Overall a very good service and no complaints but if In House entertainment was provided it would enhance the experience.
seats were tiny and boarding was a disaster. Overhead luggage space was tiny and I only had a 15" laptop bag..
Excellent crew-seats were decent-not as good as Emirates., but doable. Seats from Frankfurt to Bengaluru in India were smaller than US domestic airlines-a feat thought unachieveable!!
Food was terrible-choice for dinner was Salmon or pasta with tomato sauce! Obviously picked the salmon which was sitting on a bed of soggy rice and a dinner roll that was so cold, I could cool my drink with! It was also hard enough to use for self-defense. The entertainment system was so bad, the kid behind me was punching the screen!! It took me 5 minutes to wait for the screen to respond and it was not much larger than my phone. Again, miss Emirates-this will be my last flight on Lufthansa!!!
Plane loaded late then waited on the tarmac, arrived an hour later than scheduled time. This has happened to me on every one of the ten Lufthansa flights I have been on. Apparently they don't know what it is to be on-time.
Service was very poor,. Not enough employees or lack of interest.
Couldn’t find anything to really complain about other then had to go and ask one of the stewards to get the drink I asked for that hadn’t come.
Just superb. Even got a meal on a 40 minute flight!
Long bus ride to the aircraft - thought we were driving to Muscat!

Absolutely hate the fact that Emirates also started nickel and diming for selecting seats after charging a premium for the air ticket. Entertainment, Food, aircraft all are mediocre to slightly better than average. Sorry, lost all respect and aura for Emirates
Plane was clean, crew nice and courteous.
Everything was on time, the flight crew was unbelievably friendly, and the flight was empty which made it comfortable and very relaxing!! Highly recommend.
