Cons: Delayed an hour.

Pros: The Price of the flight that was all.

Cons: Very unorganized no idea about time scheduling boarding right up until take off and then spent nearly a further hour trying to get off of the run way. No reason given just blamed ground staff at the airport no apology felt very unprofessional. Should of made me effort explaining why we were delayed had to cancel plans as we were nearly an hour later than taking off was planned.

Pros: The plane started, landed and took me where I wanted to go. That's the good news.

Cons: The pricing structure is highly opaque and they nickel and dime you in every possible way. If you don't print out your boarding card, if you don't check in online… you can't make it up they charge you when you have a hiccup. It's disgraceful and shameless. You discover these extra fees along the way because they don't mention this up front and in bold letters—for a good reason.

Cons: Asking passenger to fit the laptop bag in to the cabin baggage is ridiculous when you know that it will be taken out after boarding

Cons: they over booked the flight and i couldnt fly out to the next day.

Cons: Don’t be even one minute late for the 40 minute pre-flight deadline or you will not get on the plane. All personnel are trained to say no! They canceled all but one flight that was 12 hours later so we had to go to another airport. They charged us over $120 per ticket to change.

Cons: My flight was canceled and I had to book a different flight to Berlin. Ryanair will not compensate me for the additional costs that I have incurred. The airlines customer service is appalling at all levels - slow response, expensive phone lines, complicated websites to mislead you and incredibly rude staff. I would give them a worse rating if I could

Pros: I didn't like anything about the experience

Cons: Customer services aren't very helpful have a figure it out attitude. Don't tell you proper information. Not even employees to with customer demand. I will never ride with again!

Cons: 6 hour delay. 5 euro voucher - that could only buy water. But worse than that was the staff on board. Their rudeness was beyond belief. They: - Stood next to me and bitched about their job and people on board the flight - Laughed about a girl in front of me and her weight - Yelled at me for having my laptop open at the start of our decent (rather than ask me to close it) - Did not apologies once for the delay (which meant I missed a family members birthday) A formal complaint will be written.

Cons: Incredibly disorganized queue, 'Priority boarding' was ignored for everyone who purchased, then a nearly 2hr delay in a hot airplane.

Pros: Cabin crew remained calm and polite

Cons: Almost 3 hrs late, and no communication from Ryanair a all (on board and trackers as on time until already 30 minutes post planned departure time, got us all on board an hour late ajd made us sit there for another 90 minutes without any communication fo an hour, no water or snacks etx (30 degrees that day)

Pros: A good range of cafes at Gatwick while my wife and I wait 7 hours at airport for next flight

Cons: Easyjet's abysmal customer service. We are at gate 40 minutes before and are waiting to board only to find out that they have closed the gate early due to few passengers,wiyhout making any announcement. The airplane is still standing right there but they say we can't board as they have closed the doors. To make things worse, Easyjet refused to pay for the replacement flight, let alone compensate us for the flight we missed (cutting our 2 day holiday in half practically).

Pros: Low cost, no complimentary food and no entertaiment

Cons: I could not take the trolies on board.

Pros: Am very upset with how I got treated

Cons: Paid GBP 26.99 to be able to take with me my carry-on that was refused by a groundstaff standing outside and informing me she determined what would happen. Bad bad experience and paying GBP 26,99 for nothing is a real shame

Cons: Speedy boarding was a joke. We speedy boarded onto a bus and then everyone else got on so there was no real speedy boarding getting on the plane at all. This is the second time this has happened, and I am seriously thinking of not renewing my EasyJet Plus Card because of this.

Pros: We Arrived over two hours early waited in the line designated for 45 minutes then told to get in a different line which was slow. Then when we got to the sweet gal at the desk she told us that we couldn’t bring a personal item on in addition to our carry on luggage. We travel a lot and have never seen that. We had to pay $250 to check our roller bags so that we could bring a purse or book bag.
