Additionally, my friend travelling with me got a business class upgrade for free which the agent did not entertain when I asked. The seat assignment was with a severely obese person and they did not change when I asked, though the flight was pretty empty and people were using 3 seats to sleep and fly all the way back.

That I was forced to check my baggage. I never received a chain ticket for my luggage. The flight has a 32 hour layover and KLM lost my luggage and it was not found until a week after my arrival back home. I still have not received my bag at this time. The boarding crew was manually tracking who boarded and who didn't. It was a cluster.

The very dirty plane was cleaned at Dar-es-salaam and became less dirty. The pilot kept us updated periodically through the flight. The flight attendants were very pleasant.

The plane was very dirty when we landed in Dar-es-salaam. The plane did get cleaned a little bit in Dar-es-salaam however I was still missing a pillow and blanket which I had to actively seek out. Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. I did not enjoy the food.

The service... it was almost a 7 hours flight, the crew brings you your food and that's it. I needed to ask more than three times to get water, again and again, I can't understand this behaviour at all. They treat you extremely bad unless you fly business with them. I felt uncomfortable and didn't like this behaviour at all.

Because this flight was delayed it was a miracle (involving running til my throat literally bled) that I made my connection. Ground crew could not have been less helpful - even to my friend who they knew was trying to get home to attend a family funeral.

I was selected for additional screening at the gate. I have no problem with this at all. From the start I told them I am traveling with my fiancee. They tried to hold me back in a separate area after the screening and I once again told them my fiancee was waiting for me. One staff memeber walked with me half way back to get her and then disappeared. By the time I found her and came back, the staff memeber was no where to be found. Now we had lost are spot in the line and had to go to the back of the line. We spoke to 3 different staff people about what was going on and everyone said, oh the guy over there will help you. But no one did. The staff had No idea how to run a security check or handle paople. There was No working wifi! There was no tvs in the seats, only the old style in the aisle. The staff told me the plan was going to retire at the end of the month. The food was more for animals then for humans! We got updates by txt 10 mins before the staff updated the gate on our flight out from SFO. I have traveled all over the world with a lot of airlines and Never had such a poor service, but what is it to expect. It was United after all!

The flight got delayed for 4.5 hours. We didnt receive any call, sms or email informing us about the delay. We went to the airport for checkin only to discover that it was delayed! No justification or any reason were given to us. We are travelling with a baby. We had to get a taxi to return to our home and return back to the airport after 4.5 hours. Called qatar airways and send them a xomplaint email. No one cared to answer. The worst flight ever. Will never go with qatar airways anymore

The crew, again, was fabulous. Boarding, once the stuffy wait was over, went quickly. They attended to every request with smiles, gentle humor, and without delay. Nonstop movies were a great help on this second of two long legs, and it was really nice to have control over pausing, replaying portions, and jumping ahead past sex scenes. A 10-sec forward button like the back button would be very useful to skip nudity scenes, there were families around us! The trip was as comfortable as it could be, given close proximity of seats. Appreciated the pillows and blankets, and frequent water and drinks.

Boarding was pretty terrible - no instructions, go left, give up the water bottle we JUST BOUGHT even though it was still unopened (it had to be "sealed", still no idea what that means because the seal wasn't broken), and the waiting room was very stuffy! Seemed we should have been able to get air...? Boarding went quickly, though, thankfully. Breakfast was pretty bad, one of us just skipped it once opened because it was so unappetizing. Would have liked movie ratings to appear in the descriptions to save the risk of getting started on lame shows.

The entire crew was very professional and friendly, and I could tell that each one of them really liked their job. I am a seasoned traveler and have flown in the past on every major and minor airline, and I have to rate my flight LH424 from Munich to Boston as one of the best.

The flight was excellent. Crew attentive and pleasant, good amenities--decent meals (special diet preferences observed on 2nd of two flights, but not first). Frequent offers of beverages and water throughout the flight from Munich to EWR, hot towels. Nice! I was not able to choose my seats until check-in, 24 hours before flight time. Of course if I wanted to pay extra (would have amounted to $60 for two flights for each passenger) I could have. Representatives at check in in Athens, were indifferent and not very pleasant.

These Indian airlines still serve you a meal even on flights that only last two hours. The seats on JA were very comfortable and moving through their web site was easy. The boarding process was a bit frustrating as I had to show my boarding pass at least three times but otherwise, I would definitely fly JA again.

I had the worst experience at Kuwait airport. I traveled on 26 th of sept 2017 from Islamabad to Jfk.The way I was treated before boarding is something I never want to encounter in my life. I have to think twice now before traveling by Kuwait airways. Not only the ground is untrained they also seems very uneducated.. Preferences given to Kuwaities I thing that's why they are running the whole airline . Staff not sure how to run the body scanner discussing in front of me what to look for. Body patting three times still not sure what they looking for or how to do it. Talking and yelling staff blames you of carrying an American passport and getting benefit out of it by complaining the way you have been treated. You were treated much nicely and professionally at Shannon Airport. Worst Airport and worst ground staff to deal with.

I recently booked a flight on Qatar first, to Ko Samui, Thailand. When I got on the plane, I asked the flight attendant to please be careful when he pushed the cart down the aisle because the last time I flew, the flight attendant smashed the cart into my elbow and drew blood. The flight attendant laughed at me, so I told him, calmly, that if it happened again, I would sue the airline. He didn't like that, and so for the next ten minutes he sent three different flight attendants over to ask me crazy questions like, "Do you have anything you would like to tell us?" I have no idea what this was about. Eventually, I was told to get off the plane, which ended up costing me over $1,500 in transportation, hotel, and new flight (on Emirates) fees. It was and still is a nightmare because my vacation has been ruined due to having no money. I'm a master's-degree-holding English teacher of 11 years with no history of ever having been asked to get off of a plane for any reason, and no, I was not drunk because while waiting for my luggage to be returned, had a conversation with three Boston airport police officers who did not arrest me or even understand why I had been kicked off of my flight. Nor did I speak a single profane word to the Qatar flight attendants or security, and of course, I did not use violence or resist when I was told to get off the plane. Unlike Qatar's staff, the Boston police officers were very polite and understanding. Emirates, on the other hand, was a completely different story. They were great. The staff was friendly, and when I was sleeping, they didn't send their staff over to harass me. I have flown on Emirates, Qatar, and Ethihad many times, and I truly don't understand why Qatar's staff have been instructed by their managers that it is okay to lose long-time customers and kick professional teachers off of their planes just because they think I wasn't perfectly sweet and nice to them all the time. I am an American, and in my country we have freedom of expression and speech, as long as that speech does not indicate violent intentions or use profanity or insults. Basically, I felt as though I was in a country with no rights to free speech at all. Presently I am having my lawyer work up legal documents for Qatar to get my money back and to reimburse me for travel and hotel expenses, as well as having to take two extra days off of work to reschedule my flight. I truly believe in the transparency of the travel industry through using comments like those I am making you readers aware of right now, and I assume you will benefit from this rhetorical question/advice: Emirates and Ethihad are sometimes a little more expensive than Qatar on certain flights, but is it really worth it to risk having Qatar take your money and make you miss your flight for no reason? Is it acceptable for an airline operating in the USA to deprive Americans of their right to express concern to the flight attendants on their plane?

The crew was friendly and attentive, and boarding was generally orderly.

The boarding from Heathrow to EWR was confusing-- the monitor said "Boarding" two hours before the flight, which caused a lot of confusion for passengers. The airline was boarding a certain class of passenger, but there were no announcements to inform other passengers that they weren't doing general boarding at the time. The touch screens on the back of the seats are annoying (especially on a 7-hour flight) to the passenger in front, as they can feel the constant tapping through the seat.

It was so easy to board and I had no inconvenience. It took 4 minutes from when I said goodbye to my family till when I was at the front of the gate.

The pilot kept us informed periodically during our journey. I liked that we could choose our seating online. The entertainment was good.

The plane was dirty, all seats did not have pillows and blankets. Seating was not very comfortable, particularly as there was a box attached to one of the legs of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to move my legs to an uncomfortable angle.

I understand that the cabin crew’s job focus is not to serve drinks and food to passengers. However, I would’ve expected well-mannered employees from Emirates. I was on an aisle seat, a steward bumped on my arm quite roughly and he merely continued walking. Not even a word was said.

I recently booked a flight on Qatar first, to Ko Samui, Thailand. When I got on the plane, I asked the flight attendant to please be careful when he pushed the cart down the aisle because the last time I flew, the flight attendant smashed the cart into my elbow and drew blood. The flight attendant laughed at me, so I told him, calmly, that if it happened again, I would sue the airline. He didn't like that, and so for the next ten minutes he sent three different flight attendants over to ask me crazy questions like, "Do you have anything you would like to tell us?" I have no idea what this was about. Eventually, I was told to get off the plane, which ended up costing me over $1,500 in transportation, hotel, and new flight (on Emirates) fees. It was and still is a nightmare because my vacation has been ruined due to having no money. I'm a master's-degree-holding English teacher of 11 years with no history of ever having been asked to get off of a plane for any reason, and no, I was not drunk because while waiting for my luggage to be returned, had a conversation with three Boston airport police officers who did not arrest me or even understand why I had been kicked off of my flight. Nor did I speak a single profane word to the Qatar flight attendants or security, and of course, I did not use violence or resist when I was told to get off the plane. Unlike Qatar's staff, the Boston police officers were very polite and understanding. Emirates, on the other hand, was a completely different story. They were great. The staff was friendly, and when I was sleeping, they didn't send their staff over to harass me. I have flown on Emirates, Qatar, and Ethihad many times, and I truly don't understand why Qatar's staff have been instructed by their managers that it is okay to lose long-time customers and kick professional teachers off of their planes just because they think I wasn't perfectly sweet and nice to them all the time. I am an American, and in my country we have freedom of expression and speech, as long as that speech does not indicate violent intentions or use profanity or insults. Basically, I felt as though I was in a country with no rights to free speech at all. Presently I am having my lawyer work up legal documents for Qatar to get my money back and to reimburse me for travel and hotel expenses, as well as having to take two extra days off of work to reschedule my flight. I truly believe in the transparency of the travel industry through using comments like those I am making you readers aware of right now, and I assume you will benefit from this rhetorical question/advice: Emirates and Ethihad are sometimes a little more expensive than Qatar on certain flights, but is it really worth it to risk having Qatar take your money and make you miss your flight for no reason? Is it acceptable for an airline operating in the USA to deprive Americans of their right to express concern to the flight attendants on their plane?

Entertainment offer was great. Live channels, talks, movies, etc...

The service... it was almost a 7 hours flight, the crew brings you your food and that's it. I needed to ask more than three times to get water, again and again, I can't understand this behaviour at all. They treat you extremely bad unless you fly business with them. I felt uncomfortable and didn't like this behaviour at all.
