Cons: "The flight was cancelled and we were asked to leave the departures lounge. There were no Logan Air ground staff actually working so we relied in the customer services desk at the airport to give us direction on what to do, and we were told that we would be eligible for compensation. I have now been told ( almost 2 months later) that the flight was only delayed and not cancelled so we are not getting a compensation payout to cover the huge additional cost I had to spend to fly another airline to get me to Aberdeen. Awful customer service, unreliable flights"

Pros: "They are great at service and care of their passengers. Their staff always go out of their way to make sure of comfort. Loganair seems one of the few to still give a beverage and a snack with purchase of ticket (wonderful). I am super thankful of well trained staff and their knowledge on luggage and sizing on the smaller planes especially when traveling to and from larger planes. I never had any issues with being able to take my backpack on or being asked to check it as it carried my laptop & wallet...unlike other airlines of similar size running to & from SYY."

We were traveling with 5 kids including an infant and we were not allowed to board until we found the receipt. I thought surely they would have record that I had paid, but I guess not. We were the last to board and all very stressed out. The staff seemed not to care the least in our troubles."

We lost 5 bags in the process but eventually got them 2 days after arrival. the bags did not show up when we originally were told they would."

We were put up in a hotel but upon landing in Rome, we opted to wait at the airport in lieu of the second hotel because of the timing as we had to catch a 6 a.m. train to get to Livorno to meet the Ship, it's first stop. Up for 36 hrs as we got little sleep, and were very tired."

Problems with loading the baggage led to an issue at baggage claim where they were stuck."

Didn't have to pay for extra leg room in exit aisle - probably because no-one had bought them when I checked in at airport. Would definitely recommend."

She spoke English with such a thick Spanish accent and intonations that no-one understood what she was saying on the speaker. She also sounded as if she was arguing, as opposed to inviting us on board in a welcoming and orderly fashion. Although at times funny, it ultimately translated into a lot of noise on her part, and a headache on my part."

It was a nightmare and I got to feeling we would never get out of Paris.Not so sure I would want to go to Paris Airport again.? If I would use BA."

You're going to run out of elements to name your BS elitist clubs after. There seems to be a trend where flight attendants physically lean in and force passenger seats upright prior to landing. I appreciate the frustration, but I don't like being caught in the crossfire when they lean over me to do it."

Once through check in, the passport check line took over an hour. 100-150 people all corralled in like cattle, while ONLY ONE agent was checking passports to enter the security area. This was outside the secure area!!! Anyone could have entered here and executed a terrorist attack with large casualties. It was unsafe, uncomfortable, and unreasonable. Shame on you Paris Airport. Then the flight was late on arrival, and late again on departure, causing me to miss my connection to Los Angeles. This opened up a whole new list of botched customer services."

I didn’t know that Eastern and Flybe were associated. Are they? The service, crew and associated staff did everything they could to make our eventual takeoff to Glasgow pleasant."
