Aircraft itself was ancient, and seat hardware was also very old and worn. Universal outlets puzzlingly only worked for Swiss outlet style. Some flight attendants were helpful and friendly, others were cold and distant. The boarding process was a mess. On the other hand, the food was excellent - best airline food I've ever had.
The food could have been better but everything else was superb.
I purchased a one way business class ticket from Geneva to Miami but the check in agent said I had an economy ticket and later upgraded to business class. This was not the case, I had a single business class transaction. I was forced to pay for my second checked bag. I am unsure of why this happened. But I won’t use Kayak again for business class tickets.

Terrible plane small airbus good for a 1 hr trip I booked business as it is. A night flight and 4hrs trip it was an ordinary economy seat with no one next to me what a joke what a stupid decision to buy business
They rebooked our flight and then canceled our trip halfway through the journey without any explanation. Needed to pay by ourselves for alternative flight options without any help from Swiss.
The chair is narrow and very uncomfortable. There is no privacy as you advertised.
Didn’t get my luggage from layover in Zurich until 3 days later even though my luggage was marked priority and short layover, but my husband got his when we landed

entertainment was not good; the shoulder strap on Business class seat did not sit well across the body (more like across the neck); the food was not hot and the special meal promoted by insert in the menu was not available to us

Flight never happened because of previous flight delay. Sent back to the stays on a flight 10 hrs later without making to my final destination and still waiting full rugindo for it. So yeah not a good experience

Very courteous crew, the food was good and the flight was on time.
Lounge was top notch h with great variety of food and drinks. Cabin crew were great. Smooth flight.

These are one of the older seat arrangements facing away from the windows! Not particularly convenient sets. No storage spaces. NO COAT HANGING HOOKS. Inconvenient business class seat compared to any other airlines of similar class. Staff are excellent! Extremely professional, friendly. Food is good too.

Premium economy more comfortable than economy, but not by much. Did was awful, do not try the omelette. Flight crew were helpful. Flight was delayed by over an hour. Overall but bad, arrived safely and thank God.

Seats were old and dirty, for a long haul flight you expect to be able to recline and for the av to work properly. Choice for vegans was fruit….
The Virgin Atlantic crew was very good. However, the equipment was OK, the seats were OK, but her bags did not arrive with me. Two bags showed up a day later and I’m still waiting for my third back.

The flight took off two hours late. What was good was that I was getting an information on this earlier in the day. The lounge agent sent the passengers to the gate way too early. That was annoying. The food aboard was disgusting. The service aboard was okay. The seats were good. Overall, it's a very mediocre experience. Well, it's not a five-star airline and not one that aspires to be one. Comparing TAP Portugal to Iberia or Lufthansa, I'd rather see it as a three-star airline, even though it's website works much better than what Lufthansa has been trying to pull off for the past decade.
The plane was FABULOUS. The crew were wonderful and the food more than I expected.
The food was dry and tasteless. Boarding process was ridiculous. Lounge is Lisbon was of very poor quality. The website is nearly unusable. Customer service was challenging. This was my first transatlantic business class flight with TAP. There will not be another.
Disappointing Compared to other airlines , this one was the most expensive. But not even close, in getting what you paid for.
Excellence’s Class booked and we had to wait 15 Hours when we could downgrade to an earlier flight. The logic makes No sense?
TAP canceled connection and we had to wait 15 hours for another flight to Milan. There were plenty of. Seats on earlier but because we were Excellence Class the would not let us downgrade which we were willing to. Don’t understand their logic? Plenty of seats but we couldn’t / they wouldn’t make the change.
Flight was delayed more than 1.5 hours. Essentially no communication with passengers regarding how long the delay would last or any updates as to the delay.
Web site needs improvement Plane was clean and modern Lay Flat beds were hard and not to comfortable (business class )
We waited in the jetway for over an hour before we got on the plane.
Boarding was a shitshow. Had to bus to the gate. No separate bus and boarding process for Business Class.
Issues with plane led to multiple gate changes and chaos. Very little communication from the ground crew led to cranky passengers.
Terrible experience - we won’t be flying with Air Europa again

Extremely efficient and incredibly friendly staff. Very organized to board and to de-plane. They were all very attentive during the flight.
Service on plane was appalling. Cabin crew did not want to help with anything. Window darkening screen did not work so we had to sit in the sun for a few hours until it went down. TV screen did not work and cabin crew just shrugged their shoulders and did not care. We waited for over 2 hours for headphones so we could try watch one screen between 2 people. We had to go to back of plane to request basic water as crew never responded to call request. Will be letting many others know to warn them off ever using Air Europa. Total disaster of their own making
Impossible to check in via the App. Kept on getting emails offering upgrade. When followed through not available. Wasn't any food anyway.
I like Air Europa in the way you make passengers feel important, well attended the whole trip.!It was first time in your company and hope I can repeat this experience many more times!
I was in flights from sap paulo <-> Madrid, the last one 11/15/21, That takes around 10:30 hour. Can you imagine that is served only a POOR meal after one hour of flight and nothing more??? We don’t have any service (besides in the morning a payed kart) or crew working in anything more than masks control. You need to pay for water / coffee is reasonable ? Even if you consider as low cost flights that you payed around U$ 700, courtesy and education should be showed by crew, things that Air Europe should learn to their employees on the airplane, a very rude people!!! It was not with me, but a complain for a lot people around. I have never been treated Like this before. Air Europa your journey will be short walking in this road. I, a constant traveler, will never more flight with you. I don’t need this kind of services!
