Cons: "The announcements made by the main air steward were mostly unintelligible due to a very strong Spanish accent."
Pros: "Food menu was great"
Cons: "Boarding slow, SO slow getting to the back of the plane with the food and drink trolley. Lots of out of control children."
Pros: "I do not know why we could not select seat upon booking - so that my wife and I could have sat next to each other. I know it's away you would like to make extra cash - but its a bit silly"
Cons: "The Yellow colour on seats - juts looks bad"
Pros: "It was Ryanair, didn't expect much and they delivered on that expectation."
Cons: "The delay was longer than the flight itself"
Pros: "Best flight for what I needed, the time was perfect, cost was good. It was on time and everything went smooth."
Cons: "Well, small plane, cheap flight. Seats small and crowded. There was not even a place to put my water bottle. But for a short flight at the right time, it's fine. Crew made all kinds of announcements and sales pitches, bit annoying when you are trying to sleep."
Cons: "Tarmac boarding"
Cons: "I got to the airport with plenty of time to make my 1:30pm flight. However the flight ended up being initially delayed for roughly 90 minutes according to the airport, while many passengers received notifications that it was closer to 2 and a half hours. When asked, the Ryanair deask said that they did not know anything and basically told us it was not their problem. We did not take off until after 5pm. However, it did not end there. Having never been told what the problem was, we finally boarded the plane and found that it was filthy. There were bread crumbs all over my seat and a candy bar wrapper underneath. I would have thought that with an extra 4 hours the plane could have at least been cleaned. Other than that, it was typical Ryanair, the seats do not recline, the staff is indifferent, and boarding was done via a bus to the tarmac."
Pros: "the plane was really nice and smooth flight"
Cons: "seat didnt lean back and nothing to read or watch."
Pros: "We arrived alive"
Cons: "Checking in was torture. It was the airline version of "The Trial" with a Dutch Twist (no one in charge). Luckily (?) the plane turned out to be 45 minutes late, so the eternity it took to have the rookie who finally showed up to look blankly at her computer screen, apprently hoping it would receive Divine instructions on how to work her way through the ONE PERSON in line in front of us, in order to stamp our pre-printed boarding passes did not cause us to miss the last flight of the day from Amsterdam to Dublin. Now lets talk about the torture device that Ryanair uses as a passenger seat. . ."
Pros: "The crew is friendly"
Cons: "The Nicole and Dime! The waiting, the process to check in, the airports they use."
Cons: "55 Euros to check in at gate!!!!!!! Never again"
Pros: "Cheap fares"
Cons: "Front boarding stairs out of use - conjestion at rear boarding Extras for check-in return journey"
Pros: "We came prepared so no surprises. Boarding pass printed, just back packs on a 1 day getaway to London."
Cons: "standing in the rain in a long line waiting to board the plane. Uncomfortable seat, my bottom could barely last this 2 hour flight."
Cons: "Always delayed and poor services"
Cons: "i realize you're a budget airline, but the flight was horrible. the seats were incredibly uncomfortable, and i could not recline them. the smell of the toilet was present in the entire plane. beverages (coffee, tea and water) should be provided for free, especially water. there was absolutely no organization in the airport in sofia, everyone just pushed and shoved to board. very poor experience."
Cons: "Flight was delayed"
Pros: "I liked that we received an alert mail from them several days in advance telling us to check in and pay for our checked luggage. Bags paid for in advance were reasonably priced."
Cons: "Clerk could not print boarding passes at the airport check in counter. Four clerks at check in counter, but only one could check in passengers for our flight. Long, outside walk from the plane to the terminal in Budapest."
Pros: "5 stars all great"
Cons: "Tea was awful, too hot in plane at the begining."
Pros: "Value for money, this was good."
Pros: "On time."
Cons: "Can't choose seats without a fee"
Pros: "Quick and smooth"
Cons: "The departure lounge was horrible"
Pros: "Good coffee (for £3)"
Cons: "Flight was delayed for an hour. Looked like the crew were a bit overworked."
Pros: "I only had an hour to grab my luggage and my next boarding pass. I made it to my flight with over ten minutes to spare."
Cons: "I was charged 62 eu for my carry on. It was about 1in to tall."
Pros: "the price"
Cons: "the departure gate was never posted on the airport monitors. Someone close to us told us the gate was announced over head."
Pros: "Nothing I can think of."
Cons: "Flight was delayed by 3 hours. This affect our hotel and taxi arrangements severely. Also the baggage collection was extremey slow and painful with a wait of 1-2 hours."
Pros: "Most of the crew were hard working, pleasant and the flight came in slightly early"
Cons: "There was a cabin services director (or whatever his title was) who clearly liked the sound of his own voice. He kept going on and on about how bad the weather was in London and how sunny it was in Portugal. He mentioned rain and snow in London and suggested that people booked a return flight to Portugal in the twenty-five minutes available to them in London after the plane had landed. One joke about the sun versus the rain might have been acceptable but to raise it again ad again just became irritating and an abuse of the PA system. He shouted Halleluja amongst other things when trying to get money out of people for the Ryanair charity. If he wants to be a professional comedian he should change his profession as he was just annoying people and he stopped the flight from being relaxing,"
Cons: "I did not like not knowing which gate was being used until 45 minutes prior to boarding. People who are regulars were able to queue up before those of us who did not know where we were heading. The baggage information is confusing; you can not be sure whether or not your bag will get on without a charge, but then when you get to the airport, the charge is greater than it would have been if you had more consisten info to start."
Cons: "People are rude. They are hypocrites. (they charged me for carry on because it was 'too big', however, most of the other passengers got away with not paying.) They required me to print my tickets even though I had a download of tickets on my phone. Flight attendants were not pleasant as if they didn't like their job."
Cons: "We had a delayed of more than 6 hours, and they didnt give us in the airport any cupon or something to get some food!!!! More over, they had not report us the reason of the delayed till we were on the plane."
Pros: "Incredible cheap fare, but watch out, the airline has plenty of hidden tricks to extract you more money."
Pros: "The flight was very good and excellent staff."
Cons: "The system for check in very difficult getting response for some questions impossible it took over an hour to check in on line. I found the experience very stressful. Will not fly Ryan Air again. I was told by staff check in yourself or pay 44 euro each there were 2 of us. Both in our 80 s. No kindness at all from check in staff."
Cons: "The damn fee they charged me when I was still an hour and 1/2 early to print boarding passes"
Pros: "Love the price"
Cons: "Service can be improved upon"
Pros: "It was on time and check in at airport was fine. The online part was the nightmare!"
Cons: "Check in online was a nightmare. I spent close to an hour on their 'Chat feature' because their website would not accept our ID documents, LEGAL USA PASSPORTS!!!!!! 'Chat rep' finally asked what browser I was using. Google Chrome! It's pretty common. She had to input the info and then told me to print the boarding passes because RyanAir would charge 15 euros EACH to print at airport That's highway robbery! We finally managed to forward the ..pdf to hotel reception and they printed them. RyanAir should not assume that a traveller has access to a printer or a cell phone that functions abroad."
