My flight was ultimately cancelled but the lack of updates and professionalism from the crew leading up to the cancellation announcement was frustrating for all passengers.

Delay due to personnel issues on Spirit’s end. Original departure time 9:30pm. Took off at 2:15am. Lost an entire night’s sleep bc Spirit couldn’t get a crew together. Very poor.

If there are delays, it takes less than a minute for a Spirit employee to make an announcement. It’s very simple.

I’m still waiting to get on the flight. No one knows what’s happening. The passengers have gotten no updates. We have been up all night and waiting at the airport. This is no way to operate and we should be refunded for this lack of respect for their passengers.

Flight was delayed, then undelayed, then delayed again. Gate was changed to the other side of the airport. Horrible seats with no screens. Spirit os truly awful, even for a budget option.

The flight was delayed by two hours, then by three hours. Then, at 10:01, a notification that the flight was back on schedule for the original time. I just happened to be getting on a train to go to the airport at 10 just to be extra early for the delayed departure when I saw the update come through. I got to the train terminal at the airport at 11:07. A shuttle immediately arrived and offloaded, but didn't show anyone on before speeding off. It was 30 minutes before another arrived. I finally got to the terminal and through security and to the gate just in time for them to tell me the door had just been locked. Flight closed. I had to wait until the next day to fly out. No or for a hotel, a meal, nothing.

Everything is an additional fee. No one said anything when I checking in and got my boarding pass about my small carry on suitcase. Charged me $100 at the gate for that little bag that I still had to take with me. Delays for both flights for no reason and then when I asked everyone said something different. Never flying spirit again. If it was just one thing maybe. This was a show from the minute I got to the airport.

I have to wait for the flight for 3 hours. The gate was switching for 5 times. Made feel frustrated. Delays took all my sleep. I went to work without any sleep.

They changed our boarding gates at the last minute! No one at gate told us! It was finally announced over loud speaker but the person spoke very broken English and couldn’t understand!! Just went to information board to confirm. Had a “ medical emergency “ they called it and we couldn’t use bathrooms ( I understand) The flight attendant allowed the teenager sitting in my row to move to be with friend? Would have loved the same from my husband at back of plane! Why did attendant ask me twice to push my bag under the seat and NEVER once said anything to man in aisle across from me?? His was laying in floor!! Rate food? What food? Just drinks were offered for a price. Should be against the law to charge $5 for water. No… not the best flight.

Customer service online / on the phone are horrible. Flight crew is great but gate agents and customer service are terrible
