From the checking in process making sure that the correct groups board in order, the food on board included in price of air ticket with a special request for dietary requirements, to arriving ahead of schedule and great WiFi connection included on board.

Crew was great, service was good, flight went well. Originally, the flight was advertised with WiFi… including during check in… and nada.

Aegan Airlines compensates for its outdated business-class seats with excellent food and onboard crew service. Launge was also excellent.

For a business class, it barely met the standards of a basic economy on most carriers. The seat would barely recline; no pillow or blanket unless you ask a crew member; no leg rest (at least in the 1st row). The crew was friendly and attentive, except for one male crew member who was very inconsiderate toward many business passengers who were already sleeping or trying to sleep, slamming the doors of the kitchen compartments. He did so twice till another passenger complained to him. Overall, business class is an economy experience except for the food.

Seats that recline. Ice for soft drinks. No charge for did drinks. Wifi.

Aegean Airlines was great! Great spirit, very helpful and efficient. Overall Aegean Airlines was a great experience.

The crew aboard Aegean were excellent, they picked on our son’s anxiety and immediately came to the rescue to see what they could do to make it go away.

Flight had delays as always. It has been very disappointing as the last 4 times I’ve travelled with Aegean we always had delays.

Just ok. No much of a great travel experience. If you need point A to B they are ok.

More leg room, great if crew could move people before flight (ie if 3 in a row, offer to move 1 or 2 to an empty 3 seat row rather than let people move themselves after takeoff
