Pros: "Is a case of what didn’t I like. When you fly low budget just expect surprises. The small prints are terrible clauses and you will never know when they will get you. Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con."
Cons: "WIZZ Air need to be sensible. I travelled from London to Warsaw without any problem and they made a problem on my way back.!"

Pros: "I was at the gate. Before the door to enter the airplane. The Hungarian crew wasn’t telling me that they are closing the gate or going to close it. They completely ignore me and let me stand there and at the end I see the door close in front of me, 2 meter from me and they told me I mised flight."
Cons: "I lost my money and I had to buy new flight with other company. Wizzair crew at budapest was very rude and didn’t take responsibility for the mistake they did. They could just say they are closing the door but nobody did. 2 meters from me and after I passed all security they ignored me completely."

Pros: "One of the very rare on-time, efficient and smooth flights with Wizzair. Check-in was fairly quick and incident-free, despite some of the other passengers reporting problems with the procedures and the staff. Boarding was quick and the flight actually arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled."
Cons: "As usual, the cabin crew is adequately polite, but not overly friendly, the food & beverage range is mediocre and overpriced at best and the entertainment is virtually non-existent."

Pros: "Extra legroom seats are a godsend (but that's applicable to any airline, not just Wizzair, although they do seem to have a few more of these than other airlines - low cost or not). Also, despite a 35 min. initial delay, we eventually landed only 15 min. later than the scheduled time."
Cons: "The boarding process at Gatwick was disastrous. There were only 2 agents, none of which spoke proper English. Also, one of them was busy checking each individual carry-on bag with unnecessary extra scrutiny, only to provide customers to the second agent, which was taking the payments for extra bags."

At the gate they suddenly say i need to pay now , left me no choice but to pay 60(!) poumd from a small bag!!! The gate representative, Rose is her name, seemed like just a sales person, she didnt even care what i said, and said “ its your fault and tour responsibility “. “Please pay or you wont be able to board” she said. Yes, like a bully, demanded for money, or else.... Worst service i had ever experienced in my 16 years of traveling."

Never having flown this 'unique' airline before, we did not know the process. At the check-in desk, the clerk told us that if we couldn't show him our boarding pass, he would charge us 30GBP to print them. He was a complete jerk. After no help from him, I was able to figure out that we did have them as attachments. Never again."

Pros: "Wizz air has great deals and you will get to your destination which is a effective way to travel. Unfortunately the seats are not always comfortable and everything else costs extras for food, seat choice, bags, water, drinks, or anything else you’d desire during flight."

Had to do the whole pre boarding and boarding process all over again. More interested in selling hot Panninis rather than check if we had a belt for our baby. Even after doing safety checks, they passed us and still didn’t have a belt for our baby. Only when we called them back And asked for a belt did we get one, and all this whilst the aircraft was moving. Waited over 25 minutes for our buggy bag to come out the baggage belt in Dublin."

On top of that, they make it so you can't even check in online within 2 hours of the flight so you're forced to pay when you get there. It's a sneaky crooked system Ryanair has in place. I'm incredibly dissatisfied with my treatment from Ryanair and I will never be flying with them again."

And then find out for what I said I guess you're my phone to have my luggage paid for it I had to pay for that and I didn't have enough cash on me. So the overall experience to get there with everything changed on my booking through kayak was an absolute nightmare. I almost missed my flight I almost couldn't get my bag on the plane and it would have screwed me on all the other flights and everything I had set up for the week. The flight itself is fine the landing sucked I mean really sucked and I've flown a lot of places I haven't felt that heavy of a jerk since I was in a race car taking a turn"
