I paid for priority (2 bags) and because I had 2 backpacks the boarding crew jumped to the conclusion that I had a non-priority ticket and had one bag too many. The person who spoke to me was quite rude and told me to leave the line without looking at my boarding pass that I was trying to show him. I queued to have my bag sizes checked - neither of them are oversized, in fact, either of them can fit under the seat in front of me but I paid for priority because I wanted to bring two. In the end, the same person had to speak to me and then said "you have two bags" to which I replied I had paid for them and when he checked my boarding pass he did not even apologize for the trouble.

We had a delay. That made me feel anxious because I arrived out of time

On time was excellent, not serving any water and deliberate seatings apart is deplorable.

It was raining and we got all soaked because the staircases didn’t had a roof

Flight delayed by almost two hours. On boarding we were hold in the transfer bus, with no air conditioning and almost 40 degree C outside, in front of the airplane for a long time.

Very good, staff seemed to check random cabin bags for size pre boarding.

Seats very uncomfortable for a 4 hour flight, what entertainment? Food overpriced. But sure it’s Ryan Air, what else would I expect?

The Ryanair staff was not polite. We all travelled with the same suitcases as we departed from Thessaloniki, however they decided that for some passengers the suitcase was not the rigth one as far as the dimensions are concerned. Furthermore, one air stewardess asked passengers to close themselves the luggage cabinet in order to prove that the lugagge was not properly fitted, which i think is very unkind and unprofessional. We also had to wait outside , some metres away from the plane until last passengers came off....It was generally a dissapointing experience.

Great flight and reminded that the logistics completely Astoria. No real story about victors, m
