Pros: such a big difference in size of aircraft, very comfortable and great crew.

Pros: The food was good. The lane was comfortable

Cons: The flight was nearly full, and the 767 is a large aircraft. I think it would be preferable if Virgin Atlantic would board the plane by zones, similar to other airlines.

Pros: Seats were super comfortable, bigger than most planes with extra leg room. Food was excellent and fresh, amazing Dutch cheese sampler was divine. No nonsense staff who had all connecting flight info on hand when we arrived in Abu Dhabi. KLM staff were friendly and efficient. Fabulous airline.

Cons: crew was not friendly, i had to ask for water many times, usually water person walk the aisle. food was terrible. other carriers food were better

Cons: Had worst seat on plane on outward because I didn't know I could pick a seat free of charge before online checkin This could be a lack of communication on Kayak/Last Minute.com as opposed to Virgin

Pros: Very friendly crew. We boarded about an hour before so we were ready to go well before time.

Cons: The economy seats are not that comfortable and the screen for entertainment is sometimes difficult to use.

Pros: The crew was outstanding and the good choices were excellent

Cons: The flight was late( not their fault) and there were several technical difficulties with the A/C and entertainment system

Pros: The seats reclined at a good pitch and were very comfortable. The crew were friendly and service was good.

Cons: I understand that on the night flight, they were trying to keep the lights up for dinner service, but it prevented my toddler from being able to sleep and thus made for a difficult rest of the journey.
