Excellent and way much better than the last two flights I made with Swiss and with BA. It is amazing how much difference a well trained and polite team can make. Hats off Volotea !

A technical delay caused us to miss our connecting flight which resulted in an additional nights stay which cost us $225 as well as $800 to get on another flight. Absolute BS. I’ll never fly them again

Cons: "Boarding was horrible, Santorini’s airport was horrible, the flight was delayed, no one knew what was going on, there is no organization with boarding it was a mess"

Cons: "Boarding is a joke. Everyone hoards the gate and there is no organization. Recommend using boarding zones. Italians have no idea how to make lines."
They delayed my flight from Toronto Pearson for one hour and Frankfurt to Abuja for 2HRS, So sad
Both flights were delayed and we missed our connection. Our second flight was delayed 3 times. I have always had great service and never any problems with my flights on Lufthansa. My last two flights were, unfortunately, awful. I fly quite often to Germany and have had better luck with United than Lufthansa.
Flights were extremely delayed, then canceled, our baggage was lost due to this and the service reps at the counter couldn’t be bothered to help us put in a missing luggage claim.
The boarding system was all bogus - employees at the boarding gate were not sound like proffesional or may be possibly rational
This was the best carrier, comfort, service, good food, on time experience on a long haul flight. New, clean, quiet, smooth aircraft!!!
It’s not bad, simply it’s not as it used to be years ago.
A major problem at the Frankfurt terminal. You see your connecting flight is on concourse A and you see signs for A, but when you start to walk out to A, only then do you find A is in another terminal which requires a bus ride, passport control and customs. If you sit around in the first terminal too long, you can miss your flight. We made ours.
Connection time and departure time were both changed to cause undue stree on older people who cant run through an airport
Loved flying with this airline. Professional, courteous staff who did everything possible to make the long flight comfortable!
When we were boarding, we needed to go the desk and give the address of our final destination. While giving our address, I was yelled at because the woman at the desk couldn’t understand that I was giving her our US address. I kept giving her our street address and she couldn’t understand and she yelled “listen lady, I need your address. Just write it down!” I wrote down exactly what I had been telling her.
