Pros: Flew from Vancouver to Qingdao and despite my concerns after reading earlier reviews, the flight was great! The seat was comfortable and reclined enough that you could actually sleep. I think I was one of very few non-Chinese passengers on board and there was a bit of a language barrier, but the staff was super friendly and accomodating.
Cons: I ended up with a middle seat, but the seat was comfortable and roomier than normal, so it wasn't so bad.

Cons: Need to pick up all my luggages at Chongqing airport and use the cart to carry all luggages from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2. It's a LONG way. Why can they auto transfer all my luggages from Hainan Airlines to Beijing Capital Airlines? They even didn't mention the transfer process when I bought the ticket. That's too bad.

Cons: Because of the two hour delay, I was going to miss my next flight. I told the flight attendant about my problem. She said that it would be fine, and they would help me once I landed. That didn't occur. I got through customs and rushed to the airline desk. They then told my that my connection flight had been delayed. I went through security, and I sat next to my gate. For hours it said delayed, but didn't give a new time. I asked the staff, and they said later. After four hours, I asked again, and they told me that the flight had left. I asked another staff member, who told me that the flight had been canceled, and I needed to get a new ticket. I never got an answer as to whether the flight had been canceled, but I was not going to leave Xi'an that day. They sent me to a hotel, which was more than 20 minutes away from the airport. In the morning, the airport transport was late, which caused even more stress. To top all of this off, I had to go to three different people for my ticket because there was some unknown problem.

Cons: Economy seats are so cramped that the couple (who were strangers to me) seated next to me (i was in the window seat) decided to 1) one would sleep prone on the floor in the foot portion of our row; and 2) the other would rest his head on ME and the armrest, stretching out on their seats. Cons: Left on first leg trip from NY to HK. 23 kg/ bag. Two bags per person. Next leg was HK to Malpensa. When I go to check in they tell me 30 kg. Total weight allowed. Very upsetting. I was asked to pay 12780.- HKD. Completely misleading and trapped. I will consider other airline in future.

Cons: My flight was canceled and I received no communication from Austrian Airlines. There was no staff at ticketing counter. The contact number that O’Hare had was a disconnected Verizon number, which was the same number listed on their website. I had to call the international number where I was told I was rebooked on United with 2 layovers instead of one. I also lost my business class upgrade and was told there was nothing they could do about it.

Cons: The Boeing 757 is a narrow cramped aircraft for such along flight. It would be good to have an aircraft with not so narrow seats, such as the A320 or A321 or B767 on longer routes. No boarding announcement at Almaty - they just opened the door and you had to "know" that it was time to board.
Cons: The flight was delayed by 3 hours. They did not even attempt to text, though they knew the flight would be delayed. When I asked the check in agents about this, they said what can they do? This is a serious lack of taking personal responsibility. What can they do? They work for the company! There are several steps they could take, but they chose to abdicate responsibility instead. Even though I'd been there for several hours and specifically asked for a window seat and been granted a window seat, during boarding, they changed my seat to a middle, which was the icing on the cake. Also, during announcements, the pilot did not even give an apology. This is poor management And I'm disappointed in Air Astana.
Pros: I always choose this flight since it coincides with my planned domestic connecting flight.

Pros: Not knowing much about this airline, I was pleasantly surprised with the short flight from Edinburgh to Dublin. Sorry all you plane geeks, I don't know what model aircraft it was, but I was seated in the middle of a 2-3-2 arrangement. Boarding was speedy, staff pleasant and even offered a sandwich in the short hop. Seats were comfortable and being early on a Saturday morning, it was not fully packed. This meant that getting off was not a chore. I'd definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate in recommending you use them for the sort flight like I made.
Cons: The only issue that marks them down was the lack of on line check in for the flight (Edinburgh to Dublin). Despite that, checking in via a traditional route was efficient and done with a smile.

Pros: I flew economy Melbourne > Abu Dhabi and then Abu Dhabi to Melbourne. The first leg of the flight was great, the flight wasn’t full and I had a whole row to myself. The flight attendant even gave me some tips to ensure nobody sat there. This flight was on an A380 so the plane was large and it felt spacious.
Cons: There are a number of things that Etihad do that just degrade the quality and experience of the flight and I probably wouldn’t fly with them again as a result. I’ve listed these below: 1) Entertainment system is poorly appointed and travel in two seperate months found that little had been refreshed on the in flight programs. 2) The entertainment system is deactivated until the seat belt sign is turned off, and is deactivated again about 30 minutes prior to landing. 3) You practically have to cut off your arm to get some water. I would always bring my own water on the flight, but Australian regulations prevent more than 100mls being carried on flight. 4) The service is inconsistent, some staff are just downright rude and others are incredibly friendly. The time waiting after pressing the call bell is excessive and in one case my drink never arrived. 5) Unlike other airlines, they don’t give you a “menu” to chose from for the inflight meal. Instead they just come around asking “Chicken, Lamb or vegetarian”, and lack any real understanding of what’s actually in the food. 6) When you order a drink, they open the can pour some into a cup but don’t give you the remainder in the can. 7) The inflight wifi is expensive. 19.95 USD for 180mb puts them at one of the most expensive. Overall, I would have expected a bit more from an airline such as Etihad.

Cons: Consol provided with my seat 18C on 30th November 18 and 18 d on 6th Feb 19 I.e more than 2 months was no operational . Due to this no entertainment facilities was available during my to and fro journey. Such inefficiency is not tolerable. Pl take note of this.
Cons: Flight delayed by 4 hours for mechanical issue, which would cause missed connection to Delhi, and missing onward flights to the US. We bought new tickets on SriLankan Air in order to make it to Delhi on time for our connection. Option to cancel Air India flight, but for a cancellation fee.

Pros: Non-stop flight, new plane, on time, free checked bag (50 lbs), very thorough security, inexpensive. Lots of legroom and seats recline farther than most coach seats.

No shades on the windows, very little if any A/C (people were fanning themselves over the Atlantic), lights stayed on for the entire flight, comically surly flight attendants (I gave my water to an old lady bc they wouldn't help her). Took an hour to board bc of security. Didn't recognize a single film, 4 music stations. Cheap and efficient, though.
