It was...fine. Boarding worked okay, the staff was competent and sufficiently polite, and it was a nice Dreamliner aircraft.
Exactly as you would expect from an Israeli airline (written by an Israeli) - basic service while firmly polite. Don't expect anything extra - they are there to manage the flight, not to make your experience optimal (unless you consider the minimum of getting to your final destination - and then it is great!). They won't give you anything extra, won't pass around water , if you want it - go get it from the back of the plane. They want you sleeping and seated - and while I'm sure that other airlines want the same, here this is well felt.
I was scammed. I never received flight. I had to buy another flight. Airfare assist is a scam and by you using them makes your company fraudulent. please give me refund

The crew were incredible, especially with how unruly many of the travelers were. Loved the pots and hummus and the food in general. The leg room in economy was plentiful, which was a very pleasant surprise!
Did not expect too much, but an initiative to serve a small water bottle without asking for it would be appreciated. A small snack pack would be very nice too. Coffe any one?. Yes - you'll get an over heated chicken sandwich as the on board meal. Sorry - nothing to write home about.
The crew was fantastic, and it was croweded but roomy enough. But the sandwich was horrible and no entertainment at all which is difficult in a flight of more than 4 hours.
We were 3 people together and they seated us apart. My wife and I were both in middle seats which were very tight

Efficiency of staff, and comfort and cleanliness of aircraft was all great. Maybe a hot drink without payment at that time in the morning would be good!

The check-in baggage belt was broken (which is understandable) but what was surprising is they would check you in, give a baggage tag and then you have to drag the baggage to a different counter at the end of airport. No vegetarian option in in-flight meal. British Airways remains the worst big name airlines and always my last option while booking.

London → Mumbai: A Complete Turnaround The next sector restored my faith in British Airways. The entire crew was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special shoutout to Phiroze and the entire team serving the Business Class cabin — their professionalism, hospitality, and thoughtful service were extraordinary. They truly embodied what makes British Airways a global leader, and I am deeply grateful for the experience they provided. This is the BA I know and love. Mumbai → London: A Strange Meal Schedule This sector was generally fine, but the meal timing was puzzling. Lunch at 10:30 AM — for a Business cabin — felt unusual, and most passengers, including myself, barely touched it. The rest of the service was smooth, but the scheduling definitely needs a rethink. London → Boston: Mixed Experience Again The flight itself was decent, but the Business Lounge at Heathrow for this leg was a letdown. Arrived during lunch hours: no hot vegetarian options available Lounge area: dirty dishes everywhere Even after politely alerting the staff, the dishes were ignored and left uncleared For a premium cabin passenger — and at one of the world’s busiest international hubs — this was disappointing. Overall Impression My journey with British Airways felt inconsistent — two great sectors sandwiched between two that fell short of the BA standard. When BA is good, it is world-class. When it misses, the gap is noticeable. I genuinely hope the airline takes this feedback as constructive insight. I continue to believe in British Airways, and I commend the outstanding crew on the London → Mumbai sector — they were the highlight of my entire trip. With a little more focus on vegetarian meal availability, lounge service, and consistency across crews, BA can ensure every Business Class passenger experiences the premium journey they promise.
We were in business class and I had seat # 1. This was a night flight and after dinner was served, lights were dimmed and I went to sleep. The crew were loud and noisy so I didn’t get much sleep. I expect the crew to enjoy themselves but would Appreciate some decency in staying quiet while the passengers sleep
Have travelled business class with other airlines who profess to be the best in the world. They can however not beat the service and comfort that BA provide.

Logan gate staff was unhelpful. Arrived early, come to find out the airbus scheduled was reassigned and I did not have a seat. The desk agent spoke to his supervisor who instructed him to give me a boarding pass to get up to gate area, he was polite. At the gate the fellow was sitting to the side with two other BA staff . I asked him if he could help me, his answer was” we are on a break, we are closed” then turned his back. I am almost 70, drove 4 1/2 hours to Boston and had been looking forward to this trip for 5 months. I have worked in service many times in my life and this is not how it is done. I eventually (1/2 hr) before boarding was able to get a seat. The rest of the flight experience was unremarkable.
The boarding process was very poorly organized. Too many people had way to much carry on and resulted in loading overhead bins being the gating factor. Time for change.
A no frills flight wet leased from Czech Smartwings on behalf of Israir. Comfortable seats, polite crew and non existent food and entertainment services. I had and entire row to myself and slept throughout the flight. I loved it.
Everything is good but there was no snacks, they only gave us water without any snacks, check-in online also didn’t work, we had to check-in in the airport

Great crew. Seats do not recline :( but it is budget so i should have known. Otherwise comfy leather chair. Slight slim chair but again budget so expected. No entertainment do makes journey boring. Recommend packing plenty of snacks and games or download plenty of films and music in your device. Staff excellent. Clean flight. On time.
Both of my flights had issues with their time slot with air traffic control, so they left over an hour late and the flight back to London was delayed by over an hour. Please provide more clarity about baggage requirements on booking sites, your website and within the app. I had to pay for extra bags at the airport when departing London, because they didn’t specify that your carry on bag can only be a backpack and not a trolley, my trolley bag fit the size requirements of the backpack but still I was made to pay

It’s a budget airline. You get what you pay for. They insisted on getting us out of the gate and into our slot on time. They got us to the destination safely. Aircraft was clean and well maintained. What more could we want
Half an hour delay. Squeezed into a small Departure Lounge with very few seats. Noisy flight with screaming unruly kids. Loud IPads and Phones. Heaven!
Were delayed in the airport for 5 hours with no explanation. Flight kept getting delayed by an hour at a time and wizz air staff were no where to be found
