The planes can use an actual cleaning. The armrest and seats do not appear to be cleaned on this one and most other planes.

we had flown from Okinawa and had breakfast in Okinawa. There were issues with the plane so service was postponed. I asked a crew member if we could get something to eat as I was very hungry. Shevwas so nice that shev brought nuts for all of us. The sad part is that thevnuts were stale but I was hungry so I ate them. My side of the rew was really very nice. Both my wife and I travel quite a bit even though we cannot lift our bags as we get help. My wife asked her dso=ide crew if she could help put up the computer bag. She told he that its not her job. Oh well

Boarding was earlier than expected and no notification was sent to me. Had to wait in a bus that was really hot causing me to sweat more than I would have liked. Didn’t expect that “business” class as it wasn’t too different to economy. Service and staff were incredible though.

The seat when "flat" was not flat and pad was too thin to cover it.

The flight attendant use 1.5 hours to answer my call. My dirty food tray was unattended.

The business class seats are dated and uncomfortable. The space is bare minimum and there is absolutely no privacy. For $4K, this is not what I expect.

More choices on menu. Seemed only thing offered was Scottish, and while that’s good for the Scot’s it doesn’t help the Americans who don’t like that food. And I really hate it when, during sleep time the attendants have a very loud conversation right over you. Lastly, I paid 5000 dollars for business class, and having to pay more to choose my seat early is really an insult. Seems greedy

the entertainment center did not work, upon request of resetting the device by me for 3 times. the device refused to work. the flight crew was not apologetic and did not offer any other solutions. such as moving me to another seat to accomodate their problem.
