Pros: Amazing crew and great comfort
Cons: Entertainment system didn't work. Couldn't hear movie at all with headphones provided and screen very hard to use and just stopped several times. Even after crew reset it twice, still problems.
Pros: Nothing. I never took a flight so bad in my life.
Cons: They could have another line to the people that couldn’t make check-in online, but they prefere to charge you a amount of $55,00 euros. Me and my husband tried to do the check-in online but the system was out off service and than when we tried again, 2 hour before departure, it was no possible
Pros: I paid extra to allocate seat upon booking. When I went to check in I was asked to pay for seats again. We then had to sit separately. Upon boarding we were asked to pay £25 each for our hand luggage - even though we fly every month with Ryanair back and forth and have never paid before. Rude staff
Cons: Staff could be taught customer service skills. and stop taking more and more money off people but advertise as cheap flights because they arent. We have vowed never to use Ryan air again.
Pros: I liked the fact that boarding and exiting the plane was fairly quick. There were 2 exits we used which sped up the process.
Cons: The rude British Airways representatives at check in should be retrained. One gentleman asked me if I wanted to check in my carry on because the flight was full. He said it was optional and I said no. He continued to pressure me into doing this and I clearly told him no several times. I guess he got upset that I didn’t wanna check in my bags that he asked me to place my SMALL CARRY ON (my backpack) in the luggage size checker to verify it fit. It did fit except a small part poked out because I had stuffed some souvenirs in there. It was clearly small and could clearly fit under my seat, but he said I had to check it in. This angered me but I kept my cool and walked away. Customer service doesnt start with British Airways.
Pros: Comfortable new plane. Pleasant staff. Captain willing to stand in front of passengers and explain why the flight was delayed and offer the opportunity to visit the flight deck - a very human face.
Cons: Fight was delayed for over an hour but hey, it happens.
Pros: The whole experience was without issue - I arrived at the airport 2 hrs and 15 min before my flight, I checked in with the automated kiosk, received my luggage lablel, proceeded to the bag drop, placed my bag on the belt, the machine scanned my bag and check in was complete - all done in 6 minutes.
Cons: Lining up at the boarding gate blocked those other passengers going to other gates - my only suggestion is to put a barrier between the thoroughfare and those waiting to go into the gate but I am thinking this is more an airport issue, rather than an airline issue as such - not a major issue.
Pros: The crew was welcoming and friendly. The choice of movies was awesome.
Cons: The seat i was in had many stains on it and there was garbage under my seat. Someone needs to clean better... Also, need to look at passengers more closely as at least 2 still had cell phones on at take off
