Paid for the seat 17D. I found that that seat has no lean back facilities

I paid 675£ for LHR-BOM-BKK (return flight). They charged so much money but provide very less food/drinks as compared to another airlines. Never ever fly with Indigo.

Flight was delayed 110 mins.. Crew on Ground or in Air had no regrets.. No apologies... Very poor boarding process... Awful food and beverage choice.

Flight cancelled after 4+ hour delay. Indigo created a nightmare scenario and showed the most callus attitude towards the passengers I will refer to them was IndiNoGo!
Cancelled flight probably not enough seats were filled. Mess up with luggage and it took 1.5 hrs to start dispersal on belt
On time Arrival and Departure despite budget airline. In side the aircraft, seats and floor carpet is very clean and neat
Worst customer service I've ever experienced on a flight. They downgraded my seat without giving me any other options, then sat in a seat with an arched back for 10 hours. I was not able to get ahold of any customer service representatives to understand what alternatives I might have, or how they will be handling a refund for the difference in fares between business and premium economy that I was downgraded to.
Poor experience at Bengaluru Airport. Slow check-in process. Boarding calls were unclear and by number (no clarification given for priority groups) and were caught in wrong queue with infant based on what was written on ticket. Aircraft seat was not comfortable. Slow initial service for flight at 03:00 where most passengers wanted to sleep - did not seem right to be serving meal after takeoff. Poor quality breakfast in morning, not offered any tea/coffee alongside Only saving grace was that this was a night flight and the plane had free high-speed Starlink wifi.
On time. Comfortable sats. Clean aircraft. Friendly crew. Good food.
Overall great! They could add more entertainment option. They kept running out of vegetarian food options and I got travel packs. This happened on all legs of the flight. Need to plan for it better - I am sure you have some data analytics from all your travels.
Better service to offer drinks in the middle of the trip
They can improve Everything, a 12 hour flight has just 2 meals and the meals are 7 hours apart, wtf are they thinking. At the very least they should have 2 refreshments like some small snacks with some water or some other refreshments since there are people travelling with medical conditions. The services and seats were genuinely horrible
The British airways from Dallas to London is not great , the food is not good at all but BA from London to Delhi is amazing food is great.
Missing 3 out of 10 checked in bags.Transfers in London and Chicago are chaotic.

My bag stayed in London - it didn't arrive in JFK and I was informed it would arrive at my address next day. I'm still waiting for my bag and it has not been delivered. I have an air tag, my bag arrived at JFK airport around 12pm and it has been moving between terminals since then. Now they said it may arrive 1 am or tomorrow. I'm jet lagged from my flight from India, without my suitcase and may need to miss a work day (Monday) because my suitcase was not delivered at the time it was promised (today, in the afternoon). The suitcase delivery service is not reliable and I'm not happy waiting around the entire Sunday to hear that it may or may not arrive today.
There’s no comparison for new avatar of air India. Long live Air India. Amazing hospitality and ultra soft polite charming crew

Good experience, comfortable seats. Entertainment did not work but vista wifi and entertainment worked great.
The flight was delayed for 2 reasons. 1) Weather - due to which it incoming aircraft was diverted to Ahmdabad. 2) technical issue which took 5 hrs to solve at Ahmedabad. The flight which was to leave by 6pm left at 12:10am the next day. They could have handled the situation in a better way. They waited for Airbus engineer to come and solve. They didn’t simultaneously call for another aircraft so passengers could travel through their connecting flights as scheduled. It was a very poor way from Air India.
Need to update the staff of the airport. They tell luggage weight according to they want.
Flight got canceled, didn’t help much to reschedule flights, rescheduled flights took more that 40 hours for me to reach back home, with lots of layover and didn’t provided lounge even they told to do so. TV in airline was not working either.
Seats and trays broken , none of tvs working in flight, food and service poor , crews had attitude not friendly , my son business class seat got stuck they have to reset, how they got clearance to fly this aircraft? Never again

Staff was very unpleasant. Food repeats. Seats were very uncomfortable. Spacing was not enough for legs. TV was not working and after telling twice they said will come to see it later. No one responded. Charging plugs were broken. Our watch and other devices were out of battery. Washroom was so dirty. Water all over the place. No seat covers or soap.
