Find cheap flights from Düsseldorf to San José

Flight delayed 3 times. We were directed to go to a gate across from our gate. The plane wasn't there yet so we had to wait for it to arrive, then deplane everyone and then wait again for the plane to be cleaned. After 45 minuites we were allowed on the plane. The first plane had mechanical issues. The 2nd plane must have had bathroom issues because we did not have any food service whatsoever. No snack or beverage. That made for a long time not to have anything considering that we had just made it to the original gate and we had no time to stop to get food or a drink. Then we didn't want to leave the gate to get food because we wouldn't know how much longer the delay would be. Then the next gate change. Had we been told that the total time would have been aprox 45 min later we would have left to get food and a beverage. We had to wait again for the okay to the pilot to take off so we were on the runway for another 20 min. Overall, we were delayed over 2 hours which felt like 4 hours.

The staff were very helpful with lots of refreshments on offer. The toilets were clean. The seats were comfortable and entertainment was good. No complaints, it was excellent.

Late arrival due to gate being blocked by stalled truck

All the British airways staff were very helpful and friendly. Every thing was very smooth running from checking in boarding and arriving 40 minutes early. Which is a brilliant start to your holiday.

Flight to Phoenix was delayed 1 hour and was not weather related. Flight Denver was delayed 2.5 hours and again was not weather related as the plane came from San Francisco.

Flight departed PHL one hour late due to late arrival of aircraft. On board services were okay. First class menu does not offer any new items; same desserts (cheese & crackers or Mango sorbet). At least there were no credit card promotions during the flight.

A much better flight than our previous. The flight attendant took care of us and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. Brought us drinks prior to the departure and then a couple more times. Totally makes the difference in how you travel when the crew is checking on their passengers. Great job on this leg of our trip.

Seats were comfortable. Bathroom was large and fairly clean. Flight attendants were okay

Boarding and crew were great. Everything was. On time. The 737 was Incredibly Uncomfortable!! Too tight in seat area for one, but, the real problem was that the seats were AWFUL. After an 8 hour flight from Dallas to Madrid my lower back was miserable and I am fit: I never have back problems. It took 2 days to recover. Honestly I can’t recommend AA for long distance flights. Plus for a $1200+ ticket they wanted $30 for 2 hours of internet. Thank you for listening.

We appreciated that the AA agent at the check in desk was aware that we might not make our connecting flight from Liberia to Miami due to delays. He immediately got us on an earlier flight, which meant less time in the airport and the ability to catch our flight home. Without him, we might had to spend a night in Miami, which we could not do due to work schedules once we got home. This action is what made this flight sequence excellent.

As with every airline the seats are not built for tall people.

Flight was delayed by well over an hour. Communication was terrible.

I like the team but I don't like the food you provided with money. I want free food and free water.

Iberia personnel on the ground is so rude. I would think twice in the future before booking another Iberia flight

Overall not great . We had a 4 four hour plus delay on returning and communication about the changes was poor . No updates were given on the website or by e-mail . We subsequently missed a connection , were our on a later flight and then missed all public transport for our onward journey home. Needed to hire a car at some expense . One member if staff was rude at the gate

The food is really eco only level. Breakfast was shameful. I am considering to stop flying with Iberia. Business prices are as expensive as other companies with much better service.

I called prior to flying to confirm our baggage allowance which was 5 bags. On our outbound flight thee were no problems. On the return flight we were charged for each bag totaling $400! We are working with customer service to resolve the issue.

Late boarding. Delayed departure leading to rushed connection at Madrid Barajas. Not necessarily Iberia's fault but delay loading cargo didn't help.

They made my flight a disaster they had me pay for bags that I already paid for through Iberia airlines and the hostesses were super mean and racist they just turned my vacation to a total nightmare and disappointment in fact they even had me rethink even no to go to morroco ever again even if my whole stay at the country was so nice and fun and perfect but anything at the airport and with the airline was a disaster do not recommend will never take a flight with them
