: "Dirty seats, tables and floor. Both times we checked in and because we didn't pay for early check in we all got separated despite there being room to all sit together or at least in pairs. Had to pay to move to sit together. It costs £80 to bring a suitcase for the hold, however if you don't pay for priority boarding your handluggage gets placed in the hold anyway despite there being more than enough space in overhead lockers. If I had known how much it would be to pay for the 'extras' which area really basic requirements, I would not have booked with Ryanair. Next time I'll be going with another company who actually provide a basic service"
Pros: "Accessibility guys in both Bergamo and Manchester were brilliant."
Cons: "Delayed for 2 hours the first hour was on the departure boards - fair enough but almost all of the second hour was on the plane with hardly any information at all."
Cons: "Delayed flight then held in pens for ages then held on the plane too."
Pros: "Ryanair still not putting their customers first. Poor experience checking in online. Had to use online chat which needed several attempts to get an answer, be careful calling Ryanair as they charge 13p per minute"
Pros: "Flight was on time"
Cons: "Couldn't take on bag as not priority. Booked extra leg room seats expecting priority but no longer Won't travel with Ryan air again"
Cons: "30 minutes waiting, New lugguage policy!"
Pros: "Boarding was relatively quick"
Cons: "Left late and the staff were a little rude"
Pros: "Left 15 mins late due to idiots not making the gate on time and luggage having to be found for them and arrived on time in Manchester so well done Ryanair!!"
Cons: "As we landed at las palmas the passengers were screaming as we had turbulence, no one from the crew tried to ease their fear."
Pros: "Easy embarkation, left on time, uneventful flight, arrived before schedule. Just what I wanted."
Cons: "Everything was just fine."
Pros: "Typical Ryanair flight. You know what you are getting"
Cons: "Delayed. Chaotic boarding"
Cons: "The service is poor. They just want to rip you off. The bag price is ridiculous. When you check in they put you in separate seats do you pay. I paid for my son when we were flying out but when coming back l refused to pay. Guess what happened they allocated my 22 year old to sit on the emergency exit. The crew then came to me asking if l could swap seats with my son as he was not allowed to sit there as if it was me who had allocated him that seat. If it was the other way round they would have asked me to pay. When it suits them."
Cons: "Not much extra leg room and one attempted rammed the trolley into my foot trapping my toe against the wall and the didn't even respond to me shouting out in pain"
Pros: "They got us to Manchester alive, although late as always with Ryanair"
Cons: "Everything else, Ryanair provided an awful service, delays on both ends of the journey. No info provided to us and to top it off, there was a screaming child in front of me and next to me."
Pros: "Ease of being all done online check.in . Seats . Loved the crew the friendliness. The seat comfort and space ."
Cons: "The allowing of drunk passengers on return rude loud quite scary . Crew dealt with them very professionally"
Pros: "The flight was speedy and the plane was one of the new ones with a new interior, which was a nice change from the flight out to Germany."
Cons: "The boarding process was hectic and disorganised, the plane set off late as Ryanair always do, there were incredibly loud and rude customers onboard which the staff did nothing about. The seats weren't comfortable at all and the headrests were awful. Generally just an uncomfortable plane, the new design looks nicer but the seats are a lot thinner and it shows Just felt very cheap, the flights weren't even particularly cheap either"
Pros: "It was much, much better than the flight to Ibiza because the passengers were at least civilized ,were quiet & did not cause the crew any problems maybe because they were knackered after partying."
Cons: "Nothing to report. All went well. Very efficient & pleasant."
Pros: "Effective service point A to B. Flew from Hamburg Manchester and seated 17A. Leg room good on the exit row."
Cons: "New slimline seats will be difficult for anything more than 2 hours"
Pros: "On time Pleasant cabin crew Fast Track"
Pros: "Arrived 25 minutes ahead of schedule"
Pros: "1 star given for food & entertainment only because no N/A rating option, first time to use Ryanair, better experience than expected, will not hesitate to use again, thank you"
Pros: "Getting home"
Cons: "The delay no information why Struggling to find room for your bags when you have paid for luggage Staff where rude when you asked questions why we are late why no room for bags"
Pros: "flight dayed after boarding. comfortable for an ecomomy flight . no food or drinks purchesed .no entertainment on short haul flighs. overall value on a budget"
