Cons: "I didn’t like that there was no complimentary drink service . When they came around with tea or coffee is was 3€, I wasn’t informed that until after I asked for a tea. I would never have got it otherwise. That may have been my misunderstanding since on our other Aer Lingus flights we had been given complimentary tea."

Cons: "check-in desk couldn't check me through to my connecting flight with Virgin Atlantic so I had 15mins once landed in Heathrow to get through passport security and checkin at Virgin Atlantic desk.... I'm young and fit so was able for the dash but elderly or familys would not have made the connecting flight in that time"

Cons: "Custom made bike box erroneously classified oversized, but they didn't charge for it so ok"

Pros: "Crew, speed, ease of security at Cork"
Cons: "The lady in 1C who turned her phone on as soon as we hit the British coast"

Pros: "Crew polite. Seats comfy."
Cons: "One person checking boarding cards at gate led to a ridiculously long queue for a nearly full flight and made it late getting us all on the plane and passengers were getting annoyed. Then whatever machinery Aer Lingus use to push the plane back from the gate actually got stuck on the plane cone leading to another delay. Knock on was we were made to wait for a take off slot and made to wait for a landing slot at Heathrow so late arriving."

Pros: "Reilly dolly"
Cons: "The other trolley dolly"

Pros: "Journey was good"
Cons: "Air lingus checked on my bag under someone else's name, now I am stuck in San Diego with no luggage and no answer as to where my bag is, very disappointed"

Pros: "I love this airline. I have a few suggestions below if you care to read them."
Cons: "You could offer small bottles of water as a courtesy. Online check in was difficult to navigate and ultimately unsuccessful. There was not a roamer person in baggage check in area to assist those with language barriers or even electronically challenged people which delays the process."

Pros: "Punctual and on time"
Cons: "Nothing really"

Pros: "I enjoyed the turkey and cheese pretzel sandwich, but I found myself unable to get comfortable in my seat. I have tailbone issues and I was in pain the entire time being that the seat was so cramped and hard."
Cons: "I found myself unable to get comfortable in my seat. I have tailbone issues and I was in pain the entire time being that the seat was so cramped and hard"

Pros: "The British Airways portion was exceptional! The Aer Lingus portion was not!"
Cons: "On Departure for Dublin, waited in long line to check in at Aer Lingus only to learn it was co chaired by British Airways, so Aer Lingus would not service us at all. We had no way of knowing since it was sold by Aer Lingus and had an Aer Lingus flight number. Tried to check in on line, but was unable. Waited for Aer Lingus customer service on telephone customer service for more than one hour and finally just gave up. Aer Lingus has no Customer Service at all. Do not deal with Aer Lingus under any circumstances. British Airways met our needs!!"

Pros: "We left on time and landed a bit early. Only 1 1/2 hour flight, so no food, drink or service, but it got us there."

Pros: "The personnel involved with wheelchair services who took us to our gate was very helpful and engaging. We thank them for this service. The gate personnel and flight attendants were helpful to get us on the flight earlier that was helpful with my husband" visual disability."

Cons: "The problem I had is that this was not a British Airways flight, nor were my flights to Dublin. I was not aware of this. When I checked in online I was allowed to check in with British Airways, so I had no idea that this was an Aer Lingus flight, which is in a different terminal with a different flight number. My phone didn't work in Ireland so it was extremely difficult figuring out where I should have been. If I was on a different airline that is affiliated with British Airways, and I booked through British Airways, there should be some way of looking up where I should be going. Also, any emails about my trip should have told me which airline I was on. I fly often, and often to other countries. This was the most confusing and difficult flying experience (the entire trip -- getting to and from Dublin) I have ever had."

Cons: "I'm soooo upset about the service after my flight canceled. 1.the staff ignored me when I asked if I could have a VIP to rebook my tickets earlier because my mom got cancel and was going to do the surge . But he went away and never came back, no any response of YES or NO. 2.I don't know why the airline company still need 11 hours to rebook the tickets with all our flight information and our passport liscen numbers already , making us waiting till 3 am at the airport. 3. I asked my boyfriend to talk to the staff on phone, and the staff told my BF that he didn't know my English was not good. I said to him loudly that I had told him , but the manager besides said "don't shout at my staff"to me, even without asking me what happened . I don't think that was a good attitude for the service department, especially to a foreigner. My email address is Chentongtong@wku.edu.cn"

Pros: "Comfortable Clean"
Cons: "Food/drinks a little expensive"

Pros: "The fact that I could charge my i phone..."
Cons: "The lax attitude to service and customer satisfaction there was a problem with the entertainment system, took over an hour to get attention... But no positive resolution..."

Pros: "Very polite and helpful."
Cons: "Unknown"

Pros: "Crew was super polite and attentive. New modern equipment."
Cons: "The EROSNOW channel was very heavily cut and censored, I feel like I still need to watch those movies again somewhere to understand what happened."

Pros: "Crew great"
Cons: "No social distancing enforced, I was sat next to another person (no spaces between booked seats)"

Pros: "Nice crew"

Pros: "Flight was cancelled"
Cons: "If flight took place"

Pros: "Nothing it was delayed by over an hour and there was ZERO on ground or in air rebooking support or information at all! Ground crew were useless and rude. No one was there to navigate us through a delay that you all caused. We were traveling with 5 children and there was zero sense of urgency. We missed our connecting flight as a result as did the 100+ other passengers on this flight. How could BA not notify it’s partner AA to delay the connecting transatlantic flight as a result of its 1hr long delays? Horrid!"

Cons: "Missed our connection because of problem w jetway"

Pros: "Nothing British airways was fine"
Cons: "Your website messed up and booked my flight for the wrong month. I booked sept 20 2019 and your site errored out. Eventually it booked the flight but apparently it was for oct 20, 2019 and I couldn’t get a refund because it was through kayak not British airways. I’m never using kayak ever again"

Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "The crew was fantastic"
Cons: "It took 3 people to check my bag something was wrong with the system ... the airplane was super hot for first half hour or so because there was a problem with air conditioner."

Cons: "Everything"

Pros: "The people from British airways were incredibly helpful."
Cons: "British airways pushed the flight time which made the original connection flight from Heathrow impossible. They notified justfly the company who we used to book the flight and told them the reservation would be cancelled. Only justfly never did something about that. They did not notify us about any changes and when we arrived at the airport the lady at the counter told us we don't have a reservation even though justfly happily took our money. If it weren't for the BA staff who rebooked is through Air France we probably wouldn't have made it."

Cons: "Dear Sir or Madam: My two colleagues and I bought our tickets from BWI to Geneva, via London Heathrow, through Kayak as I have many times in the past. However, the Kiwi.com travel agency did not flag that the ticket from BWI to London Heathrow allowed for one piece of checked luggage, but the ticket from London Heathrow onwards to Geneva did not allow for any checked luggage. Also astonishingly, we had to pass through Customs, reclaim our checked suitcases from the baggage carousel, and check in again through Customs to board the onward flight, both coming and going through London Heathrow. In addition to the extraordinary inconvenience that we could neither transit at London Heathrow to our connecting flight without going through Customs twice and that we could not check our luggage through to our final destination, we also had to foot a higher baggage charge to allow for checking in our suitcases, now that we had arrived in London Heathrow only to discover this that our onward ticket did not cover one piece of checked luggage. Had we known that the seemingly better price posted by Kiwi.com on Kayak’s comparative offerings came at such a high price of inconvenience and additional expense for the luggage, we would have taken our business elsewhere. It was deceptive of Kiwi.com to engage in such practices, even if it disclosed these conditions in fine print (for no one would expect, nor have I ever seen previously in the hundreds of flights I have taken as a Million Miler on United), without flagging this. And similarly, it was irresponsible of Kayak.com to allow this “apples with oranges” comparison on its website. I’m making three more international trips in December, but I’m inclined not to use either Kayak.com and most certainly not Kiwi.com for future airline ticket purchases."

Pros: "The BA staff on the plane were excellent, given the horrible way we arrived to board the plane. They went above and beyond to help mitigate the treatment before boarding the plane. Also, our vegan that we requested via American Airlines on the phone back in September didn't appear on their list, so they made the best out of a bad situation."
Cons: "Our first BA flight was late leaving and therefore we arrived to our 2nd flight 20 minutes before the flight was to leave. The check-in staff were completely rude, telling us to run and threatening to not let us on the plane. It was not our fault the plane left late from BCN to LHR. Once we were actually let on the plane, we didn't push back from the gate until 5-10 minutes after the scheduled departure time. There was absolutely no reason to have treated us that way, so we promptly submitted a complaint to British Airways."

Pros: "Landing and disembarking"
Cons: "Paying $275 to upgrade and experiencing one of worst flights and service I’ve travelled. No water supply for hot beverages, wash hands or brush teeth during eight hour international flight, not given special diet meal requested as crew unable to locate it, Entertainment monitor not working or housed in seat back correctly to adjust angle, remote handset buttons barely working to watch or make selections, unable to call cabin crew who did not visit through cabin for approximately two and half hours as ‘assumed most passengers were sleeping’, no wine choice only Sauvignon blanc and I wanted Chardonnay so had nothing. Breakfast ‘special diet request’ meal was cold hard bagel with colourful lump of cream cheese, which seemed to be what everyone else had. No orange juice, grapefruit that can’t take medication with, so had nothing to drink except allotted splash of water into small paper cup. Dreadful journey"

Pros: "All of it we left and landed ahead of time"

Pros: "Overall it was fine. Friendly staff, everything pretty efficient."
Cons: "Truly disappointed to find that BA has decided to charge for ANY beverage whatsoever, even tea. I have such fond memories of flying BA years ago. My husband and I so enjoyed the disposable plastic blue teacups that we brought them home with us and still use them as kitchen scoops all these years later. I know that may seem silly, but even without that nostalgic memory, it just feels SUPER unpleasant to have to pay for the basic (non-alcoholic) beverage service. Honestly, just charge a few bucks extra on the ticket in the first place."

Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Couldnt pick seat after checkin. They put me in the middle in the back row even though there were better seats left empty right next to me. baggage would have cost 100 pounds to check. Flight was not exactly cheap at 200 pounds. Will just fly the budget airline next time over british air since. I expect better accomodation for these prices."

Pros: "Not much. Eventually got to where we were going."
Cons: "I can't remember a more cramped and uncomfortable flight. Missed connection on way Paris and we arrived 6 hours late. It took British airways 3 days to get our lost luggage to us. Delayed on way back, adding 4 hours to our trip because the first plane was not "serviceable" and they had to get a replacement. They arbitrarily decide who has to much carry on luggage and force you to check it last minute at the gate while letting others with same size bags take them on the plane. Certainly no better than bargain flights and possibly worse. Why pay extra? No more British Airways for us."

Pros: "I always fly AA but this time was a nightmare"
Cons: "The gate agents put me on a wild goose chase as they made an error on the time of my flight departing. My wife and I were sent to three gates and finally was apologized to by the manager on duty. Our flights were changed for free put we lost 5 hours of travel. My wife started IVF treatment today... and she was uanbale to sleep before her 7am appt ( got home at 3am) Very stressful!!!"

Pros: "On-time departure and arrival. Courteous efficient crew, both on land and in the air."
Cons: "My main gripe is that if you want a plain cup of coffee or a bottle of water, you are charged for it and can pay only with a credit card, but only if that card is chip and pin, and my US card isn't. Yes, it is high time that the US move into the current millennium and get chip and pin cards, but that is beside the point. I also flew BA from London to Seattle (part of same trip) and the on-board meal & drink service was PHENOMENAL - the best I have had on an airline in years, and I did not get charged for anything, including alcoholic beverages. How can this be the same airline?"

Pros: "Quick flight, drinks available."
Cons: "I recall a snack being served on my first BA London-Belfast flight. Apparently that’s no longer done?"

Cons: "Mixed up boarding arrangements, length of time to disembark, being coached to the terminal. ok these add up as stress for business travelers on a deadline for meetings"

Pros: "As a British citizen living in the US, I have always rated the quality of the service BA has given"
Cons: "Flight was delayed from Manchester to Heathrow by 30mins. OK understandable. On arrival to Heathrow we sat on the tarmac for an hour and a half as apparently there was not enough staff to connect the plane to the gate. The computers to tell us where our connecting flights were down so they could not tell us which gate to go to. When we finally disembarked, I was not allowed to my gate despite it being in the same terminal and having 40 mins to go.I was directed to a BA desk to get another flight. After 15mins waiting here the staff were rude and announced they would be closing. I finally was directed to departures to be told the only option was the same time tomorrow."

Pros: "Certainly not the female airline attendant from Johannesburg to London on 1/4/2018."
Cons: "I boarded the plane and made a mistake by sitting in the wrong seat and placed my hang-up bag in the overhead compartment. When I realized that my actual seat was 10 rows back on the very last row, I moved, leaving my hang-up bag near the first seat. As time passed, I heard a woman on the intercom say something about a lost "jumper". After learning that a "jumper" is a sweater, I asked the nearby airline attendant if the sweater was a navy color, like the one that I had left in the overhead. A female airline attendant came to me, carrying my hang-up bag with my sweater and repeated 4 times that I was lucky because she was about to put my "jumper" and hangup-bag off the plane and leave it in Johannesburg since no one had responded sooner!!!! I was so stunned that I could not say anything. I only kept wondering why would anyone go into the overhead and start pulling things out? Why would someone take such extreme measures and not walk down the aisle, asking every person on the plane, including the people on the back row? This type of thing could happen to anyone. Since I did not have a name tag on the bag and I live in the US, it would have been near impossible to ever find my bag again if left in So.Africa! Plus, the woman went on and on in a very rude & condescending manor when all I could do was sit in shock, wondering why she would take the time to go through the overhead and look for a hang-up bag that does not have a name tag!!!!"

Pros: "The room on plane to Heathrow, wouldn’t know about way back considering I had to rebook onto Air India..."
Cons: "Just the fact that BA decided to hold us in UK for 6 hours to get their full pay and the fact that Heathrow ground crew had not enough de icing equipment and resources were at an all time poor response. Three hour lines for checking on status of bags, status of flights, unable to book a hotel through BA and got nothing from them. I didn’t enjoy freezing and staying there in Heathrow freezing... plus I didn’t fly this flight home due to fears of them not being able to handle a coating of snow versus what loads of snow we recieve in the states. I had to take Air India home to the US AND HATED IT... thank you BA and especially Heathrow Number one for lack of response and total irresponsibility..."

Pros: "All good"
Cons: "Nothing wrong"

Pros: "On time and easy."
Cons: "BA have stopped giving free snacks and drinks which was always refreshing and different to other airlines! It set them apart but it's just back to another airline now!"

Pros: "Flight was on time and boarded well"
Cons: "This was a codeshare with Iberia and the seats were incredibly close with barely room to fit a small person, much less the 6’+ person who was next to me and had to put his legs over onto my side. Had a hard time getting my bag down between the seats to put under the seat in front of me. And everything was a cost, even water. Note to self, carry water or a drink on the plane if you think you will want one."

Pros: "crew was very pleasant and helpful"
Cons: "i ve had seat no 49H the only seat in the airplane with the exterior arm rest whithout cover i took the seat but first time ive got up ive torne my jeans...(ripped them badly and scratched my leg in the sharp piece of metal coming out at the end of arm rest i have shown the crew memeber what happened(a male) in i have filled out a report with the"silver tie lady" i would kindly like to find out what type of compensation i will get for the unpleasant situation of walking around in the LA airport with a big hole in the back of my jeans i can be reached at "gmoldoveanu@yahoo.com" or ph (310) 626-3201 kind regards Moldoveanu George Gabriel"

Pros: "Bigger plane than I was expecting. Had I known that I would have upgraded to a better seat. I was just expecting a tiny puddle jumper so this was a nice surprise. Crew were nice, offered food/drinks but I didn't want to buy any."
Cons: "The plane had inseat screens but they said that licensing agreements prevented them from offering any video, games or news selections on a 2.5hr flight. The Pilot said he would turn on the in-flight navigator but it never did work, so I'm not sure what happened there. No internet connection in their fleet yet either. Clearly, this is a first world problem and I would still fly BA. But it's also 2017 and these features aren't "new"; I remember having in-flight entertainment back in the early 2000's on Delta flights in the US, so I'm not sure why it's taking more premium airlines so long to catch up."

Pros: "British Airways rescheduled our flights. The BA website was easy to find out how to claim additional costs incurred from the rescheduled flight."
Cons: "The flight was rescheduled within 18 hours of departure. We were in Spain on vacation which meant attempting to figure out how to get home with Iberia at the Madrid airport, who helped but was super agitated with us the entire time. When we asked for advice on how to proceed, as this has never happened to us before, they just kept telling us it was British Airways fault and that they had no answers for us. This took about two hours plus an additional hour back at the hotel to cancel our reservations in London and figure out how we were going to get reimbursed for the extra night at the hotel and additional costs. It would've been nice to get all of this information in an email, with the new ticket and instructions on how to claim the extra costs instead of us running around and taking time out of our vacation."

Pros: "I liked arriving safely at my destination despite a delay due to atc strike. Thank you BA pilots for doing a great job. Not to mention politely letting passengers come view the flight deck during the delay to ease the boredom."
Cons: "When kindly asked a question by me, one of the staff didn't understand and instead kept insisting we didn't need a landing card (we did). Tried to rephrase the question and she persisted without trying to understand, rolling her eyes and swearing under her breath. Oh, and did I mention the part where we had to pay for our checked bags again? 75€ per bag. For me and my wife, that's the equivalent of a third ticket for our flight. May as well had our luggage fly next to us. So rude staff and exorbitant pricing for things that somehow weren't logged through third party. Cheers! (Sarcasm)"

Pros: "I had purchased an upgrade to economy plus --- it was great--- much more expensive than I had thought, but I was tired and wanted to try to rest. There I was greeted with champagne, a warm wash cloth and fabulous service by the two male crew members!!! Truly the best! I am almost 70 and I wear hearing aids--- one helped me with my chair and answered my questions .... I felt VERY taken care of/- I was just one row after the business class with the wall ahead on right side of plane, nice leg room and a nice seat mate I am happy for the chance to respond as I was happy I had decided for the upgrade------------even though I had purchased an upgrade for my flight over to Barcelona only to find out on the day of check in that my flight was cancelled----- but that is when I called British Air and a lovely representative named Beth Duncan spent over 2 hours on the phone with me---- finally getting me on Iberia in order to get to my family reunion------ So....... on two occasions during this trip to my sister's house British Air was just wonderful and I thank you very much------- at the end of our flight one of the men made arrangements for me to get to go upstairs and look at the upper deck as I had never done that before------- as as retired teacher that was fun to see Thank you so much!!!"

Cons: "The woman who worked the British Airways desk in Helsinki and checked our bags is not suited for a customer service position. The screens on the British Airways long haul planes are tiny and difficult to operate. A 2,5 h flight where you can't even get water complimentary is appalling. Honestly all of your competitors offer a snack and beverages complimentary even if the flight is only 45 min. The boarding for London to Dallas flight was very confusing and could have been made easier with grouping the boarding instead of tons of people piling up to rush in at once."

Cons: "Leg room/space BA offers is calculated for short and small body frame passengers and it is on not acceptable. It feels like cattle Wagon. BA should show consideration for real passengers not some sort of statistical average. I am 6'4" and sitting in your plane's cabin inflicts hours of body pain. The space given is sufficient for children and teenagers. Also sitting in the hot cabin for extended amount of time is extremely uncomfortable. Why there is no cooling and proper air ventilation right from the beginning?"

Cons: "The check-in personnel refused to allow us to check bags until 90 minutes before the flight, then delayed that time three more times. This caused a real scene with nearly one hundred people standing around the check-in counter waiting to put their bags on the conveyor belts. The flight, which was delayed multiple times--once due to the ground personnel at Orly not turning in the paperwork for the flight--eventually took off, but the cabin crew seemed confused the whole time. We asked for Landing Cards, but they told us we did not need them, when in fact we did. That extra delay at immigration caused us to miss our connecting flight! Since half of the plane was connecting in Heathrow, why didn't the crew suggest that those staying in London wait on the plane until the connectors had a chance to disembark?"

Pros: "The crew on the plane were nice."
Cons: "British Airways misplaced our luggage for three days, and would give us no further information than "it will arrive soon." So, we were stuck near the local address we had provided in case they called for 2 full days. They refused to give us a more precise time as to when they would be delivered. Well, at one point they did say that they would be delivered at noon, but they weren't. Throughout the entire time waiting for the luggage to be delivered, there was no sense of urgency or concern on the part of British Airways. It seems missing luggage is just Business as Usual at British Airways."

Pros: "Checking in online 24 hours prior to departure I received up-dates thrice regarding the delay of the flight which was very convenient. I had also learned about the protections that I enjoy as a passenger checking in online. The flight caught up in terms of timing as I had to catch a connecting flight to the continent from London. I was very pleased, also with the courteous flight attendents, the food, the entertainment selection and sufficient leg room in economy class. Overall a lovely experience, indeed!"

Pros: "Our flight attendant was very helpful when we were faced with dietary restriction issues."
Cons: "We had problems with the food. My son is allergic to tomatoes and mangoes while I am gluten intolerant. The options did not work for us. There was nowhere in the reservation that asked about this. The plane was about 80 degrees for the entire 9 hrs. My clothing was soaked with sweat. The legroom was less than on the domestic flight (AA carrier) which led my son to bother the person in the seat in front of us more. There was a male flight attendant that kept coming by to tell my son to get in his seat, which was not helpful. He is only 3."

Pros: "The check-in process at the airport in Chicago was efficient and the person who helped us was friendly"
Cons: "-I was unable to check-in online and I think it's because my name got messed up in the reservation system even though I entered it correctly -Compared to other airlines, BA does not stop by frequently to offer beverages. Food and beverage service provided by BA faded in comparison to what was provided by American Airlines on the way back. - Our flight was delayed due to weather, but we also sat in the plane for a long period of time with no explanation. -We appreciated that BA automatically re-booked us on another flight (although it was not the next flight), and provided 2 meal tickets for 10 euro each. There was no other compensation for the incurred delay (about 2.5 hours)"

Pros: "Entertainment system"
Cons: "The width of the seats in economy are so narrow they don't fit my back. I am not a fat person. 6 feet 170 lbs and fit. No legroom and the tray table is not deep enough to support the food tray. Breakfast after an 8 hour flight consisted of a Kellogg's snack bar in a wrapper. I am used to Southwest Airlines which allows more than one peanut bag so I took two breakfast bars and the stewardess scolded me and said only one and made me return my extra. Not everyone in my roll even took a bar. They treat you like dirt in coach."

Cons: "Crew was not helpful at the end of the flight when we had a very short turnaround time due to delay and my girlfriend had to run to catch the other flight and she has recently had hip surgery. The crew was asked 3 times for help and their response was "you will be fine". We were not fine also the security crew at Heathrow was incredibly slow and there were 3 standing around talking and one very slow very rude lady going through bags which caused us also to be delayed and have to run to catch connecting flight to SF just barely made it - totally unacceptable."

Pros: "The flight left relatively on time and arrived only ten minutes late. The crew were as friendly as they were totally unaccommodating."
Cons: "In coach, every refreshment costs money, even non-alcoholic beverages, yet all four of my (valid and working before and after) cards were declined, and like all airlines nowadays, they refuse cash. The flight attendant was totally unsurprised, and mentioned they'd been "working on fixing that for a while." Every other airline I've flown, when they can't process your card, they accept it as their issue and just give you the beverage. BA were quite happy to leave me sitting thirsty without even a water for the two hour flight, with nary a apology for their technical issue. A rather basic plane, without entertainment, nor internet."

Pros: "Everything was fine until I ate my breakfast."
Cons: "My special kosher meal cause me to immediately have stomach cramps and estreme nausea - within 20 min of eating it. I had horrible pains and could not use the bathroom due to landing. Upon landing I ran to the use the restroom and the staff promised to keep an eye on my bags. When I exited the bathroom after being violently ill, no one was on the plane except the cleaning staff, and no one was keeping an eye on my bags. I found my purse unzipped. Luckily nothing seems to be stolen. I proceeded to vomit and have food poisoning symptoms the next few hours while waiting for my connecting flight to Rome. I vomited through the entire flight to Rome - no one seemed particularly concerned. No one asked if I needed a hospital. British Air would not take a report about the food poisoning onsite. Nothing was done to help me change my flights to avoid flying so sick or make any helpful suggestions whatsoever."

Pros: "Getting off the plane"
Cons: "Late departure and inefficient gate service. Seats very uncomfortable. Food was inedible. Otherwise, had a great time."

Pros: "Hard to say after they lost my luggage, cramped space, no leg room because of electronics box under seat, then the person in front of me decided to recline all the way back on a 12 hour flight. So I lost my luggage, and had some smelly stranger practically laying on my lap for 12 hours. Talk about insult to injury!"
Cons: "They forced me to check my bag, even before I boarded the plane and said there wouldn't be any room. Then they lost my bag. Worst thing I ever did was listen to the lady at the ticketing booth! Also, the way they do boarding is a total joke. All they care about is their first class passengers. For the rest, it's a free for all! Terrible, even Southwest has more organization! Sputhwest might not have assigned seating, but they're much more organized and significantly cheaper. How do you lose someone's luggage British Airways?!?!?!!!"

Cons: "I tried to reserve my seat and do a 24 hr advance check-in - no luck. I was in the airport in Munich at 9am, could not get a boarding pass for the London-Boston leg and asked to have an isle seat reserved - no such luck!! I was squeezed in on a window seat in a row of 3. Try to get up when the 2 people in your row are deep asleep! I was disappointed that they did not honor my request, which was made online and supposedly held in the booking system. Heathrow is another story - terrible airport, no decent food. Oh, and BA even charges for water on the European flights. How low can you go?"

Cons: "The overhead luggage bins near my seat on my LAX-LHR flight were too small to accomodate my European standard carry-on, which meant that another passenger and I had to store our luggage three sections away before there was an empty bin big enough. I understand the need for different sized bins, especially since our seats were up against the galley, but I felt a little unsupported by the crew. They basically just told us, "walk down far enough and you'll find something"--this was true but not exactly helpful. It's a small thing, but I think maybe if you warned passengers sitting in seats with smaller bins ahead of time, that would help make things smoother, since another stressor was that we didn't find places for our luggage until it was almost time for takeoff."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "I paid to upgrade to the exit row because I am 6 feet 5 inches tall after boarding they informed me that I could not sit in that seat because I needed a seat belt extender they made me move to a regular seat that was so tight that my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me coming back was the same the man next to me was 6 feet tall and he had no room also boarding was mass confusion as they have boarding from the front and rear simultaneously with no instructions so people had to shove past each other all in all I will never fly them again"
