Great flight just took some time to board even when lining up early for the flight, even taking off took longer then expected.
Take off was great but landing is always with a bump.
Flight was delayed by 1 hour 45 minutes. Aircraft was cramped, dirty and uncomfortable. Boarding staff more interested in charging you for oversize baggage than getting you on board. Overall not a pleasant experience.
I didn't know that all connecting flights require online check-in two hours in advance, so I was fined 55 euros. This is a lesson learned.

It's not the staff's fault. The cabin crew do their best but the setup in Stansted Airport by Ryanair is poor. The herding of people like cattle is unacceptable before boarding and is something that's in every airport but only in Stansted have I seen the queueing of passengers outside the plane on the tarmac and the crew only turning up with maybe 5 minutes to depart. This is a resource issue . Yes prices are good but seemingly comes with a price of poor treatment of customers. I'll pay more next time
On time arrival but the aircraft had seen better days and needed a deep clean.
It was appalling, full of young people who were drunk and disobeying instructions to sit down. Crew did nothing to enforce. There was a Ryanair pilot sitting in the aisle opposite me who talked through out the safety briefing so loudly I couldn’t hear. Whole thing felt unsafe

Straight forward checking as long as you have completed every single detail online, prior to checking day. Efficient boarding, seating is ok for a two hour flight. Fulfilledour travel requirements from Manchester to Marseille.
Had a delayed flight that caused me to miss all of my flights. Supposedly I was rebooked. When I got to my next connecting flight there was no ticket for me. I spent hours working with an agent. And they still couldn’t get it right. I will arrive home more that 24 hours later than my original schedule. Totally inept and frustrating experience.
The flight got delayed 3 hours from Montreal and we missed our connecting flight so it was a long journey

Economy Priority seats are extremely uncomfortable. There is no way to escape the boxed in feeling, particularely because the distance between to rows are too short, the hard edge of the front row is keeping legs confined. There is no elevated place to put your feet. I am of average, European size.
Terrible. Both flights were significantly delayed, no luggage, made me check my small bag when many, many others had much larger carry-ons, not even a bottle of water . . . I will not fly Discover Airlines again.
I was deceived on the Kayak site expecting a ticket, but instead finding a "standby" reservation. When I tried to change the ticket, I paid almost twice the price of the original ticket. Then, the airline refused to give me the reserved seat I had chosen and paid for. I think I deserve a refund for this leg of my trip because I was doubly charged and did not receive what I had paid for. I put in a complaint with Lufthansa because the ticket was sold originally sold as a flight they listed. Someone here needs to take responsibility.
Even though I flew in business cabin I was not given any refreshment even though those next me were served
1. One of the crew who was managing the crowd in the business class line specifically asked me if I am travelling by business class while I was standing in the business class designated line. She specifically was asking only me and no one else. Seemed to imply that I may not be aware of it and may be I don't belong there?(Based on my color?) 2. The business class seats in the aircraft was average regular economy seats with middle seat kept free.
When I bought my ticket , I bought it for a premium flex and I paid more money to get comfortable seat , but I get a basic economy seat, I need a refund for the ticket Thank you Rabeh Afli
