Pros: Quick boarding.

Cons: The seats are just not comfortable in the slightest. There is no room. No where to put your legs.

Pros: The crew was good, the fly was hot the air conditioning not cooling.

Cons: The time of departure

Pros: The seat was fairly comfortable. The pilot communicated with the passengers about the reason for the delay, due to mechanical issue.

Cons: I was not made aware, until I got to the gate and was boarding, that a personal item (that was small enough to easily fit under my seat), would not be allowed on the plane without incurring a $60 Euro charge. Luckily, I was quickly able to squeeze it into my carry-on suitcase. One of the flight attendants wasn't very friendly (young, male, possibly Middle Eastern, French speaking). The other 3 were fine.

Cons: One hour late + operates by an Estonian company

Pros: The crew was helpful and friendly, priority boarding was super speedy and the food was served promptly (to my neighbouring passenger not me).

Cons: The seats were dirty and the plane could've done with a clean, plus I ended up with stiff knees because of how squished I was.

Cons: Pointless paying extra for priority boarding as both lanes boarded at the same time

Cons: Not much was good about this flight. I had to pay an extra €55 because I couldn’t check in online 2 hours prior and had to do it at the airport. The flight itself was a sales pitch with every few moments the flight attendants offering things to sell. I’ll try not to take Ryanair again.

Cons: The flight was okay but 40 minutes late due to issues at Hamburg Airport. I.e. the problem was not with the actual flight or with Ryanair.

Pros: Superfast checkin, easy boarding process although it seemed a bit chaotic.

Cons: The crew really didn't follow protocols and manage the guests. The family next to me all had large duffle bags in their laps which should have been stowed. There was a large group of teenage girls on board constantly roaming around and congregating in the aisles. Just a number of little things that added up to make a quick 2 hour trip seem longer.

Same as 90% of people only fly Ryanair as a last resorts. Friend tried to down load boarding pass in the morning of flight was not able as need to be done 24hrs before. 50 euro to get printed at airport outrageous. Perhaps you could Justify £10 but 50 euro!! Why do they try so hard to rip there customers off at every turn

I had to throw away my liquid bottles. - While boarding one of the flight attendants told me to walk faster because they were late, even though I had two heavy bags in both of my hands. Then he insulted me in Italian and after I asked him 8 times to tell me what he said to me he told me to shut up and sit down. I sat down for 2 hours in a very bad mood trying to control myself from starting a fight. After the flight I waited and spoke with the manager about it, If I'm not wrong the name of the attendant was Luca and the manager heard my complaints. This was the worse flight of my entire life, I have never been treated so disrespectfully in a plane, I felt humiliated. I will never touch a Ryanair plane ever again. I definitely should be getting a refund for this.

Pros: Seats on the plane are really, really, really uncomfortable. I usually try and avoid using Ryanair because of this. at 6' tall the leg room is only just possible, there is no neck support as the seat back does not cater for tall people and seating being non reclining means that it is impossible to shift the my weight during the flight, bearable for shorthaul, but at 5 hours plus it is a penance. Like I said, I'd fly with any other carrier to avoid this, circumstance meant it had to be ryanair.

Pros: Crew were very caring. What amazed me from a proposed flight of 1hr 20, was to and from Dublin a flight time of 50mins. Very good.

Cons: Going with one airline and coming back with Ryanair meant I could only get my boarding pass 2days before flight, rather than the beginning of the whole trip. I tried 6x's on my mph to no avail, day before, got it on a desktop on last day.
