Find Business Class Flights to Kaohsiung City – Compare and Save

Check in was awful.., Desks gone….it was a cheap chaotic environment not the usual seated staff member not there….instead a staff little platform…(staff were good) the whole thing reeked of cheap penny pinching- underwhelmed

Weather delayed arriving flight and even though I made the connection, my luggage did not.

Big selection and great food and beverages in business class with good service. Full recline but less privacy compared with Qatar.

Multiple late or canceled flights. Lounge was 100 degrees. Food was terrible. The plane was incredibly old, and best of all, a screaming child for 3 hours. All for the low low price of $2,600 one way Hanoi to Shanghai. No idea how Cathay is ranked so high. Cathay is not much better than American Airlines or Spirit. In the future I will go out of my way to not fly Cathay.

I liked the service. The touch screen needs improvement as well as movie choices.

The experience was very good. A little disappointed for the delays and the screen. The touch screen was annoying for being so irresponsive. Not a lot of good movie choices for me. The service is great. Food could have more choices though.

Indian Vegetarian food was bland and I had to repeatedly ask for Salt. Movie selection is out dated.

I love the comfortable business class seats. The service was excellent. Staff was friendly.

Problems with entertainment system eventually rectified. Cabin crew attentive and polite but a bit absent minded when it came to remembering requests, salt, sugar etc.

Crew on this flight dedicate their business class service to their high priority members. They would get priority service even the seats are behind me, and meals priority service and orders. I get the left over choices. I refused to eat because I felt discriminated, never booking this airline.
