I had two small children at home and Diebel to this incompetence missed my 4 year olds birthday. He was devastated all thanks to your airline."

Cons: "My connecting flight was very close in time and even when I told a stewardess while I was exiting the plane, she made no effort to get me any help to arrive at my next gate faster. This resulted in my having to run to my gate after waiting on the long line at customs and I barely made my flight. Had I not been as physically able, I would have missed my flight even at my normal fast-walking pace. This should not have occurred- I should not have to run to my gate from one flight to another especially when I raised this concern to an employee of Lufthansa as well as a customs officer."

He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

Cons: "Our total flight time was about 17 hours - MAD- AMS-LAX. My husband and I both have an internationally approved carry on luggages with us. When we checked in - they asked us to both check in our carry on luggage. The reason why is because they said they don’t think they have enough space for our carry ons. I told the crew member checking us in that other people that was checking in with the same hand carry size luggage with us had no problems taking it with them. For being about to be on a 17 HOUR FLIGHT we should be ALLOWED to have our carry ons with us! We take carry ons for that reason! I had to argue and prove my case to the crew member to atleast keep 1 carry on with us. I thought that was an UNACCEPTABLE reason for us to check in a carry on luggage when we had a 17 hour travel time ahead of us. Not a happy costumer here."

They forced me to pay for my carry-on luggage because they claimed that it did not fit in carry-on size of the company. I purchased an international carry-on size matter fact. The gate agent was also threatening to remove us from boarding the process. I've traveling so many places with many carriers but easyJet by far is the worst in term of customer service particularly from Copenhagen airport. I was departing from Paris and the staffs were very helpful and friendly."

The onboard staff was attentive, keen to help and please, cheery face, especially the short, dark Middle Eastern looking fella. He knows how to work it! Some flight attendants can be mean, he was very nice. I did not interact with him, but watched how he handled things, like helping people place their baggage in a different overhead compartment, personally moving the baggage so that it would fit. Cheery demeanor, informed the passengers of whatever needed to be said. The pilot was also attentive."

Cons: "I paid 20 pounds to check my suitcase. the handle broke and i am no longer able to pull it. I had to take a taxi from the train because of it and cannot use it any longer. This was a good suitcase, a good brand (Swiss) and the crew must of either not pay attention or being very rough. The suitcase was not 17 pounds therefore was not heavy. I will not recommend this company. I am upset about the whole thing."

Cons: "Horrible experience! I missed a very important meeting! Flight from LTN to CPH (EZY2445). Flight was suppose to take off at 7:00am. When we board at 6:40 we are told we are not taking off until 7:30a, (why did we even board then?) And then when the plane is nearly on the runway to take off, one of the crew members decides to mention she is sick so we have to turn back. Two points here: 1. If you are sick, why didn't you call in? 2. from 6:40 - 7:30am you did not know you were sick?? You wait until we get on the runway, after we finally get a spot in the Que? So then we get back to the gate, take a good 10- 15 mins for her to walk off and a new cabin crew to come on (not to mention she looked fine walking off, i mean she was probably sick but sick to bring the plane back from the runway - not so sure). Following this, apparently the plane needed re-fueling because we went to the runway and back. Now this is a bit worrying. The fact that we just went to the runway and back and the aircraft needed more fuel. What if we had to wait in the air for additional minutes for air traffic would we run out? just a thought.. Ok well all this happened. And then guess what - we have to wait another 45 mins in the que for take off! At this point it was very clear i was going to miss my meeting given it was already 9am. After all this a passenger sitting next to me asked if we can at least get a complimentary coffee or tea, which initially he received a NO because the flight has to be delayed a MINIMUM of 3 hrs before we can get that. He had to raise a fuss, for them to say ok we will ask the captain, the opp team, the air traffic control (FOR COFFEE OR TEA!!?) . Overall horrible experience, and i missed a a very important meeting. Will be reconsidering my airline choice in the future."

Cons: "Really rude staff member getting people through to plane. Food I ordered came to me as something totally different because they had run out of what I ordered they didn’t ask me if I wanted it instead so had to refuse it as I can’t eat cheese so I ended up going without."

Cons: "Very unorganised, one person checking in luggage, long queues, two flights mixed together. The boarding gate was really badly organised, passengers being held in a very small space to wait for a bus, the buses were late. Priority boarding wasn’t being checked so everyone was being sent through into the holding space which was about 3 metres by 7 metres standing room only. The plane was late."

Cons: "We paid a lot of money for priority to find out it was really cheap to purchase just before flying. It turns out most people buy priority so there really is no advantage. They lost our luggage and it took two weeks to retrieve."

Cons: "Copenhagen airport very chaotic with boards not displaying the right information and incoming passengers mingling with those leaving"

Cons: "We were not told the reason for the delay. We were not given an estimate of the length of the delay. No update information was given. We all understand there can be problems; but just tell us what they are? Then, we were all called forward to board, but I was still standing 45 minutes later in the queue. Let us wait in (relative) comfort in the terminal (restrooms, drinks, wider seats etc), don't start to board us ridiculously early."

Pros: "On time and fairly quick baggage retrieval. Being able to check-in before you leave UK is very useful."
Cons: "I booked through Kayak and although it does warn about extra charges for baggage, I feel I was duped because I booked for 3 check-in bags at additional cost thinking that would mean for outbound flight and return but once the booking transferred to Last minute on completion it turned out I only had check-in baggage for the outbound flight (different airline) and not for the Ryanair return flight. Ryanair charges more if you book check-in baggage after the original booking so the flights were much more expensive than I had thought. Kayak did not help with this issue. I would not use them again."

Cons: "Gates announced too late"

Pros: "I was allocated an emergency exit seat, luck of the draw. It was the only flight left going to the UK following the extreme weather in CPH and UK."
Cons: "No tables in the seat backs! Gaudy decoration and plastics that had clearly been designed to be hard to damage. It felt like a kebab shop in a rough area or the custody area in a police station."

Cons: "Too expensive for what you get. Bad landing! Oh dear"

Cons: "There was a group of about 6 passengers that were very drunk before they got on the plane. I could hear that they were asked on their way through security 'how drunk are you?' which they announced loudly to everyone. They were shouting on board. They were still sold alcohol by the crew who did nothing to quieten them down. As usual the flight was late (around an hour by the time we actually got to the terminal)"

Pros: "I was able to take my guitar as hand luggage, which is very important. Even though guitars exceed the hand baggage limits, many professionals need to be able to carry on their instruments. Priority boarding is essential."

Pros: "The seats were comfortable and boarding was easy. I thi k u should atleast give free cup of water or tea when its winter to your guests. Nothing more. I think its a bit mean not to aleast offer a free cup of tea or water."

Cons: "Why people don't just pay if they want to sit together. It is that way now so go with it rather than main and play chess on the plane, asking people if they will change seats. Sort it out your adults. Surely you can cope for a few hours?"

Cons: "The 1.5 hour delay with no info. We're told that there was a problem that had been affecting the flight all day, they ccould have forewarned us as a matter of courtesy."

Cons: "CHAOTIC. Found the Ryanair booking site difficult to log into with my booking number constantly not being recognised. Once I'd booked it was pay, pay, pay for luggage and seats making the flight expensive. Biggest insult was they took my money for a transfer, return email saying it was accepted. A later email saying it was cancelled with no refund of money. A 12 month credit note ( not seen yet ) which I can't use in 12 months. Now feeling ripped off Will not be flying with Ryanair again."

Pros: "Price was good. Staff are good in general but felt that the cabin crew lacked professionalism - a tough job noted however. Overall very happy with the service - please note my comments."

Very friendly crew, and relatively painless boarding process."
Cons: "The ability to check in online SOUNDS like it will save time, but this is my third Ryan Air flight where I have stood through the line to get my documents checked, been approved, and then gotten all the way to security where I have been told my boarding pass won't scan. If anyone is reading this, I would suggest checking in online, and then just having them print you off a boarding pass at the desk. That boarding pass will for sure scan once you get to security, and will save you the hassle of getting in line twice!"
