Cons: "We could have been boarded on time instead of early so we could sit a bit more to wait"
Pros: "Cheerful staff."
Cons: "Being allocated when we booked seats apart to make us pay £11 to sit together. All we can take from this is that it was another money grabbing exercise by Ryanair as there were plenty of empty seats available when we boarded!"
Pros: "The Ariel view of Malta through Gozo and the smooth landing"
Cons: "Crew consistently trying to sell you everything"
Cons: "Never again"
Cons: "Checking bags was a disorganized nightmare."

Cons: "Seats uncomfortable due to shiny covering, slide in seats when asleep ended up with bad back during break, just a suggestion being gluten free ( not a lifestyle choice) would suggest this being added to menu might make more sales as lots of us about and makes you feel cared for."
Pros: "Easy on off process."
Cons: "Very small seats."
Pros: "Quick and easy boarding as Priority boarding paid for and much improved aircraft since last time I flew with them."

Cons: "Seats WERE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND TINY"
Pros: "The crew was very friendly."
Cons: "Not all food was available and toilet flushing was not working"
Pros: "Shorter flight back, quiet flight and very good luggage policies."
Cons: "Our gate number was shown 10 minutes before the gate was supposed to close at 19.05. We were kept standing until 19.35 (when the flight was scheduled to depart) and then the door was opened, just for us to sit on the staircase waiting to be admitted into the plane for another 20 minutes. I understand delays and unforeseen events, but no rep had the courtesy of telling us why we had been kept waiting this way, on the contrary we were told to move further down the stairs so we can make more room, resulting in being crammed one next to each other. Eventually at around 8 pm we were finally allowed to get on the plane. Not a cool experience, especially when Luton is 2hrs away from London so the passengers had already spent at least 3-4 hours on the road to get to the airport."
Pros: "Ease of travel from Murcia to Bournemouth"
Cons: "Too expensive"
Pros: "Plane and flight were fine once we got aboard and underway."
Cons: "Flight was over an hour late and that was very inconvenient since people were waiting for me. Boarding was disorganized and practically a riot. Airport at Catania changed departure gate 3 times, causing great confusion."
Pros: "New plane. Fast easy boarding with priority pass"
Cons: "No back of seat storage for stuff. Food and drink expemsive No entertainment"
Pros: "At least we arrived at our destination intact."
Cons: "Cabin attendant (male, manning the aft galley) bumped into my knee while rushing down the aisle, and stopped to yell in my face -- I was asleep at the time. 0/10 will not fly Ryanair again."
Pros: "The flight was excellent all throughout, very kind Staff,Captain was brilliant"
Cons: "Wait to long from check in to board the Plaine"
Cons: "Carry on luggage put in hold"
Cons: "I had a baby my arms and they boarded me dead last. Also, charged us $60 to carry the baby onboard, no seat! These people are pitiful. Will never fly again."
Cons: "They left the luggage behind.... LoL"
Pros: "Flight was on time. It was a God-awful 6:30 am flight. But people at the check-in counter were very efficient and helpful. Flight crew were nice. They weren't grumpy or tired inspite of the early hour. It was a quick, uneventful flight. Smooth trip, nice landing. This was my first time on RyanAir. Overall, I was impressed. Considering the low cost, I'm definitely flying RyanAir again."
Cons: "Boarding process with its long line seemed demoralizing. Maybe you should take a tip from Disney World and switchback the lines. One line that stretches 40 meters is depressing. Maybe, board people by sections. This would help the long line. But the line did move amazingly quickly. A giant point in your favor. Seats: didn't recline - not comfortable. We didn't have meal service, so can't comment on that."
Pros: "Crew were competent and happy, not overworked, dour or dim."
Cons: "Big queues to board, followed by bus transfer to plane => first ones to stand in line at the last ones off the bus to board the plane. My fault really, but why encourage people to stand in a queue for 30 mins at all?"
Cons: "The fact that I couldn't go"
Pros: "Very badly handled delay .Letting people line up at the gate even though they knew the aircraft was still at least 40 minutes from arrival .No announcements letting anyone know what's going on .Then letting us board only to be stuck in a stair well with door locked for 10 minutes and then on the tarmac for 15 minutes while the aircraft was being prepared ,It also staring raining .this is not how to run a airline .Perhaps training is needed from the likes of AirAsia"
Pros: "Flight time and price."
Cons: "Flight was late, charged 15 € to print the boarding pass, it felt like we waited in line after line. It's Ryanair, so we expected the rotten experience, but had the flight been on time, the timing would have been good and the base price was reasonable."
Pros: "Flight delay"
Pros: "For the price of this ticket the service was really good there are improvements but for the price of the ticket I can't complain at anything"
Cons: "Stop trying to sell me things every 10 minutes. I just want to get some sleep. Provide something for free, like peanuts or pretzels, as a nice gesture."
Pros: "The crew were very friendly and great at handling requests."
Cons: "No entertainment provided, boarding took quite a while and don't like the extra add-ons pre-flight. The flight started off quite cheap but with all the other add ons to make it an easier trip, it seemed unfair."
Pros: "flight was on-time; value for money good!; baggage drop-off well organized; I arrived alive"
Cons: "seats are not comfortable at all; old rusty wreck of an aircraft; security check personell poorly trained (did not find a 1.5 l bottle of water I accidentally carried !); hence, safety not provided !!! Ryanair won't value as a customer but rather as some necessity that needs to be carried"
Pros: "Nice crew"
Cons: "1 and a quarter hours and 4 attempts to land on Bari airport. Information very poor. Capitain said due to air traffic issues (on Bari!?). Looked like we were having problems with the landing gear. Happy we made it."
Cons: "Flight was delayed by an hour and a half. Rude staff."
Cons: "Both flights were late. Once I got on the plane there was nothing but announcements for two hours, all of which were them selling things. Flight attendant was rude when I asked to buy a Coca Cola and proceeded to give me a Pepsi and rolled her eyes and looked at me and said that both are the same."
