Luggage did not make it to Miami still not today! Screen did not work for couple hours- got a bate of chocolate as a peaceful offering. Crew tentative, seats are getting smaller- isle seat arm rest foes not fold- problem getting other 2 passengers to go to the toilet without hitting themselves
Pros: "Nothing. There was no flight. The flight was cancelled and you did not notify us. We found it out ourselves by accident. We tried to contact you guys but we could not call or anything other. You guys suck"

Screens froze often, were not very touch sensitive and the sound was pretty bad (on mine, would only provide sound to one ear, so I had to turn up other bc of poor quality and ended up w a headache.) Also, bathrooms were gross; ran out of paper and floors were "soiled""
My flight from Rabat to Paris was canceled at about 3am before a 6:50am flight! I was then told the flight would instead be departing from Casablanca (2hr 30mins away from Rabat). They did offer shuttles from Rabat to Casablanca which was great; however, the stress of that morning right before a long trip that would end up taking me 25 hours was not how I wanted to start my long travel day -- stressed and on a bus for 2 hours and 30 minutes. 👎🏻
crew was amazing. Will be forever Delta flyer. Captain spoke in front of us, personally grateful to passengers for being there. When landing gate problems, Captain again came out to speak in person. crew are retired military. Very impressed when flying can be such a struggle today. Thank you Delta
W were seated in the middle of 4-seat row so we had to bother other passengers to get out. Seats were packed together too tightly. It was a very uncomfortable place to sit for 8 hours.
Pros: "Delta flight took extra precaution to keep all passengers safe before during and after the flight. They communicate effectively during the flight. I will be flying Delta again and again."

Pros: "The flight was delayed several times due to bad weather in Tampa. The gate agent was good at explaining the problem and said it was the FAA that had put a ground stop in place. It was nice to be informed about what was going on."

Cons: "The business class seats on Turkish fully recline which is my top criteria. The window seats don't have direct aisle access though. The food was good as always on the flight. The weakest part of their offering is in the entertainment area where the movies are out of date and the TV series haphazard."

Cons: "The staff told us our carry-ons are over weighted and forced us to check in 2 carry-ons and charged us 250USD! Our carry-ons are totally standard-sized but just weighted more than 8 kg. We have never encountered any airlines would rob costomers like this! Will NEVER ever fly Turkish airline again!"

The flight itself it was great nice food the crew were very nice and helpful, Checking in from Birmingham wasn't great long queues for bag dropped, And I had my hand luggage case taken away from me even though I requested to have it with me as I had breakables items. I was told I can not because of the length of the flight with no explanation at all no options was given for me to take my fragile items out of my case it was taken away with hold buggage I find the staff member who was checking me in very unpleasant !! Can we please be advise if the rules have changed about the the carry on hand luggage it will be easier to be advise on booking your tickect if we not allowed to take the hand luggage with me. Overall I had a good flight .
I requested wheel chair assistance , it was confirmed via email that inwoood get it but I didn’t get it . The last leg of my trip to Nigeria was the worst.
Cons: "The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!"

my screen did not work, but the middle seat was empty so I used the middle screen. Also, I appreciate that I was allowed to switch to an earlier flight and avoid short delay during boarding
Hated the boarding by bus out to the plane. Unorganized and uncomfortable and took forever.

They boarding was incredibly disorganized and very late departure because of how bad it was.
Great crew No entertainment as very short flight and not necessary so no problem I slept so don’t know if there was food or not but there normally is
Flight was delayed because it took a really long time to get the plane ready. Boarding was not well-organized. Sandwich with zucchini for breakfast is certainly cheap and has an interesting taste, but not a great combo.

Cons: "Your crew didn't smile. They didn't seem very happy. The food was ok, but different from normal American cuisine. I didn't appreciate the crew's comments to some of my fellow passengers about how they we wouldn't eat the food. I would have liked to have been offered more to drink. Additionally I'm glad the crew is fond of one another, but they were loud and distracting. They were nicer to one another than the people flying. I didn't like being barked at and being given confusing directions regarding exiting the plane. Overall I wasn't impressed and would prefer to not fly with your airline again."
