Cons: Last minute gate changes at Heraklion meant lots of confusion & frustration plus late departure. Edinburgh airport is a joke since its recent upgrades, plane sent to wrong bay caused delays getting off then baggage handlers are slow beyond useless, seem to think they are doing everyone a big favour & will do things when it suits them. No help or information from airport staff who promptly vanished at the 1st sign of trouble. Edinburgh airport really needs to have a long hard look at itself.
Cons: This is a buckle and fine airline. I went to check in online the day before my flight and added a checked bag for each passenger. The website did not work well and it ended up booking 2 bags each and charging me for two each. When I arrived at the airport they said I had not checked on online and had to pay extra for checking in at the airport. I asked for a manager who said there was no record of me going online. That was odd because I booked and paid for my bags online the previous day while I was checking in.they said I had to write a letter to get back my extra baggage fees I was charged in error. I doubt I will ever see that money again.

Cons: The announcements were a bit “organised tour” excitement which was odd. Also not allowed tablets during take off and landing which was a bit behind the ball compared to other carriers.
Pros: I liked that the plane has all economy seats so even the "poor" people can sit in the front of the plane. I liked the courtesy and pleasantness of the crew. Good entertainment system at the seat but I would like more options for free. (Only 6 movies and TV shows are free. You need to pay 5 pounds to be able to watch all the rest)
Cons: I did not like the terrible airport in Manchester. It looks like a war-time Eastern European airport. No computerized check-in kiosks, you have to queue to check-in. Then you go down some stairs to get to the security level which is a huge mess in a small room that looks like a gym. At the gate, the gate crew called upon "those passengers seated in rows 1 through 8 to board" but somehow everyone was granted entry to the aircraft! I was in row 6 and got on one of the last. I said to the gate lady when I finally boarded "wow that is quite a lot of people seated in those 8 rows!" She just shrugged and looked overwhelmed. Also there is no kosher food option as I found out from a Jewish passenger seated next to me. They just offer vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and diabetic as special meal options. Finally, the entertainment system is nice but only offers a limited number of options for free. For 5 pounds you can access all the other films and TV shows. Also the airport in Manchester had a runway construction or something so we took off one hour late and I missed my shuttle in New York.
Pros: I was afraid that the flight would not be good because it was very efficient in price. I was stuck in Europe because another carrier had dropped me and my companions. I tried Condor and was very pleased.
Cons: I fly all over the world but look for flight tomEurope quite often. I would love to use Condor in the future but have noticed that they have few flights across the Atlantic.

Cons: Very poor choices for movie and TV. Husband was searched twice for same flight, once at security and once at the gate. At the gate they were "randomly" pulling people, young teenagers, my husband a disabled senior with a cane, all whites that we saw and we were near the end to board. One Muslim fully covered woman with 4 bags walked right on. Really!
Cons: Poor communication between Sun Country airlines and Thomas Cook, NO checked bags for our group of 6 made it with the plane, I paid for 2 seats in row 22 and got separated from my wife and put in the back of the plane in 43 with sticky floors. Was not offered any help getting my money back on seats I paid for other than when exiting plane which was too late since I had to try to make my connection at this point.

Cons: Information on delay at the gate was poor until the captain came out to speak to us. The delay. We arrived at Gatwick at 12:45 in the morning. Fortunately we made the 1:20 am train to London otherwise the whole travel experience would have been very poor. We had a crying/howling toddler in the seat row in front of us. I know there isn't much you can do about this but it obviously has a huge impact on the comfort of your flight.

Pros: More legroom than expected. Seats are thin though but comfortable enough for a 2 hour flight. WiFi has movies although the selection was pretty slim and they cost 5 euros! Also, the app seemed to have an issue that the titles of the movies didn’t appear anywhere so you had to guess what the movies were based on one screenshot.
Cons: They claimed they had WiFi but I would hardly call it that. It was very slow and kept disconnecting. Also, had to pay for movies and even regular drinks like orange juice. I know it’s budget airline but still bothers me especially since they charge 2-3 times regular price for the food.

Cons: Delayed 20 minutes out of Denver, and when I arrived at my connecting city in Munich I was immediately told I would not make my connecting flight due to customs lines and to reschedule. I walked 5 minutes to customs, no lines, walked another 5 minutes to my gate, and easily made the connection.

Cons: First, they sent an email notification that our flight had delay for 2 hours. I went to the airport to checking my baggage and I looked on the departures board but I could my flight. I asked a lady who was helping people to find the right kiosk for checking but she said I don’t have your flight on my system. Again I went to the information desk at the airport but I was told your flight checking now is closed!,,, I was like WHAT?are you kidding? I told them it’s 2 hours before my flight take off, how it’s possible? Than she called someone and I was told yiou can checking at # counter. When I found the counter; I didn’t see any sigh by Croatia Airlines. Short story, I ended up to pay 40 euro for my 20 kg baggage’.

Cons: Air Croatia’s lack of responsibility Lufthansa lack of communication and the complete ineptness of Lufthansa customer service. “I only have a headset so can transfer you to .... the airport where you ticket is now held” and “I do not have a duty manager and as I said I can not transfer you to the complaint system”
Cons: There was a half hour delay, but they they did their utmost to redress this, and we landed just 15 behind schedule. A lovely, cheerful and friendly crew and a very pleasant pilot who clearly understands the importance of good communication. THANK YOU.
