Cons: "My husband was seated in row 2 and I was seated in row 29, even though there were many spare seats in blocks of two and three that we could have been sat in; then I was forced to put my carryon luggage in the hold, meaning I had to wait ages at the baggage reclaim on arrival, and was late for my air BnB check in. When I booked my flight I deliberately chose not to check any luggage, spent time planning what to take so that it would fit in a carryon bag, and measured out my liquids into small bottles so that they passed the liquids restrictions: all effort and time spent in vain due to Wizz Air. I was furious!"

Pros: "Purchased priority boarding for a change which was nice to be able to not have to jump in the queue quickly. Boarding was fine and the crew were very friendly and professional. The extra legroom seats over the wing provided a good extra space."
Cons: "The cleanliness of the plane was not good, the carpets were fraying and the seats were old and tired. The seats were positioned too upright and there was no option to recline the seat so it was a very straight seat for 2hrs on the flight."

Cons: "I asked upon check in 2 times about my backpack, the representative said its ok 100% to take it on board. At the gate they suddenly say i need to pay now , left me no choice but to pay 60(!) poumd from a small bag!!! The gate representative, Rose is her name, seemed like just a sales person, she didnt even care what i said, and said “ its your fault and tour responsibility “. “Please pay or you wont be able to board” she said. Yes, like a bully, demanded for money, or else.... Worst service i had ever experienced in my 16 years of traveling."

Cons: "The gate number was displayed and all passengers made their way to the gate were we made to wait for about 30min before passport control took place,no information was provided as to what caused the delay;after the passport control we had to wait again for about 15min.The late take off resulted in me narrowly missing my train home"

Cons: "the fact the crew arrived to the gate after the planned boarding time causing us to stand too long on the stairways. check in via the app (using iphone 6) was a failure. i was certain i booked with extra luggage - at the check in i was told i didn't. from the reservation confirmation it is not clear what i paid for & there are no means to contact you - email, on line chat - you know the regular things every company today use to proivde customer services which is not only "give us you money". too bad this is WIZZ Air"

I guess I should have realised that by how early people started queueing and the fact that they charge for checked in luggage."

Pros: "Nice clean plane, friendly airline staff (as friendly as they get, we all know how they have that teflon attitude), OK food, I sat between 2 Bulgarian passengers which were very well behaved, one screaming baby nearby (as there always is) and no-one playing football with the back of my seat all the flight (you know who you are - hope someone does it to you), and no-one fidgeting all flight so all in all a good experience."
Cons: "Bit slow in opening the gate for people to get on. They expect to cram you like sardines on a hot staircase with no where to go when there is other people being checked in to board behind you, really stupid and possibly sadistic."

Cons: "The web site is laborious. Checking in was 48hrs prior and frankly you should be able to choose what remaining seats are available as a no cost option. You can choose prior to the 48hrs at cost (i was never given option on a 3rd party site when i booked!) Checking in should be longer than 3 hrs! Because if you book a exec lounge which is air side you lose 1.5 hrs as a minimum in the process of checking in luggage and security checks. Lose .5 hr+ to go to gate and you get 1hr only when you pay for 3 hrs! Where is the sense in that? Its miss-selling at its worst as everyone is complicit. Flight left 20min late for no apparent reason Seats are a bit stone age and hard although only a short flight my ar*e went to sleep before I could"

Cons: "The boarding was announced 30 minutes before the beginning of the procedure. All the passengers were standing in the queue, without any possibilities to sit down. At Luton there is no connection among the announcements and the actual status of the boarding of a particular plane."

Pros: "I like the bubbly upbeat attitude of the flight attendants interacting excellently in English and other languages and also how they dealt with an angry passenger."

Pros: "Brand new planes - on board crew was pleasant and the flights were smooth and on time."
Cons: "Ridiculous size restrictions on carry-on. If you can pack your clothes in a wallet, then you should be able to carry on at no cost. Only the smallest of bags will meet the "free" requirement. Website is awful to attempt to online check in. Crazy that they charge for check in at the airport if you cannot get their site to work. Customer service phone call also costs a quid a minute. It's almost as if they are proud that they screw you if you encounter any difficulty or you've made a mistake in the complicated boarding pass emailing procedure."

Cons: "They charged me £45 for my hand bag which was smaller than the standard handbags in other airlines, I had bought priority check-in service but still they didn't allow me to check in before anyone else, as I had to go to a separate queue to pay for my smaller than normal sized hand baggage ( in all other budget airlines its more than acceptable and was slightly bigger than Wizz Air allowance), the WizzAir hand baggage size allowance is way way too small and its a trap to make money off unsuspected passengers like myself. They were rude at the boarding gate and non-apologetic. Did not sympathize with me, although they were nice to other white passengers, I felt I was treated differently because of my race, specially after the Paris attack all brown skinned men were viewed as a potential threat I suppose and did not have a good experience in the flight as all passengers were looking at me funny! Point to be noted: On my way to Budapest from London I was carrying the same hand bag and I was not asked to pay extra!! Inconsistent service!"

Cons: "Too many rows of seats fitted. The seat pitch was such that anyone over 5'11' would be in real trouble. Luckily the flight was far from full so I could put my legs sideways into the empty seat space next to me."
