Cons: "Delayed announcement could be done a little earlier before boarding time, not after it was past the boarding time."

Pros: "The crew is doing its best job given the cards they gave been given to play with !"
Cons: "It was all good for a budget airline."
Pros: "I liked getting off it he aircraft n Dublin."
Cons: "I didn't like that we were told the aircraft was ready to board at 8.30 pm and we were still stood waiting at 9.10 pm. I didn't like the staff's 'nobody cares, you're the last flight of the day' attitude, I didn't like we were late in but there was no apology for that, I didn't like that we got whiplash on landing, and I didn't like the apathetic manner that we were let off the aircraft. I realise it had been a long day, but it was for all of us. There were a lot of parents with very young children on that flight, so leaving them standing for 40 minutes to board just made them all fractious. By the time we boarded, those poor kids were beyond tired, so they were all crying. If Ruinair knew they were going to be late, there was no need to speed us towards a queue we'd be standing in for a good while after, they could have allowed the parents, kids and elderly to remain seated. All this did was serve to underline how little respect they treat their passengers with. Its unnecessary. ."
Pros: "Crew on board"
Pros: "Crew members."
Cons: "Aeroplane needs revamping."
Cons: "We are a family with a three year old and have been separated by the allocation system."
Pros: "Getting off"
Cons: "Paying for hand luggage plus the then obligatory and unnecessary early boarding. having to pay to sit next to my children The warm cold drinks"
Cons: "Cheap, you get what you pay for"
Pros: "Loved priority boarding with 2 bags, very smooth. Left on time, arrived early. Comfortable enough for a 1-hour flight."
Cons: "Website said we must get boarding passes stamped or we wouldn’t be allowed on flight, and we wasted time waiting in line at check-in desk only to find out we didn’t need to get a stamp after all. The constant ads were annoying of course."
Pros: "The efficiency of the staff, the cost of the flight, the food."
Cons: "The queue at the airport."
Pros: "Friendly crew"
Pros: "Easy on off process."
Cons: "Very small seats."
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Too many passes with food & drink"
Pros: "Flight was fine"
Cons: "I had trouble connecting to the WiFi at my hostel and online check in closes 2 hours before the flight, so I just decided to check in at the airport. Well, I learned that doing this results in a €50 charge per ticket zapping preshious funds for the rest of my travels."
Pros: "Can’t complain about £14 flights"
Cons: "They ripped off clients by sending emails charges at the last moment, not keep their own rules,"
Pros: "The height"
Cons: "The screaming baby"
Cons: "The Ryan Air staff were ignorant and complained when asked any questions."
Pros: "I don’t need anything fancy for a short flight. Low cost, safe travel is the primary goal, and that’s what we got. The ratings chart doesn’t allow you to choose N/A but there was no food or entertainment for me to rate anything, and for such a short flight, it wasn’t needed anyway."
Cons: "Baggage fees are too high. €40 for one bag, each way? Too much. €20 each way is more reasonable, in my opinion, especially when standard international carry-on bags are not allowed. So for one bag for a family of four, we had to pay €80 and still had to buy a carry-on bag that was small enough to be allowed, other than taking the kids’ school backpacks. Please reduce the cost of luggage if you need to maintain the much smaller carry-on bag size. Also, passengers should be directed to keep their carry-on above their own seat, and not fill the front overhead compartments if their seats are in the back. It causes a lot of confusion at time of boarding and de-planing. Some elderly travelers were unable to manage their luggage, let alone go against traffic in the aisle to find overhead space in the back when they likely paid more to have their seata in the front. Not fair at all to pay more for front seats but not have the benefits of those seats. Also, I used the online chat tool before the flight to understand the baggage fees. The representative on the chat was particularly rude. Not good customer service. I figured out what I need to know so that’s the most important thing, but there was no reason for his nastiness."
Cons: "Seats, aspect of the plane, sounding no so good when departing and landing"
Pros: "Flight took 1.5hrs rather than the expected 2hrs, departed on time. Cheap as chips if bought at right time."
Cons: "No entertainment and poor food choice quite expensive and limited inflight purchases"
Pros: "The flight was on time, easy to board, no issues with baggage. Overall great flight. Crew was friendly."
Pros: "Once boarding began, it was efficient. Service was polite and efficient."
Cons: "Narrow seats, poor selection of drinks and food."
Pros: "The Gin and Tonic"
Cons: "3hr delay and the worst landing I have ever experienced, Stevie Wonder would have done better."
Cons: "Asked to put cabin bag in hold despite having no other hold luggage. Plenty of room for cabin bags right above my head. Even more delayed time"
Cons: "Very small space..no basket on seat Staff asked customers for change to give the change that they owed to other customers Couldn't sit with my family due to odd number of seats together Needed entertainment for children"
Pros: "It was cheap"
Cons: "Flight was 1.5 hrs late. They charged for everything, even a drink."
Pros: "It seems if you don't pay for the seat attribution, the system splits automatically group/couple even if with infant! My husband and I have been separated by more than 30 rows but we had 2 aisle seats! Hopefully a kind person has accepted to exchange his middle seat with my husband seat. In addition, there was no priority to boarding with infant if. You don't pay the priority boarding (although we have to carry the baby in our arm). We have to ask several times to have the specific belt for infant, hopefully it was not our first flight and we knew it was mandatory! We have as well asked for a life jacket for our 4 months baby and they informed us infant and adult life jacket are in the same place above the seat..."
Cons: "Lack of safety rules for infant (to request seat belt, no infant life jacket) Priority of buying options rather to help when traveling with infant (automatic separation on seat distribution, no boarding priority)"
Pros: "Cheap and chearful"
Cons: "Flight was delayed by 30 minutes."
Pros: "Polite staff. Flight departed on time. Pleasant flight."
Cons: "My seat/seating area was littered with crisps, this was very obvious to anyone and should have been cleaned up. The seat tray was sticky."
Pros: "Cheap..ish, reasonable experience."
Pros: "Flight was on time departure."
Cons: "Very rude crew"
Pros: "Excellent throughout outward and inward journey's"
Pros: "Arrived at 5.45, checked in, gone through security by 06.30. Flight delayed by 15 minutes, due to passengers not Ryanair. Arrived 15 minutes early so would have arrived earlier at Palma. Staff seemed friendly. No real complaints."
Cons: "Stupid 50 we had to pay extra. Never fly this airline again. A scam leaving me feeling like I was just screwed. I will actively tell people to never fly with you. Cut the surprise check in fee like normal airlines."
Pros: "We had no problems with our flight"
Pros: "price, though am told that Easy Jet is just about as inexpensive - reminder - the only thing you get for the price is a ticket, the seat costs additional money! Everything else costs money, including water......on the bright side - it's not a pay toilet on the plane!"
Cons: "baggage weight limit--lower than all other airlines, no water, no food, waiting line to board (minimal at best seating), cramped seating on plane, extreme difficulty with online check in, really long walk through terminal with no water - places to buy or drinking fountains,"
Pros: "Nothing I can think of."
Cons: "Flight was delayed by 3 hours. This affect our hotel and taxi arrangements severely. Also the baggage collection was extremey slow and painful with a wait of 1-2 hours."
Pros: "I bought priority boarding, there was a single line for everybody. Crew did not mind if people bought priority or not"
Pros: "i had bought 2 bags one 20 kg and one 15 kg i tried to go boarding with min stuff in hand when she weighted the 2 bags it was 38.5 kg i asked to consider that i had only a laptop bag of 2-3 kg in hand .. i can sure carry the catalogues that are in the check in bags with me .. she refused and said not even a kilo more ... i had to move the cataloghues and carry with me !!!!"
Pros: "On time there and back."
Cons: "The trip to and from Stansted"
Pros: "The price of the ticket was less than the luggage cost"
Cons: "The boarding was a mess but that looks to be the airport not the airline but not telling what gate you need to be at till the last minute is just not a good idea"
Pros: "We arrived safely"
Cons: "They checked bags unnecessarily and charged high fees, a complete rip off, not customer service friendly at all (agents). During the flight they made so many announcements and then sold many things constantly from credit cards to food, duty free. Sooooo many announcements, forget about closing your eyes. Seats don't recline either at all! Overall like a herd of cattle forget comfort."
Pros: "The crew, the food, the plane were nice"
Cons: "I was quite shocked to pay for the check-in as much as the ticket price. But I assume it was my problem as I didn't know. I think it could be great for people like me to put some information on the ticket booking info about printing your check-in in advance."
