Service and food were excellent, could have been more info in English.
I was in business class for the 8 hour flight where: 1. The WiFi did not work 2. The entertainment system did not work 3. We were told there were no hot drinks for the entire flight
I had an issue with the name on my ticket vs my passport name. I was very upset that the Iberia ticket clerk had no authorization to help me and I was left to fix it. It took 19 calls of persons promising to accomplish and not doing anything before I reached someone who helped me in 10 minutes. Two of them even hung up on me. I missed my original flight because of this. Terrible customer service.
Flight boarded three hours late for no reason other than someone made a huge error in crew scheduling. We missed our connecting flight in Madrid and got zero help from American or Iberian airlines on rebooking. We had to pay for a car to take us to the Madrid train station and pay for train tickets to Santiago. We never used our booked flight to Santiago. American claims I can submit the expenses but they are not obligated to cover them. Very frustrating.

Flight from Costa Rica to Madrid was excellent. Good food and service. The flight from Madrid to Brussels was very poor . No food , no entertainment, no usb … Total package was quite expensive so you should give same service on the second flight

Flight from Madrid to Dakar had no onboard entertainment for a business class. Not even a single screen . That was disappointing. The WiFi only worked for the first 45 mins of the flight.
I paid to upgrade to Business Class. The queue to check in at the Business Class aisle was full of people without Business Class tickets, the fast-track immigration line was “closed” but the representative opened it up for his friends, regardless (there was a lot of fist-bumping), and the lounge was an absolute mess…..4 staff sitting playing with their phones while every table had dirty plates and glasses waiting to be cleared…..and the least said about the rude lady on the reception desk at the lounge , the better!
Smooth Flight, Friendly crew, food offering on board was limited.
It was good, but I felt a little cramp on the plane whether I was in Economy or not.
On board Entertainment and crew services were absolutely trash! Neither me, nor any of my 40 family/friends members are flying Lufthansa again!
For such long flight we were expecting more comfortable seat , which were to close to each other , the backrest we could only lean a few inches to the back and you really couldn't stretch your legs.
My flight was delayed d the gate was never updated inside the terminal. If I hadn’t checked my email I would have missed my flight. Also, I paid a total of $5100 for my flight to be. Business or first class. My final leg of my flight from Heathrow to Frankfurt was not to standard of what I expected or experienced in the previous legs of my trip.
The real bathroom smelled horrible and it smelled in the real of the plane..
The staff are extremely rude maybe even racist, I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life. I will never fly with Lufthansa Mor Discovery Airlines again.

Connecting from Germany with not enough time to go thru TSA and security so many times. Kayak or whomever doesn’t leave you enough time between flights. I made it with 5 min before my zone was called. Too stressful
The connection between my income flight and the outgoing flight was slightly late and they would not hold the next flight for 7 minutes. The next flight was 4 hours later and we were issued a stand by ticket. So we had to wait to find out if we would even be on that flight. After boarding that flight was delayed for 40 minutes because there wasn’t a ground crew to load the luggage. The airline is not living up to it reputation.
