I paid extra for more comfort, didn't get any better than any other seat, tv didn't work on both seats, it'd

The plane was delayed by two hours in Chicago which led to us missing the next flight. Lufthansa rebooked the flight and booked us a hotel for the night in Frankfurt. The level of customer service and getting us taken care of was superb. The flight crew and the service on the ground was superb.

We flew first class - the screens are outdated and very small. Even on highest brightness level is was hard to recognize anything. Food was on average, nothing special. Champagne served was the same other airlines serving in Business Class.

I ended up in Lufthansa to Zagreb because of our delay

I darted through the Frankfurt airport to make my connecting flight. I asked if it was a possibility to upgrade and the agent did. This was the kindest gesture and it made up for the previous delayed flight and distress/anxiety of anticipating that Zi was going to miss my Frankfurt-Chicago connection. I cannot express my gratitude for the upgrade.. I am 5feet 10 inches do the leg space was amazing.

We were charged for luggage, and our ticket was with Lufthansa and was supposed to include luggage fees. So our experience was a bit bad. Also, the flight was about 45 minutes late arriving.

Boarding arrangements differentiated with groups, easy to follow. Seat size and leg room was very comfortable even I was with Economy class. Food was good and staff was nice. Very good experience even with 12 hrs long-haul.

I was unable to check in online. When I attempted to do so from the app and Luftansa website, I was directed to Niko.hr which I found out was fraught with errors. The kiosk at airport was not working. I had to wait in line to check in which was inefficient
