I liked that they gave us a couple of meals and drinks but the meal was not good and not many options especially if we are seated in the back of the plane.
Again on this leg the WiFi wouldn't work. The seats were comfortable with adequate cushion and space between seats for my legs. Very nice 3-hour flight.
Everything was great, however the seats in the back are very small. Not as Comfortable as I would have liked.
Excellent food. Good service. Crammed Premium Economy seats. I Asked to change seats during check in. They told me the flight was fully booked. But on board I saw empty seats where I could have been easily relocated.

Amazing crew, excellent food, business class seats seem a bit dated but are super comfy even for a very tall person. If continuing onto Taipei, the stopover in Bangkok is a bit annoying (queue at security) though the lounge is decent.
Boarding is fast and easy for economy class, food was ok baggage policies are good
Everything was fantastic! It was a short flight but the crew really went above and beyond to make it a great flight. I felt cared for with EVA.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Cabin Temperature on Flight SQ447 (DAC–SIN)** Dear Singapore Airlines Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience on flight SQ447 from Dhaka (DAC) to Singapore (SIN). After boarding, it became apparent that the cabin air conditioning was not functioning adequately. When we initially raised the concern, a flight attendant informed us that it would take approximately 10 minutes for the temperature to cool down once the aircraft began operating. We trusted this explanation; however, the cabin remained uncomfortably warm, and many passengers—including my family—were sweating for an extended period. After approximately 45 minutes, I raised the issue again. While the attendant mentioned that adjustments had been made, the response did not reflect the seriousness of the ongoing discomfort. It was only after about an hour into the flight that the temperature finally improved and the cabin became more comfortable. I also spoke with several other passengers seated nearby, and they confirmed they were experiencing the same issue. As a frequent traveler who has always associated Singapore Airlines with high standards of service, this experience was very disappointing. It has made me reconsider choosing this route with your airline in the future. I hope you will review this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure that such situations are handled more promptly and professionally going forward. The male traveller seated in the row in front diagonally opposite my husbands seat across the aisle as soon as the seatbelt sign went off moved across the aisle into the seat in front of my husband for the entire journey from London to Singapore he had his seat reclined and pushed back and the seat touching my husbands knees for the entire journey from London to Singapore. very uncomfortable for my husband.
Airport lounge for business class is too crowded and not comfortable. Poor foods and facilities. Boarding was delayed. A lot of coughing people in the flight even in the business class, which indicated poor screening and health risks.
More Baggage limit Alternative of virtual check in at airport , prefer personal touch with “real person”check in counter for baggage drop
I would not have changed anything… It was a perfect fight
There was no screens on the flight, and no wifi with which we could connect to the internet and stream any content. This was a smaller plan so the business class seats were a bit tight. No hot towels or welcome drinks like when you fly on the bigger TG on the same route. The food was excellent, much better than the previous Thai airways business class meals. It was also nice that they offered eye masks for easy sleeping.
Excellent service in business class. Well worth the slightly higher fare as it includes lounge access, additional luggage weight and a full hot meal on board.
We still get drinks and a snack. Love the gift bags too.

The flight (boarding) was delayed by 40-50 minutes and there was very crowed. They need to improve on the timeliness & boarding process. (They asked passenger to board in groups, but the 2nd group was standing there waiting for 20 minutes!). However, services from the crew was very good, also the food was good as well. I also found the legroom was quite comfortable.
Except that our flight was cancelled, by mail, and later moved to 12 hours prior, then the experience was good. In Bangkok we were offered a hotel, it was fine, but would have been nice to know in advance😉

Check in was a disaster. 90 minutes and only 2 economy check in desks open. Had to rush to catch the flight.
I couldnt go on this flight and lost all my money over 1,000 UK Pounds as my visa to Myanmar was not accepted :(
Very lovely aircraft and crew. Seats were comfortable and the food was great and served swiftly. Delayed flight due to a passenger coming off the flight but overall a great experience
This flight was a very good trip for us. The crew were very friendly and helpful. They made arrangements for my husband to have assistance in boarding. We were not expecting a meal, so it was a pleasant surprise on this short flight to have a meal and beverage from a very courteous crew.
I prebooked a comfort plus seat on this flight and therefore the flight was comfy. I got the correct seat in the correct section of the plane that I have booked, that's this. Flight was comfortable. Staff were average on the flight, appearing to be rushed and short in engagement with travellers, perhaps this to maximise there rest time on the flight.
Terrible experience resolving missed connection after flight was delayed. 3 hour queue at transit desk, not enough staff, no organisation, worst ever flying experience.
The rows of seats in economy class are seriously close to one another making eating and resting just about impossible - there is hardly any legroom. Anyone larger than average size would have an incredibly uncomfortable flight. I had to basically share my seat with the lady passenger next to me as she was too big to fit into her allotted seat.
Staff was very friendly. There is no on board entertainment, but it’s such a short flight that it doesn’t matter. We also got a meal which was nice and unexpected due to the length of the flight.
Flight was fine overall. What you would expect from economy seats. I did appreciate the amenities (eyemask, earplugs, small toothbrush and toothpaste, thin socks).
Food was good, attendants were friendly. Seats were not comfortable. Did not receive any amenities such as eyemask or earplugs that would have helped sleep. Additionally a large group of passengers boarded very late into boarding and were a disruption for almost the whole flight. Flight attendants did their best but the kids were making so much noise, kicking seats, and half the time no adult was sat with them so they weren’t being managed.
I staff or crew they were very friendly and humbly, they done theirs service very well, I appreciate them and thank you to the company or Qatar 🇶🇦 Government for providing as good service in their flight ,once again, thank you 😊 🙏 😀 😉 👍
Crews are very rude and unhelpful. Cramped seats in economy. Foods are useless
Pleasant and friendly staff. Comfortable aircraft. Speedy boarding. Took off on time. Arrived earlier than scheduled. Overall very enjoyable flight.
I have a walker I need it to get from the plane to customs and baggage claim. It had a huge orange tag on it saying it should be given to me as I got off the plane. It was not and the flight staff didn’t know where it was—both on my flight to London and on the return. In It was very frustrating
They forced me to check my wheel bag because there was a full flight. This was very frustrating. I went out of my way when planning my trip to not have to check any bags. Usually, they ask people if they are willing to check a bag they do not force people. This felt like bad planning on the part of the airline.
Had a plane! Have a plan! Have my luggage! 10 hours of travel turned into 50 hours. Good Lord!
Great flight, great crew, decent food. Premium Economy was very comfortable. I compare this flight to the one we took on BA from DC to London: Like a different airline. The food was atrocious, the crew aloof, and the cabin not as comfortable. Based on that first flight we said we'd avoid BA, but the return trip changed our minds.
Those seats were very comfortable. Nice leg room and food was great 👍
because the previous flight operated by BA was delayed, when arrived to the gate, I was surprised that I was taken out of this flight and they rebook me but with a different seat

We arrived at 430a for our flight. We only had carry on so we were sent to security. The BA person was tagging all carryon in case a shortage of bin space. We were on the plane like 20th and told we had to check carryon because it had a tag. Unexpected and unnecessary
It’s the old style plane with the old Ying Yang seats doesn’t compare to other airlines with newer planes.
