Cons: "So Aegean Air, booked two separate tickets on my return flight without me knowing. There fore my luggage is in Athens and not in my final destination of Cairo. If they would have told me to pick up my luggage in Athens and recheck it, that would have been great. Furthermore, there was NO aegean air"

Pros: "Could not fly due to medical reason and any all the info to last minute. It lasted 13 days and finally got only a refund of taxes. I’ll never use them again and make sure to book with Kayak as I used too."

Cons: "I’ve flown Aegean 3 times in the last month and there flights have been late all 3 times."

Pros: "Check-in counter mentioned that our ticket did not include checked baggage, but she only charged for one bag (will be checking on my ticket and discussing with Aegean's corporate if I bought the correct ticket with checked bags). Boarding was easy and the crew was very nice and helpful throughout the flight. I was glad that they served a small meal - food was good...we're not talking about a restaurant meal. Seats were good and just wish there was some in-flight entertainment."

Cons: "We couldn’t check in until 90 minutes before Departure."

Cons: "Our first flight out of Mykonos was delayed by a little so we had to run to our connection in Athens and my bag didn’t make it onto the plane. So now I’m in London, missing a dinner because I don’t have dress acceptable clothes, can’t go out and buy any because it’s too late on a Sunday. I am also going to miss my plans which were the only reason we came to London. as I do not have acceptable clothing to go out in tonight. So it was a waste of paying the flight to London, and our Airbnb in London."

Cons: "Boarding. They couldn't figure out to make people queue up. It's not a hard job, but they looked like they were struggling. It made me feel like I should step on and help"

Pros: "The crew were very professional and polite on board and the food was excellent"
Cons: "The baggage machine at Athens that my friend used seemed to be faulty when the same bag was checked on another machine it was kilos lighter. But the ground staff at that machine a man was very rude to her."

Cons: "check-in process - they would not start check in until one hour before flight and then there was only one agent for boarding passes and one for checking luggage if you already had a boarding pass"

Cons: "On my return flight to Athens from London, I was told that my hand luggage was too large and needed to be checked. I had to pay an extra 55 pounds (75 USD) to check the bag. On my Aegean flight to London a few days before, I was able to check the bag for free. I do not understand why I was charged for the bag on the way back but not on the way over. $75 is half what I paid for the flight itself - seems way too much just to check a small bag. I will keep this in mind when considering flying with Aegean in the future."

Cons: "There was a slight delay with the boarding process. We were bussed from the terminal to the plane on the tarmac and were held on the bus for several minutes while maintenance workers sorted things out with the crew. We were finally allowed to board the plane after the maintenance crew had left. The entire plane from front to back had a terrible smell, as if the sewage pipe had burst and liquid/waste flowed everywhere. The smell may or may not have anything to do with the maintenance crew on board and delayed our boarding. No explanation of the smell. Good thing it was a short flight from Athens to Naples"

Cons: "Seats were horribly uncomfortable. I will not fly this airline again after my last trip onthe 14th of August."

Cons: "With Kayak I booked Tel Aviv to Malta with 1 hour stop in Athens. The first flight was delayed by an hour hence making me lose my second flight. Aegean then booked me on a flight to Catania (Italy) for a different connection to Malta. Only that this Aegean flight was also delayed by an hour making me miss the second connection. Eventually I arrived in Malta 15 hours later than scheduled. Aegean customer service reps were extremely unhelpful and made this 10 times more difficult. I missed a whole vacation day, amassed roaming telephone charges and on top of that missed a reservation for Dinner in the Sky Malta."

Pros: "The service in overall was good. Since this is consider to be a low cost fare, my expectation were not high."
Cons: "My Luggage did not arrive. Since I have been in a motorcycle tour, I had expensive and valuable accessories and I also bought new things. For almost 48 hours, I have been very worried that I will need to go through an expensive law suite. The whole issue was cause because of overbooking. I was asked to be on a waiting list with my luggage. When I was boarding I specifically asked the local crew whether my luggage is on board as well and I was answered definitely "YES"."

Pros: "Gate staff are able to deal with things"
Cons: "Check-in can't process baggage charges, so they send you off to an office across the airport, just to find that the payment processing office is closed for a couple hours in the late afternoon. Why don't you just set the baggage check in people up to process a credit card transaction?"

Cons: "The other passengers were very loud and obnoxious. During boarding it felt like we were a heard of cattle."

Pros: "The overall flight was okay. It wasn't as comfortable compared to other flights I've been on and it's a bit difficult to stow luggage. However, I miss my original connection due to flight delays and I was added to a different find free of charge! Very grateful and thankful for that."

Cons: "delayed departure and late notification of delay at 20 minutes to departure board said go to gate, at gate there was a 30 minute delay announcement then there was a further delay when we boarded"

Cons: "Boarding process out of control after business and special need people went in . They need to have rules or enforce them if they do. Space between seat rows is tight , okay for short flights less than 2 hrs."

I suppose entertainment is not a big thing nowadays with all the choices we have with smart phone's and tablets, so not so much a big deal. But with space itn is a big deaI. I reclined my seat and Icould feel my seat on top of someone's knees. So i sat up and struggled to sleep. I suppose in a sleepy haste I reclined my seat. I was awaken to a gentleman asking me to sit my chair up so he could put his tray down to eat his dinner. I felt horrible."

Cons: "we were charged twice for the exact same flights, date and seats. My husband made the same reservations as I had for both of us three weeks later than my reservation was made. When this was discovered by us I called and was told by two agents that I couldn't get any money back. What a rip off."

Cons: "The seats lacked any semblance of comfort. There was little to no padding in the seat cushion and the fact that it didn't recline at all and the seats were crammed so close together my husband had no knee room, made for probably the most uncomfortable flight I've ever been on and that is saying a lot!"
