Bulgaria Air should stop using buses for boarding if possible. It is very inconvenient and delays the departure
Easy check in. Hot snack with wine if desired. Then chocolate, tea or coffee. Altogether excellent.
Seats are quite small, but due to the plane being empty we were aloud to switch seats to have more room
The water was handed out as we were entering the plane, instead of when we are set down and our hands are free of luggage. There was absolutely no food offered from Sofia to London, except a low quality chocolate, which was not delicious. The flight between London and Miami was ok, as far as service and food, but it was absolutely freezing, throughout the whole aircraft, especially in the back seats, I had to cover my head with a scarf, besides using the blanket and still I was feeling extremely uncomfortable. The passengers seating around me shared the same opinion. We did ask for something to be done about it. The gentleman did try to adjust it, but the effect last very short time, and towards the end of the flight it was extremely cold and blowing strong again ….
All good, professional service, and arrived close to on time.
Service and food was amazing. Aircraft configuration is weird - stare at a stranger at take off and landing, during flight someone is crawling over your seat. It was lame.
BA Canceled this flight and put us on a flight leaving Aberdeen at 8:00 PM, delaying our return to the states by a full day. The cancellation caused us expenses in both Aberdeen and London and BA was completely unhelpful on the phone and at the airport.
First time flying with them! Loved it! Specially the schedule from Miami and being able to come back directly to New Orleans :)
They lost my luggage on my way to Namibia (I was unable to review that flight as I was in the bush/off line) It took 3 days to get my bag and I had to pay $375.00 to have it transported to my location as it was over 100 Kilometers from that Airport and the local Airlink carrier would not got that far.
Unable to check in online until the morning of flight. No early baggage check available nor any BA personnel present. Poor customer service.
Boarding process was chaotic. Confusion over Boarding gates: gate 55 or gate 56 ???. Unnecessary standing in long lines to board. Better to call out Boarding groups one at a time and everyone else to sit. Airline only has 2 Boarding groups 1-3 and 4-9. That causes over crowding and chaos
Lady next to me was coughing profusely the entire flight, other lady moved seats because of it, 8 hours of that during an overnight flight is a bit much.
We waited all day on a delayed plane. More than a 6 hour delay which caused us to miss all connections and spend a second full day traveling. Also missed a day of work that i hadn’t planned on.
I liked the air hostesses, but no wifi was available for flight. my original flight was canceled and rebooking was difficult and no reason was given for cancellation. Business class cabin was nice and spacious.
