Cons: Never made it because of my originating flight
Cons: I now know the downside of buying through Kayak, the ticket is non-upgradable even when seats became open and I offered to pay for the upgrade.
Pros: Great crew.
Cons: Seats could be better. But the delays in deicing the plane could have been handled better.
Pros: Boarding process was smooth.
Cons: In flight service was disappointing.

Pros: The on-board attendants were personable and efficient.
Cons: The lack of overhead storage was not noted at the gate so about half the passengers had to have their hand luggage tagged on the plane itself, involving wheeling to the back to be tagged. Then once everyone was seated, the attendant wheeled them by and passengers had to call out when they saw their bag go by so that they could be issued the corresponding luggage claim ticket. The seat width and pitch was sad compared to 'low cost' airlines like JetBlue.
Pros: The plane was very comfortable and clean. The seats were larger than those on other economy flights. In flight wi fi entertainment was great, as long as you have a device.
Cons: The flight was delayed from 9:35 PM to 10:15. No announcements were made at the gate. We were all standing around (no seats left) and only had text or email notifications informing us. I overheard crew say it was entirely avoidable, and the fault of some crew that weren't at the right place on time
Pros: It’s economy so I didn’t expect much but there seemed to be more room than other flights from different carriers I’ve traveled with in the past.
Cons: Wasn’t impressed that I was charged for premium seating when my original flight was canceled three times in two days. I understand they can’t control the weather but my vacation was cut from seven days to 5 days.

Cons: Way too hot in the cabin. Very uncomfortable.
Pros: The pilot did an okay job of keeping the passengers informed of the delays and what was taking so long on the flight.
Cons: The plane was old, there was no legroom, it took the flight attendants way too long to get us something as basic as a glass of water, and the terminal is garbage considering it's a major hub for a major airline.

Cons: Old plane, no entertainment in head rests, had to use iPad not the same movies to choose from. Seats were so uncomfortable.

Cons: United have somehow managed to make their newer planes (777) even less comfortable then their old ones, I thought that was impossible but they found a way.
Cons: From checking in at the Kiosk to assistance that I was finally able to get which was good as my boarding passes were printed with no seat selection. Gave me major concern that I was on the flight until we got to the gate. Just much confusion.
Pros: The bathroom was exceptionally clean. Staff seemed very helpful to people for whom there was no room for their bags. Pilots a lovely smooth landing.
Cons: I expected economy plus to be comparable to other 'pluses.' It isn't - it is more what I expect regular economy to be. Also suitcases had not been monitored for over-size. There were more than a few taking up most of a storage bin each. Also there was an hour delay for mechanical repair.
Cons: The boarded front to back and didn't have enough space for our luggage in the over head bins. There was no TV and no snack was provided.
