I have used Air France and KLM many times it will help if they change their menu's feel like it's been the same for years!!!, Especially the breakfast. Overall the flight was good and enjoyable.
No bording was given for next trip on same carrier, food was very moderate.

Nothing went smooth. From being threatened to pay $400 for omitting my middle name by agents in India or somewhere. In addition, I couldn't get an answer on how much a third bag would cost despite numerous calls to Lufthansa. Then I couldn't check in online because they wanted evidence of residency. I told them I have dual citizenship but that didn't help. Last but not least, my luggage didn't make it to my destination. I had Christmas presents that didn't get to family members on time. I also had to wait the entire day to have it delivered. I have never had such a bad experience with an airline. This is how you loose customers
I bought internet for the flight. Don’t waste your money. I wasn’t able to download a 1 Mb file from Google Docs during a 3-4 hr period. You can only use WhatsApp and email if you are willing to wait.
Upgrade planes to have larger overhead bins, especially on this popular route and first class.
Flight was canceled do to mechanical failure I lost my connection flight at to pay $2500.00 more to get 4 more tickets to fly to Ketchikan Alaska This was the worst experience I had flying. I thinks kayak should pay for my new ticket from Seattle to Ketchikan That may bring less pain from my trip Thanks Ilir
WiFi never works on any flight and the attendants can never get it to work. You would think paying so much for business/first would give WiFi. Also, the food in business is really poor these days.

Ac was broken so we deplaned, waited 2 hours, taxiing for takeoff they said the plane would not fly so we went back to the gate and got a new plane which took another hour. In all a 4 hour delay for an 80 min flight.
We sat on the plane for 1 hour because the airline was short handed could not be unloading.
The absolute worst. Our flight from Madrid to Charlotte was delayed nearly 2hrs which cost us to miss our connecting flight. The only availability was to either separate my party of four (two being children) several other locations to reach our final destination. The other was drop us off at entirely different location we never intended on going. Thus resulting in us driving a rental 2 hrs to our original final destination. On top of that the flight from Madrid was uncomfortable and some staff were extremely rude.
Terrible, oxygen masks were deployed mid-flight. We returned to airport. Took additional 12 hours to get home.
Gossipy flight attendants talked the whole flight about bar hopping and dating.
We were delayed bc ground crew gave the flight crew the wrong paperwork. We taxiied to the runway then back to the gate to get the correct paperwork that no one bothered reviewing the first time we pushed back. Boarding was rude and stressful like it always is. Gate agents and flight attendants are all over 55 years of age, embittered by years of underpayment From AA leading to their passive agressive bitchiness for no reason.
Boarding time was easy & quick. Crew was excellent. In-flight entertainment was great/easy. Seats are too small and not enough room between rows: felt like a sardine/very cramped.
My baggage went to Dallas and not to Philadelphia. Do I need to add anything else?

Cut off carry ons, had to check, got on and there was plenty of bin space. Disappointing.
Glad that the plane was not full so my 6' 2" husband didn't have anyone in front of him. We were able to sit in a row with a space between us so he could stretch his legs.
Glasses of water very small, no any snack and at the second time that the air attendant serve water or juice, she ignored us, only some passengers had something to drink.😕
I did not like the fact that our bags went missing
I supposed to have a wheel chair waiting to take me to the luggage carousel. Didn’t happen so I had to walk up the walkway with my cane. I lost my balance and broke my little toe on my right foot, which means that I’m hobbling around with a very painful left leg and a very painful toe on my right foot. It was a nightmare.
Nanaimo to Vancouver was fine but flight from Vancouver to SFO was not so hood. Major problem besides 7 hours of weather delay was the fact they let 4 very drunk men on the plane into first class. They were awful! They should never have been allowed on.
First of all, it was operated by lufthansa and not air Canada. I strongly suggest Lufthansa over air Canada.
We were delayed out of Ft. Lauderdale which I understand does happen but it made us have very little time in Montreal where we had to also go through Customs. It would have been nice if an agent was there to ask connection questions. Our luggage did arrive in Halifax which was not the case the last 2 times we traveled on Westjet.
No food for a 6 hours flight! Plus very expensive to buy ! Sit uncomfortable! Awful!!!
I slept for most of this flight. Haha! While waiting to board, there were some passengers not paying attention to instructions. The staff should have been a little more assertive to get them to get out of the way.
The bathroom I used could have been cleaner and tidier. Didn't look like it was kept very well. The staff were super helpful. There was an issue with my screen, and they rebooted it for me. They were also great at dishing out our meals, and cleaning up after.
They canceled my flight , they put me on a different flight that was delayed and the connection was lost . They lost my luggage. And now I’m stuck with any of my belongings.
Seated in business class. Bed too hard and no comforter. Way too many seats in business class for number of crew so never felt particularly looked after.
Boarding = No one respected the boarding groups. The ground crew did nothing to enforce the boarding system. What is the point of being a Gold member when there are no benefits to that? Tired old plane

Biz class has a middle seat. 🙄. WiFi only for first class. No free seat assignments. Basically nickel and dime approach. They need to take lessons from Singapore Air and the likes. Never again.
Pre flight food options were not working and made the flight not enjoyable. Post experiences of British airways have been positive, but this is enough to stop me using British airways again
I was rebooked on Delta. Did not take this flight
The 1st flight was delayed by 7h. We missed the connection flight. They rebooked us another flight after 8 hours lay over and we had to take another connection flight after 6 hour lay over. Overall experience was horrible
Lounge access restricted due to capacity. Boarding long and free for all. Good crew service Food awful.
Ord ->LHR->Rome no glitches , food disappointing Rome->LHR->ORD late , missed flights , had to stay overnight in London , missed flight in Chicago Plane was cold , one bathroom had no bright light in it , mediocre dinner , snack one step up from dog food . Crew was nice . Would try another airline to Rome next time
